I'm on 10I (which is "i") rooted and I experienced a problem with LG Update Center. Currently I have an update to LG keyboard and 6 apps that I deleted. So the problem is - I can't download any of these apps. I tried unfreezing almost all apps that, I thought, can cause problems, but still, updating stuck at "running stripes". When I exit update center and open it again all apps showing "update" button with no activity at all
Hello guys, I bought this phone and I am happy with it. But my question is that, when I get any app update in play store it download the whole app instead of the update size. Because I have a spice mi 1010 tablet(Jellybean) too and when I update same app in that tablet it just update small amount of data and when I update same app in Android One it download whole app.
Is that normal in kitkat that download whole app again when update came?
Also I got Google play v5 material design update in my tablet but there is no update of google play in my Andorid one.
Please help someone.

yes new material design is not yet updated but you can update it directly using the app which is attached , download it and then install it .

I am having same issue. Can someone please help? The issue is that whenever updating any app via playstore itself, the full app gets downloaded instead of the incremental update. The camera app is over 35mb, many other apps are about the same size. Downloading such big updates every other day is not practical. I have used an HTC device with ICS earlier.. It downloaded incremental updates... Like maybe 100kb to 3mb for apps more than 40mb themselves. I can understand that sometimes the updates can be huge but I have seen this issue every time.
BTW, just FYI, I think something has broke this feature. The day I got my phone, I updated some app and it did not download entire thing, just a part. Now where has that feature gone? Someone please try factory reset and confirm this.

To update the Google Play Store on your Android without an APK.
Follow the steps:
1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. Open the side slide-out menu
3. Select "Settings"
4. Scroll down until you see "Build version"
5. Click on "Build version"

Does your device have this problem? And does the method suggested by you work for even yourself??
I have a strong feeling that this has something to do with cache. Something like the device is unable to understand what the earlier version is while downloading!! Or maybe our ROM lacks the permission to write over the memory where the installed apps are!! And so it downloads entire app and installs it as fresh install because it is unable to patch the update over already installed app... I am just wondering, I don't know much about the android software and this new dalvik v/s ART. I program in other languages.
OK so I factory reset my phone + wipe sd card, and surprisingly Google Play automatically updated to latest v5.0.38 automatically no need to side load it but main problem still there updating apps still downloading whole app instead of only actual update size. I think this is problem of ROM of Android One.(I am still not sure how many people facing this issue.) But I cant update whole app again and again. Please someone find solution of this or contact Google or Micromax for this issue.
yes bro.. u may be right. I faced the same issue. finally I got rid of tat by shifting to PAC ROM. jus move on to custom rom. tats the only soln for now

i've upgraded to Marshmallow a long time ago (Like a month or something), but suddenly I'm not able to synchronize my LG Account. Why? All of a sudden I'm not able to do it anymore and all LG Apps are gone for good.
I was using LG Health every day, but it's not installed on my G4 anymore. I don't know why
I'm running autoprime's untouched system img with root and TWRP installed.
Does somebody have similar issues? A solution would be nice, since I really need LG health

In settings in downloaded apps most apps shows the date 01.01.1970 apart from some apps that I have installed or played with.
What is the solution? Or it' s a known bug. Can't find a solution on the internet.
Forgot to say that I use a D855 g3 on lollipop 21a. Full stock.

Then the last thing I remember is I uninstalling Google Play services and It keep appear the prompt with google.gms stop working, SO from there nothing work, I tried to reboot and well now the whole phone not working. It stop on LG life's good screen. Life's done

You have twrp installed on your phone....if not then you have flash stock kdz file....
So you mean I do the kdz flash as I do while upgrade from 5. to 6.0?
I tried to press power and volume - / + from reboot but nothing happened
