As we know that HTC 10 has two possible panel manufacturers: Tianma and Sharp.
Install this app from Google Play to see which panel your HTC 10 has WITHOUT root.

As for now, it seems most 32GB version is Tianma and 64GB version is Sharp.

Hello! (I'm sorry to post this question here that some might think is "hijacking" the thread, but I can't start a new thread yet and the relevant Vernee Thor development and support thread is closed for some reason beyond my understanding at the moment)
Can anyone please advise how to change the boot and shut(down) animation on a Vernee Thor running on stock Android 7.0? I've checked many (all?) possible locations [custom/bootani; /system/media & browsed to all the folders in the root directory] to find and replace the relevant zip files, to no avail.
Thanks in advance for any useful advice!
Hello everyone please let us know what Panel do you have on your brand new HTC 10 beast
you can find out easily by installing DevCheck by @flar2
go to Hardware section and the panel type should be listed right under screen size as attached
there are two reported vendors for the Perfume and PerfumeC2 (s652 variant) Tianma and Sharp, so far only Tianma is appearing on the first retial batch of the HTC 10 and Sharp was seen on the Lifestyle lower end variant, so please help us figure it out by contributing to the Poll above
update: color control was added to EX kernel, a simple reduction of Red by 10 (256 to 246) is enough to drastically improve the red shift (pink) affected units
thanks!
no Sharp panel yet?
@het777726
What is your "other" panel?
Are you using an HTC 10?
@flar2
sorry, i watch results

Hello my fellow m9+ friend,tbalden.
Nice to meet you here.
You always picked up the dark one.
One question?
As far as i know, this time hTC10 is released globally.
Why did you buy the taiwanese one ,more cost and extra VAT?
You can check both panels.

Yes..with hybrid slot usage, we are good to expand the memory as well. And 3gb is very good for multitasking..even if i open all the alllowed apps at thr same time, i still have 1+ gb free memory...on boot it gives 1.9-2 gb free and with some consumption, it goes upto 1.2-1.3 gb free memory.
Today arrived mine and there is NFC

That's interesting finding. Looks like EU version is different what HUAWEI sold in China.

Seems hybrid but lets wait for the Indian version.
And does it have infrared? The EU version I mean. Thnks.
Here is a nfc screenshot
And a giro test screenshot
And a phone info screen
And no infrared.............. :victory:
But camera 2 api (manual camera) compatible
And these are all the sensors
Thanks a lot !!!
I will be disappointed if the North america version doesn't have gyro or nfc but EU does.... Otherwise I'm liking this phone
For me NFC isn't essential at all but i must admite that this phone has awesome specs for is price. Huawei is doing this the right way
Hi friends,we all are eagerly waiting for the One plus 5 launch.A lot of rumours all around. The confirmed specs are the socket is SD 835 and screen is 1080x1920.These are the leaked wallpapers that confirms the resolution is FHD.
Those walls I saw like month ago for sure. In new update of OnePlus launcher.. So nothing new.. Those could be just for 3(T) and 5 will have 2k display.. Anyway I hope in FullHD

You have seen them, just OP hasn't given credit or s a source. I originally posted my discovery on the OnePlus Forums on (timestamp) May 2nd, see here: https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/oneplus-5-official-wallpapers-download.531664/
ZeevoX
Let's be clear:
FHD = 1080p (OnePlus One, Two, 3, and 3T already have this)
QHD = 1440p (What the Galaxy S8 is capable of. (Defaults to 1080 though))
I'd prefer to see a QHD screen than an FHD screen.
It's the Vizio icon pack version 2
