Hi everyone,
I really need your help, I need a tot file for F180K so that I could return to the official stock version.
So dump of me, I flashed KDZ to convert it to E975 but i don't get a network signal anymore. I flashed back to korean rom, f180k20g (jb version) but to no avail, still the same. If someone kindhearted would generously provide a tot file for this device, I would greatly appreciate it.

I have the same problem with the mobile network. Now I try to download the new F180K201_00 and I'll flash it hoping that it helps....
But I have a copy of F180K10H_00 that suit you.
But a question. Did you try factory hard reset and wipe? Did you flash the right baseband?

Yes i tried factory hard reset only. I don't know how to wipe. I already tried F180K20G firmware but it is still not working. I haven't flashed any baseband because there is no available baseband img file yet for F180K. I already tried to flash anything from E97510a philippines or 10b HK version but still not working. I hope someone can provide a tot file so that we can boot back from scratch.
EDIT:
The only thing that I regretted is that I didn't back up the efs partition before I flash. If only I have learned about the freegee stuff earlier.

Hi I just found the baseband for all F180 models in a Vietnamese website, there is a file .bat to execute for all models.

1: You need rooted phone
2: USB debugging actived
3: Copy "firmware_f180k.img" in your internal storage
4: Connect your phone in LG software
5: In your PC launche "Flash Baseband - F180K.bat" and press enter
6: Accept the root permission in your phone
7: Press enter again and the phone restart...

Yeah I tried it already but it's not working. Probably I need to erase everything first, CACHE and SYSTEM. How do I get to fastboot mode on the phone? Pressing Volume down + power only brings me to Factory Reset Mode.

Do an Factory Reset, it's goog for clean your firmware, so after root again your phone and following the steps I indicates

Yes bro, I think I need the ICS kdz first so that I can unlock my bootloader using the freegee. I can't unlock it using the freegee-beta for JB. I already tried the adb reboot recovery, factory reset, still nothing. Appreciate it bro if you can upload it.

Is WCDMA 900 baseband enabled? (don't know is it possible...)

Hi, I need help regarding Ascend series but not 'P6'. i'm facing issues while unlocking 'bootloader' via adb/fastboot method. something weird with device serial number too.... it's showing '0123456789AB....' and serial number behind battery is different.

Huawei ascend y511 is not listed in that link, so i cannot get code from there. did you visit to the link i mentioned? there is almost detail of everything i tried. tnx for suggestion.

I don't I'm sorry I can't be of any help man I'm a Samsung guy myself.. I don't even know how I got to the thread or how I posted it must have been in my pocket... If all else fails and you cannot unlock the bootloader maybe you can modify loki doki as a work around that way you can still flash anything you want but you would have to modify it to your partitions and that is no guarantee that will work... Best of luck to you man

i got some info on it, but i'm trying to figure out something anyone can use. thanks.
I tried adb/fastoot method for unlocking boot loader. I have mentioned results here:http://forum.xda-developers.com/general/help/huawei-ascend-y511-u30-bootloader-root-t2829734
In short, i tried it from windows and linux both and couldn't even get responce for "fastboot oem get-bootinfo" i don't know y. I tried it by entering fastboot mode, chinese recovery, stock recovery but nothing.... Adb/fastboot work for rebooting, entering shell and bootloader but no reply for status/info command. What I'm doing wrong? For those status/info and lock/unlock commands, it only show "...." (dots) and nothing. I waited also but same. I really need help. Thanks

Is it possible to flash cwm on rooted but not bootloader unlocked phone? And one more thing, i have huawei ascend y511-u30 and i uploaded cwm on site, which shows ......y511-u25 after installation. Does it make different? Is that cwm u25 version will work fine with u30.?

Bootloader command issue didn't solved but, i don't think Huawei ascend y511 users will need it anyway.
it's solved without need of unlocking bootloader. Visit Link in Signature for Thread regarding Help/guide/Info on DRIVERS/ROOT/CWM/ROM etc....

i've tried you mean unbranded that i haven't because cant find the files
its get signal on stock and picks up my sim card and reads it but cant connect to a network/ stuck in emergency calls only and wont register to a network and my imei is genergic and its unlocked

in the same post he have mentioned how to recover lost imei/efs please read
How to recover lost IMEI that happens with downgrading ROM
If you have lost IMEI just by downgrading (as said by above by flashing older ROM), still you can recover IMEI without having EFS backup.
-Again upgrade ROM will restore IMEI OR
-Flash latest Modem. You can find it here.. You can download MG1 modem and flash using PC Odin with 'Phone' tab instead of PDA.
Remember above said works only if IMEI is corrupted by downgrading ROM only, if it was corrupted by other things, this won't be helpful.
Also Read This, if you have issue restoring EFS OR device stuck to factory mod.
Hope this will find helpful to all newbies regarding question about EFS and IMEI problem. I have posted this to general section so newbie can post to it if they have any queries.

hi sorry for the delayed replay, for stock if you have DNY try to find same and according to my knowledge try to downgrade your phone.
and regarding the above thread you have mentioned i have never tried but you can post in that same thread and ask for help.

what firmware did you come from? 13b or higher? i think it's because you flash it from 13b

Did you get it fixed? I have some things for you to try. I had a similar issue a couple of years ago with one of my tablets where setting kept crashing. Try erasing the cash partition in recovery.
If that doesn't work please tell me what version of Android did you come from before you installed the rom. I'm trying to eliminate some factors that may cause issues.

This is the 4th MM rom i installed. All four booted successfully, all rom have same settings crash (settings+security).
This rom did not solve the issue.

My g4 is a bit unique.
I bought it from aliexpress ( originally requested for h811).
When it arrived, it had tmobile h811 rom installed (h811020n).
But the motherboard was vs986 written on it.
The phone boots properly only when i flash vs986 files(modem).
All 4 MM roms including the h811020n have same settings crash issue.
I installed nougat rom, it booted but without cell servive and sound, but settings app doesn't crash like the mm roms.
I don't realy know what firmware my g4 came from.

let's try updating your boot stack. I'm busy right now so I can't give you the files. but you can get the files your self by downloading the 2ba kdz and extracting it using salt
MAKE SURE THAT YOUR MOTHERBOARD IS A VS986!! THIS COULD HARD BRICK IT IF IT'S NOT!!

But, hope it won't sim-lock the phone, cuz i don't use or own a verizon sim card. Even if it does, is there any known free Verizon sim-unlock method.....???? This is the only fear i have.

Nope those files have nothing to do with the SIM
But after you flash the boot stack you can try a costm rom like
This cypheros
Or this one lineageos
( Only if you don't have Verizon calls doesn't work on Verizon yet with these roms)
I believe that the SIM lock is with the rom its self.
I think there's a way to unlock the SIM but you don't have to worry about it if you use the custom ROMs I Link

I will download the files and flash them.
But, hope it won't sim-lock the phone, cuz i don't use or own a verizon sim card. Even if it does, is there any known free Verizon sim-unlock method.....???? This is the only fear i have.

Not yet. I haven't try the settings, I've been busy lately.
I'll try it soon.

Solution One :
Download shortcut master
Then on app search to find
SETTINGS
select com.motorola.programmenu.PgmApnSettings
Launch > New APN
Solution Two :
Download Terminal Emulator .
on the terminal :
1. su
2. am start com.motorola.programmenu/.PgmApnSettings
3. NEW APN
Solution Three :
need adb tools. adb drivers
From The Computer
Open Cmd Or PowerShell Or Bash If Is On Linux
1. Enable Usb Debugging >> Connect The Phone To The Pc
2. adb devices >> Authorize on the Phone
3. adb shell
4. su
5. am start com.motorola.programmenu/.PgmApnSettings
3. NEW APN

I used this method because I installed several custom rom (aicp_perry_n-12.1-UNOFFICIAL-20180202, aoscp_perry-4.1.2-20180127-unofficial and RR-N-v5.8.5-20171206-perry-Unofficial), but in all case my phone does not catch signal, but with the official is ok, What can be ?.

Yes This Is A Problem That Comes With The Last Ota Several People Have This Problem Included Myself , But Soon This Will Be Solved By Squid2 The Maintainer Of Lineage-Os For Moto E4 Perry , The RIL Binaries From New Stock Needs To Be Cooked In LOS
And Other Roms.

No. The latest OTA update remove the ability to use a custom ROM to use it on a different network
Not try to use different networks want to stay on boost but when if flash from stock to a custom rom there's no data or signal i was hoping that dome one had a working custom rom on boost that could do a back up and send it to me to flash.

You might need blobs and APN fix zip for boost
I've got blobs and apn but still not working.

Having root does not bring up the APN settings menu. You have to actually find the file in the system and edit it manually.

In other words, does editing APN gives stock firmware the ability to use GSM?

If you get your MSL code from your carrier you can also enter the menu with ##3282# to edit your APN also a few other things including band priority.

I can bring up the ##3282# menu. You mean the lock code for Edit APN? It is a 6 digits number. I wonder if there is a limit on number of attempts? 6-digits is not a terribly large combination.
