Under $30 too...
Don't know if you have a LTE Verizon GNex but the Verizon extended battery battery adds bulk to the phone and it adds some juice. Only $25 right now on sale. Or it was on sale.

I'm also for extended original, it do add some bulk, but they made it so, that is look in place with the device design, exactly like the one for S2, it just make it flush with the little bump on the back.
I bought the anker batteries on amazon. Two batteries and external charger for $20. Can't beat the price if you can do without nfc.
Ok, that's about it. Just want to buy a genuine 1750 mAh battery, preferably through ebay, and, of course, a cheap one. I've heard about south korean sellers being a good bet. Can anyone point one top seller, from your experience? If you can't do it here, I would appreciate a PM with a link or something.
Thank you so much.
I got my Nexus from www.expansys.ca and they had genuine Samsung batteries for $30 Canadian.

Thanks! Will take a look on that.
Ended up buying a Mugen Power 2000mAh battery, compatible with NFC, and with no need of a new battery cover. Free shipping today!
:good:
Can you post some feedback after?
I read about mugen, someone say that is really good, someone say that is not really...
Thx..:good:
I will try, yes. But they don't have it in stock yet. Possibly only on the 19th October.
Alright I'm getting the Hyperion 3500 mah extended battery with the tpu case and was wondering how much you guys like it?
Looks Good
I want one !
I bought one in June and was THRILLED with it, compared to the stock battery. Made the phone useful finally and lasted a long time - it's now 6 mos later and it's dead - that's why they only have a 3 month warranty. So I now have to spend $25 every six months to use my Galaxy Nexus.
Hey, am now thinking off buying Hyperion battery, has the same happened to any1 else?
Generally how is the response of these batteries? On ebay, sellers which ship to india dont have hyperion, so any suggestion on other brand?

hey guys, i want to buy a extended battery for my gnex, but i cant decide between 35USD samsung 2000mah battery or 8USD 3800mah one.
some guys says that 3800mah wont last a month and after will drop from 50% to 10% in minutes, but i think 2000mah is too little additional on 1750mah stock battery. what do you guys think?
thanks in advance
I'd buy the 2000 one and use the 1750 as a spare for heavy days. This way you don't have the bulk the 3800 brings to the Nexus. I have all three and estimate the 3800 is more like 2500 and thus not really an upgrade over the 2000 one.
I would say just get this. Can use it on new phone and other devices.

I would say go with the extended. I bought the Hyperion 3800 and the trexcell extended case and I couldn't be any happier with it.
The battery is more than double in my real world experience. The bulk isn't that serious to me at least. I just love using my phone without worrying about battery life.

but hyperion is a good brand, and my nexus is a gsm i9250 not compatible. the 3800 battery i was asking is generic brands, i dont know if worth spend money on them
EDIT: generic batteries can hurt my phone? like explode or anything else?
i have the qcell 3850 for about 2 weeks. i love it no complaints so far
i guess definitly 3800 is the choice if you are looking for pure battery life .. you only need to see if it "fits" your hand or not .... but for the comments i see on the forum, it looks like is just a matter of getting use to it
I just recently bought the onite 3500mah battery(with NFC) for 20$. Yet to test, m out of country ATM, but there are excellent reviews on amazon for it
Also using qcell 3850 for a few weeks and been pretty happy with the performance so far. Easily go through 1 day ++ (sometimes 2 days) with moderate usage.
The extra bulk didn't bother me at all.
I researched a lot before spending money on a new battery and the conclusion I made is that is better buy a new battery instead a power pack, so I have two options the 10 dollars 3900mah battery or 18 dollars 3850mah hyperion battery. Does hyperion brand worth this price over the generic brand?

I will give a try at the 10usd 3900mah, and the seidio or mugen batteries are too expensive, 90usd. do you think it will worth to buy?

Just ordered a $10 3800 mah battery myself.
But don't know when it will finally reach me since I am in India.
I just ordered a 2100 mah and I hope its good shouldn't be bulky hope I can use my cases with it.

I bought the 2100 Samsung extended for $25 on sale, about a month later I bought the Hyperon 3800 and I couldn't be happier.
The extended one Samsung tries to sell you is a joke, it's only a few hundred mah bigger.
I love my hyperon battery and the bulk isn't that bad, I actually like the small lip on the bottom it's nice for holding the phone up. Plus I've gotten almost 5 hours of screen time before.

I just got that battery today from Sprint. My TPU case fits with it just fine. I don't think any 2 piece snap together would, but I can't say that for sure as I only have the one case.
cool

Yeah, it does last a little longer. Hell, for $7 any brand new battery would have been worth it. Plus a new back? Winning all around.

Especially a back that fits more than the older one. No creaking

Is there an extended battery that doesn't need a new back for?

Hello
Does anyone know legit ebay seller for this kind of battery, i have ordered some batteries for phones in the past but mostly when they come they hold very little charge and looks like bad clones. I would like someone to recommend a good and legit ebay seller in europe preferably for faster delivery.
Regards
Amazon. Search OEM battery for your device. Buy one that's specifically for the phone.
