I wouldn't try any if I was you. Just wait for the official release

cm12 is working flawlessly for me.

all the importent stuff works but i'm sure there are some bugs as it's my first release for this device

same as cm11 , you can use twrp abd cwm recovery , and kernel is inluded inside the zip

@afi1982 to fix the rotation issue you could try to flash the kitkat modems modified for aosp based roms since they fix rotation issues.

there is no miui 6 port just yet and i don't think that miui v5 is ugly.

I didn't tried it because I have the D802 and not the D800, but since your MIUI is 4.4.4 I think that you based it on Cyanogenmod or any AOSP based aftermarket rom so you have to flash the aosp modified modem. You can download it here:

This is what dr87 said......so i dont know why to use those modems and not stock kitkat ones..? If ur rom is 4.4.4 source..

The 4.4.4 rom that he used as base is using the old devicetree/kernel sourcecode. dr87 means that if the rom is using old LG sourcecode that you then need to flash those modems. So he wasn't talking about the Android OS sourcecode.
Some Roms like this one where Afi based Miui on is using LG's Android 4.2 sourcecode but newer roms are using the sourcecode from LG's android 4.4.2

I found that in ROM there is Lib64 and Lib folders, what does that mean ?
May be its both 32bit and 64bit !

Still using your miui port based on KK.... upgraded to lollipop and reverted back to miui again... Let see when u will he back with lollipop based miui... So when should we expect it...

hey hi. i am also planning for it . but for MIUI may be i have to flash gapps. but i could not find link for it. so can you please tell me wich gapps you have flashed ? and please give me gapps download link also.

Lollipop rom for Ascend P6

We are stuck on Kitkat rom 708 Bbn for quite sometimes. How long we will have to wait for the Lollipop!!!

Huawei has not announced that it will bring official lollipop to our phone, so sadly i do not think it will happen Development is also dead on this phone, so don't get your hopes up

Omg, you are a GOD if you do this, nobody has made something for P6 in a long time.
I've told this in another post, if P6S has Lolipop, maybe someone could port it to our P6, 'cuz the phones are practically identical.

Just wanna ask:
To make CM12, you port the Lollipop from P6S stock?
Is that stock ROM compatible with our P6?
If yes, and if it's stable, is it possible to have it before you finish compiling CM12?
It would be nice to have from where to chose (Stock, CM12, MIUI7) and I know it's to much to ask all of a sudden, mainly because before you step-up, we didn't have anyone to make a new ROM for more than a year...
