Are the Canadian Carriers include in here too?

There is 2 forums for Galaxy SIII, the international (i guess) and this one (AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon Samsung Galaxy S III).
What about Telus, Rogers, Bell & Videotron? Is there a specific forum I havent found for ROMs or should I look into the AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint and Verizon one?
Thanks
at&t is the best one for you to look at.
I know that for WIND and Mobilicity, the T-Mobile section is the one to go to. For Bell as previous poster said is AT&T and for Rogers, Telus I'm not too sure about.
Telus, Bell and Rogers all have the same model as AT&T, so AT&T developments should work on their phones.
Wind/Mobilicity/Videotron all have the same model as T-Mobile.
I'm just going to guess that eventually we'll start seeing roms that are compatible with all of the above carrier's phones.
I'm tired of the "it should work" response, it really depends on what you're wanting to do. For example: Most of the mods listed in the AT&T section state that they require build UCALEM; That's not what shipped on the Telus/Rogers/Bell variant. On the advice of multiple posters here on the forums, I attempted using some of these mods anyway: It resulted in a hard-brick and I had to take the device back to the store for a swap.
I understand that this is a new device and it will take some time for real development to get going (there's a total of 2 ROMs in the AT&T section so far) but with so many variants, we really need to be careful with what we flash, and we definitely need to have a clearly-marked section for every variant. If AT&T is the same as Telus/Bell/Rogers, we need it labelled as such on the forum list. I don't want Samsung/Telus/Rogers/Bell thinking they've got a defective model because people keep flashing the wrong version of stuff onto their phone and having to take it in for repair/swap.
At least this group is in the right vicinity, there are a whole bunch chatting away on the "Official Canadian Thread" in the 9300 international version. I am surprised a moderator has not brought that thread here. With this complete mayhem, I fear for keen new Android users looking to mod their phones and ending up with bricks because they install mods/roms from the wrong firmware versions.
Once Verizon launches on July 10 and the ATT model becomes widely available at retailers this week, I think this mess will get so out of hand, that XDA will have no choice but to finally roll up their sleeves and clean it up. Until then, I caution all of you to be extremely careful regarding any mods you are doing, if uncertain about version, ask in the thread before installing. Try to look for posts from others from the same carrier who have successfully done what you want to do.

How do I go about getting the T-Mobile GS3 on Medianet?!

I've been looking and looking, I just cant seem to find anything....
First unlock your phone then add the medianet apn. Research how to do these things.
I sir, have been looking, I cant find any real info...
Have you tried the APN settings from this thread.

Maybe your computer works different than mine, but when I search for "unlock" this is at least one of many that comes up:

Of course Halmo linked to the apn thread. Maybe you should message a mod and let them know that your search function isnt working correctly and should be fix.
You spent so much time... not answering the question. would it not have been easier just to answer it? googling this subject gives no results with clear cut data. searching for unlock gave me nothing, the link you posted again yielded nothing.
And not to point out the obvious but you are in the at&t forum. You may get more help in the tmo forum.

Maybe you should make your question more clear than? From your OP it sounds like you need information on how to get your phone on AT&T Medianet. You have been given the answer to unlock your phone and enter the correct APN settings (assuming you already have the correct SIM and account with AT&T), was that not your question? If not you should clarify it so you get the answer you want.
Ok one last time then ill concluded as helpless. Here is a quote from post #2 of the link I posted above:

I don't know of a tool but there is Unlocking service on web that can unlock Galaxy S3 for a fee. I don't know how much they charge for S3 but they charged $24.99 for Galaxy Note and $14.99 for HTC One X. Here it is:
MOD EDIT, LINKS TO PAID SERVICES ARENT ALLOWED
They claim they can unlock AT&T Galaxy S3 now.

I can't understand how that was missed but maybe this is a case of technology challenged. Hope that there is a positive outcome to this thread to at least help you on your way to resolve your question.

After consideration, I concluded that you fellas are correct, my question is not very clear and assumes a lot. I already have the phone Unlocked, my question was how to go about getting medianet data plan on my phone. Some report I found sugest that people are calling in with a dumb phone IME number, and asking for Medianet, however they never spell out the APN settings, or how to go about conversing with the ATT employee to make sure you dont get "caught" any tips, or suggestions would be nice, and as for the APN settings, while I have not found the "correct" ones, the current once seems to work OK. I called last night and of right now I have the T-mobile GS3 on ATT with unlimited everything and the Medianet plan, we will see how long that last! My data speed has not in anyway decreased from the regular H+ speeds I was getting with the iphone 4s. I'm on WiFi 98% of the time so I was paying $30 for Data that I NEVER used...
This thread does have most if not all the questions you might have for the medianet topic:

Good luck. From what I have read it is possible but requires specific knowledge and may be illegal to do it (have heard it either way). Nothing like flashing to Boost. I have never seen anything on how to do it here on XDA. Not saying there isn't information in these forums somewhere, but I've never run across it in any of my searches. If it is illegal than that would explain why.

Virgin does not accept ESNs that are already in the system as Sprint.
Unlocking isnt actually the term either.
Neither is Flashing. LOL Unlike MetroPCS where you can re-flash the device to work with Metro, then Metro will add the ESN to its network system for billing.
For all intents and purposes, Virgin would need to open their system up to either allow existing Sprint ESNs or be able to add ESNs to their billing system..

c-spire?

Not sure where to post.. but im thinking of getting this phone with C-spire. I wanted to find out info about the company and what rooting will be affected while on this carrier..
If anyone can share thatd be helpful
There are threads in the dev section related to c-spire. I'm sure you can Google the company to get all the info that you're looking for.

C-Spire is a regional carrier that is generally located in the Southeast of the United States. They used to be known as Cellular South and offered Nextel phones, if I'm not mistaken.
As far as roms go, you may be able to find a handful of them through out the Sprint forums on XDA.

Dialer code request...

Someone in the ATT S4 forum posted something interesting about a bloat switch. They posted a link to a post talking about a dialer code on a SGH-I317M that basically shows a screen of available carrier bloatware installations and allows for a phones firmware to be switched to a specific carrier market. The post does a good job of explaining this...http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=34524458&postcount=24 .
I was wondering if anyone was willing to try and see if this code works on the T-Mobile S4 *#272*IMEI# and if so, could someone post a screenshot of what it says. Of course, you have to assume responsibility for trying...if it blows your phone up, it's not my fault!
If it doesn't work, does anyone know of a code on this phone that will show this information?
I think it could be useful for people that want to use their T-Mobile S4 on the AT&T network or people that want to use their AT&T S4 on T-Mobile's network.
It seems counter productive to actually install bloat onto a phone but it could be useful for some and might help with wifi hotspot programs and other things that might be exclusive to each network.
Thanks.
This user PM'd me. Please don't PM me for support. I thought I'd post my reply publicly, as it may be useful to someone searching in the future.

Incidentally, the code does nothing. You don't need any AT&T software to use the device on AT&T and it is highly unlikely that the bootloader being locked/unlocked is at all dependent on such a simple software switch. It would be difficult and dangerous for it to be so.
You will need a SIM unlock regardless of CSC. If you purchase the device outright and it does not prove to be unlocked, T-Mobile should give you a code.

As I stated in another thread, I cannot confirm AT&T LTE band support (unlikely) but you can use their HSPA+ bands.
