I'm thinking about using the Note2 for navigation and sound in the car, but don't want to have to disable my headphone output equalizer in STweaks every time or adjust the device's volume level. Recently, I heard about these MicroUSB cables with audio output jacks on them. Would using one of those bypass the headphone jack equalizer and volume level?

Only downside is that call audio is not diverted through the audio jack. It comes out through the speaker.
Galaxy Note @ mobile
Yes, its very good
I very like this dock. Its usefull and small and you can also turn it onto the side without touching with the charger plug on the table. And it doesnt have a built in speaker, it uses the Phones built in speaker
Maybe an old issue but does is anyone aware of an audio routing app that will allow me to route my call audio to my car bluetooth speakerphone while at the same time keeping music media routed thru the headphone jack?
I don't even know if that is technologically possible right now. It could be, I just haven't heard of any device running audio that way.

Recently, I heard about these MicroUSB cables with audio output jacks on them (pictured below). Would using one of those bypass the headphone jack equalizer or does it just use the same audio output stream?

I play music over bluetooth, using internet radios but for some reason Volume is too low compare to using Aux cord . Any pointers how to increase the volume of music over bluetooth. Setting media volume to high is no help. Please advice.
Curious...

but it don't work. My headphone is earpod
What's wrong with the headphone jack... There's literally an asterisk on the bottom of the box specifying what devices are compatible..
I'm not 100% sure on this, but USB C to 3.5 adapters might require USB OTG which the Nextbit Robin doesn't support.
