I've tried vroot, iroot, srs root, framaroot, towelroot with all modifiers, 1 click root, and several other .apk root programs with no luck. It's gonna be a while before we see root... if ever on this device.
very disapointing

New Method
Hi. Found that link:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/general/guide-root-method-lg-devices-t3129197
Seems it can be done manually, i'm going to try it and hope it works.
Kingroot
In case anyone still can't find a solution. I found only Kingroot would work with my device.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/dl/?id=12586
I previously used purpledrake fine on kitkat, but i tried that, lg oneclick, towel root and another one and couldn't find anything to give me a perm root.
The only downside is you need to use Kinguser, instead on superSU or superuser. I know there is a workaround that just didn't work for me.
Now I just have an Xposed incompatibility issue to look into...

Issue with lg g3 beat with lolip 5.0.2
Hello, i rooted with LG One Click (http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/general/lg-g3s-beat-d722-thread-t3110048). Root Checker says:
ROOT ACCESS: Device rooted
SUPER USER: SU FOUND
BUSY BOX: Busy box not installed
and path information, i guess for su
The issue is i can't do nothing else:
Installed supersu but don't update binaries.
And any app that ask for root access do not have it.
Preciate some help (newbi in rooting and so...).
Thank you
Just try this noon, i dowload kingroot for PC from the site http://www.kingroot.net/down#master , it is chinese interface, just install their soft on my pc, connect the tab, run and wait ... may be you need to root 2 times, it take about 20-25 minutes. But after root done, dont remove the app on your tab, if remove it we will lost rooted. You can try it

my I467 kitkat rooted!
build number : I467UCUBNI3
android ver. : 4.4.2 kitkat
but I can't swap the Kingroot to the SuperSU.
and remove the Kingroot. I lose the root permission as you say.
anyway I am happy to use the Xposed Installer.
thanks have good day.
I used SuperSUME to remove kingroot and install SuperSU on mine.
There is a free version of it if you Google it... I didn't have much luck with the paid version in the Google play market... didn't seem to work for me.
Can you share the firmware file (I467UCUBNI3 Update.zip)?
Thank you for your help

I tried all that also tried everything that listed here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2684210 . Also some of the root app that I tried, my device keep rebooting by itself while in the process of rooting therefor I can't root. Some of the app didn't recognize the device some gave error.
