Maybe somebody knows the answer. - G3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have a LG G3 D855 and my problem is that my phone restarts a lot, like when it not plugged to a power source (pc or wall) it won't boot and if it reboots and i dont't have a power source near me i can forget using my phone cause there will be no way that it boots. After booting and i put in the pin number there is a 7/10 chance that it reboots and if it doesn't reboot by just simply trying to drag down the notifications bar it will reboot. If anybody knows what the problem is please tell me, im getting really annoyed by it. Thank you

I have stock marshmallow kdz flashed on my phone and since i cannot enter in my phone because after putting my pin number and i want to unlock it it reboots. I think it all happened after i wanted to install Xposed, and i needed to flash xposed framework and the phone went in to bootloop and had to bring my phone back using the .tot method. When i can enter my phone i will tell you my kernel the name of the kdz im using is this "D85530a_00_0225". Thank you

[Q] Phone Reboot

Hi everyone,
I seem to be having a problem with my One X, for the past hour the phone has been rebooting at random moments and its really p*issing me off!!
Its running stock ICS and all of the apps are installed from the play store so i don't think i have anything on it which is messing with it.
Is there anything i can do to stop this or do i need to wait for the Jellybean update and hope it will fix it?
I also heard that it might have something to do with my HBOOT which is 1.12 and i am waiting for 3 to update it!
Try to do a factory reset from bootloader first back up all ur data as factor reset vll erase everything
If the prob still exist take it to nearest HTC care centre
If I hve helped you press the thanks button ...

maybe there is an hardware fault... you might send the device to repair service if still under warranty, or (if not/if you prefer) try a custom rom and kernel...
remember that the second option is quite dangesous, because of there is an hardware fault you might be charged a fee to get the device repaired...

Geethree often wont power on until I do a battery pull

I've had this problem since I purchased the phone new. Often times when I go to restart the phone or if after simply powering it off or needing to do a battery pull the phone wont power up unless I pull the battery again.
I've had a couple different roms but I've never flashed a new kernel.
What do you guys think the problem could be?

This is the bootstack.
You can extract it from the official kdz or find one on internet for your device and flash it.
Ok, great! I'll figure out how to do this soon.
So to clarify, does it not matter which kdz I extract it from or what ROM I'm running?
Just getting around to this now that my phone is starting to give me more problems.
I think I found the official KDZ for my F400K here
And I'm hoping to extract the boot stack with this KDZ and TOT Extractor by bullghost found here.
If anyone has any pointers I would be much obliged
Ok, well as it turns out have no idea what I'm talking about or doing.
If anyone could point me in the right direction I'd be very grateful.

I was able to extract boot.bin and aboot.bin and am going to attempt to flash them now. Not sure if I can flash a bin file or not as I've never tried but here it goes.

You need: dbi.bin, laf.bin, persist.bin, rpm.bin, sbl1.bin, tz.bin from the stock kitkat rom.
Once you have them you can download this, replace all the file listed above and then flash it.

Turns on automatically as soon as connected to charger...

Hey, I just bought a z2 plus and unlocked bootloader and started messing around. I installed viper rom and was going good but when I turned my cell down and connected it to charge, it starts itself. I tried a lot but no help. Finally I thought it maybe something to do with the rom so I flashed AOSP extended and now the same problem . I am just not able to make my cell charge while being switched off; it keeps on restarting. I don't think I was having this problem on stock rom as I used to put my cell on charge but turning it off at night. If anyone can help me with this it would be great..

i would just recommend switching to GSI at this point if you really want the mobile data back. i dont think this is going to be fixed till the next firmware update. GSI fixes this. i am personally using crdroid 8.8 it works the smoothest out of all of them. the battery drain is an issue but i can live with it. i dont think samsung is going to push out a firmware update soon. i bet they dont even know this issue exists in the firmware. this is why i never wanted to go with a midranger from samsung. they dont care about us. well.

For the battery drain you can try reset battery info with ACC, stratophere x performance or root essentials (deprecate)

of course,
ACC u just have to select the number on the CLI, juste type acc on termux and select the option (if u have unzip error with the module, just unpack and repack)
Stratosphere : The module, just type su -c strpmenu in termux and choose the option for reset battery
Root essentials : The app, just install it and select the option
I think the best and easiest way is Stratosphere
(For all of this, you need to charge your phone at 100%)
