Put my watch on charge last night, as i do every night, and after a second or two the screen blinked and the "Dock Mode" clock/charge screen came on. except it was at 90°.
So I lifted if off, waited a few second and then placed it back on the charger.... same again! Okay, lets try a reboot, nope same. okay, it's been a while left factory reset.... whilst it was doing it setup and stuff I dropped it back on to the charger and the screen rotated. great!
I went of to do something, leaving the watch to finish its thing, when I came back to it 10 mins later or so, the Charge screen was back on, at 90°
Cant remember having any updates yesterday, don't know what could have changed... any suggestions welcome.
I had that same issue a while back and it turned out that the gyro inside the watch was stuck I was able to lightly tap the watch on my desk and it started working again for me. Hope that will help with your situation. (lightly tap don't want to do it hard so as not to break the screen)

Just yesterday i noticed that my phones screen was bugging out, eg. if it bumped into something or set down on a hard surface the screen would
flicker, similar to static, but only for a second. later that day, the screen went black, i thought the battery was low and did a quick battery pull
and it booted up normally. it happened again an hour or two later the, black screen that is. when i got home i really noticed the static as it was
placed on hard surfaces: the table, desk, etc. since it was low on battery i plugged it in to charge for a bit, when i came back to tun it on i was able
when when the screen timed out i wasn't able to turn it back on, i tried the battery pull but nothing, At that point the boot animations wouldn't show
the only things that indicated that the phone was turning on was the notification light and the pouch buttons. when it is "on" i'm able to swipe to
unlock, hold down and get the feedback of when you want to move an app or widget. The phone is on but the screen is black. oh and when i try
to go into recovery or download mode the screen is still black,
im wondering if its a busted screen but the thing is there are no cracks or anything on the screen maybe a few minor scratches but that's it

May i ask how many remaining memory space you have on your phone?

truthfully, i haven't a clue, but i can guess, if you are talking storage wise, around 3-5 gigs.
So.. I was at the bar last night and had a weird issue appear.
Every time I turned on my screen (didn't matter whether I knocked or used the power button) it would flick on then immediately flick back off. I could not get my screen to stay on!
I did this about a dozen times then decided to try a reboot. Once the phone booted back up the screen worked fine again and the issue hasn't returned.
Anyone else have this happen to them? It reminds me of the power button issue I had with my last phone (SG II i727).
Only time my phone does this is when the proximity sensor is covered (thinks the phone is in your pocket.) Not sure what would cause your glitch, but hopefully a first step toward why it happened.
DELETED!
My Moto 360 is about 2 and a half years old. All of a sudden, the touch screen has mostly stopped responding. I can't get into Settings to power it down and see if that resolves the issue. I can sometimes get the top menu to pull down and once got into Settings using two fingers, then eventually to the Systems button, but couldn't get it to go to the Power Off. Sometime last week, I noticed that the watch wasn't going to the old dock face while on the charger. There was a tiny charging icon at the top, so I figured it was part of the latest update. The watch has been charging and working normally since then, up until today, that is. I'm not getting the little icon on the charger, but the charger light is going on. Haven't left the watch on the charger long enough to know if it's done any good.
Now, I can press the side button to get to the app list, but can't scroll through. I can't turn off an alarm. Holding the power button only gets me to the voice recognition system, which works, but I can't finish anything because I can't get the screen to respond. My MotoG 5gen phone seems to be triggering watch behavior all right.
Pretty much all of the suggestions that I found in my searches involve rebooting the watch. But I can't reboot because I can't get the watch to shut down. I tried disconnecting the Bluetooth from the phone. Haven't tried forgetting the watch just in case I can't connect again.
I have been having minor issues with the watch disconnecting from the phone if I've left the phone in one room while I do something in another part of the house. Can't say how often because I haven't been paying attention, but maybe once a week or less. I power one or both down and it's been fine.
Now what?
Basically most of the post in the title.
I've been playing around, got it rooted with WETA, installed Kali, went back to Stock. In both Kali and now Stock, if the screen times out, or if I hit the power button to lock the screen, it will not come back up and only a hard reboot will get it back.
Same here. I’m rooted but stock rom. Been rooted for a while but this problem only started within last few days. Same exact issue. Booted into safe mode and problem still exists: if screen gets turned off or times out, can not get it to turn back on without hard reset.
I just factory reset mine. I use it for work so I wanted to see if I could reset and restore. During the setup process when it asked for the wifi password I went to the other office to get it and by the time I came back, the screen had timed out and would not come back on still. So, tells me it is not an app and is likely a hardware issue.
Edit: Well, now it seems to be working. I let it sit and restore for a while. Tried to turn the screen on and it took a bit longer than normal but it came on. So far it does not turn the screen on with a screen tap like it used to but it will turn on with a little delay after pressing the power button...
Update on my update: Tablet still has times where pushing the power button or tapping the screen does not turn it on. I basically have to make the motions as if I am opening the magnet case up and the screen will turn on. So, not all the way fixed...
Hi folks!
I've got a very weird issue with my P-600!
Yesterday, I noticed a dark area in the left corner on the bottom of the screen.
At first, I thought a LED line was dead on the backlight panel. No surprises, it's a 10 years old device...
To confirm that, I rebooted the device expecting to get the same issue (dark corner anyway, anytime) but it became even more "bizarre": after getting into system again, the dark spot was gone but the device was unable to revive the screen after going into sleep mode.
No matter if the screen was put into sleep by inactivity time-out or by pressing the power button, when the screen became black, it stayed black.
But with apps still running in background: for exemple Spotify was still playing music.
The only way to get the screen on back again, was to force a reboot by keeping the power button pressed down.
After reading many posts here and on other sites, I found some talking about the "Android Black Screen Of Death" and some tutorials on how to fix it on Samsung devices. So I opened my Tab, unlocked all flat cables, waited 10 minutes or so and then reconnected everything.
Well, it did it but only partially: now I'm a in quite "mixed" and unexplainable situation.
The screen works again, I can put my Tab to sleep and get it on again just pushing the power buton.
BUT...
The dark area in the left corner comes back again, only after sleep mode!
If I reboot the device, the screen is perfectly enlighted in all its surface, but it will get again that dark spot in the corner after screen sleep. What the heck... ?
So it's not clear for me how to definitely fix it.
Should I replace the entire screen? The flat cables? The battery?
Any help to understand what's going on will be greatly appreciated!
