It's a branded O2_UK device
but this won't stop you to install any custom ROM

What do u mean? Can i debrand IT?
Gesendet von meinem HTC One M8 mit Tapatalk

To debrand you need to be s off
At the moment looks like just your bootloader is unlocked and a custom recovery is installed hence the modified status at the top

Best you can do for what? Just because it's branded doesn't mean you can't use it on other networks that use the same radio bands.
What is it that you are trying to accomplish?

If that is what you want the best you can do is re-lock at this point. Check out recommend posts and learn, some things you can do, others you can't.
You'll have to explain more here if you want more advice in this thread, like @xunholyx said.

I would not advise the OP to relock the bootloader. The only reason to do so, would be to RUU, and I don't know if the O2 version has RUUs, anyway.
Relocking the bootloader render the phone unable to boot. It also drastically limits options (prevent installation of custom recovery, custom ROMs, TWRP backups, etc.).

Right, maybe it could have been phrased better, I myself see nothing wrong with the OP's current situation, however he seems concerned. So I thought I would ask a few questions to get to the root of the concern, and also suggested he take others advise and read some threads to learn more about what he is trying to do.
Thanks!

Yes, I agree with responses by you and xunholyx, in that the OP should clarify what the concerns are; and what they are trying to accomplish.
To the OP, if you can't tell whether the phone is branded or not, you probably don't need to debrand it! Debranding is typically to remove obvious branding differences, such as carrier logos, bloatware, or system limitations.

Tx...My question is...What Kind of custom Firmware can i flash with My branded Phone and what is the best Option?

You can flash basically any custom ROM meant for the M8, with the exception of those intended only for Sprint, Verizon (and dual SIM, and M8 Eye, which don't have many ROMs, anyway).
There is no "best" ROM for every user. It depends on your personal needs, and preferences. What is "best" for one person may not be for you. Your best bet is to read through the ROM threads, see which ones have features that you want, and try out a couple to see what works "best" for you.

Hi there.
This is not a "What is the best ROM?" question.
I am just wondering what is the lightest ROM.
I like to customize my phone as I want and I don´t feel like I need those sony apps and stuff, so I was wondering if I could get a fast ICS (just because have a locked bootloader impossible to unlock) ROM that had just the necessary apps, kind of like AOSP. If there was a AOSP like ROM for locked bootloader it would be amazing.
So, thaks for your time. :good:

Oh, what a surprise that you advertise your own ROM.
@J.Diogo , there's a reason for the download links on EVERY ROM THREAD, so you can see the actual size of every, why don't you go check instead of the laziness you show here? One of the big advantages of checking the ROM is that you can really see which one suits your tastes, not because someone just suggested you a ROM but two threads down, there's an amazing ROM that you would like, download and install. That personally happened to me so, better go check ROMs, it's actually entertaining if you know what you're doing.

HAHAHA I can't deny that your ROM was and is awesome, I tried it by myself on my first days with modding and stuff, when I used ICS as main system. But now seriously, don't be just like.. suggest me to rebuy a phone, the problems I face are circumstantial, it's perfectly suitable for daily use, was joking

The lightest ROMs would be the CM based ROMs, since they try to give you a pure Android experience without any bloatware.
Unfortunately, CM ROMs require a custom kernel and thus you can't use CM with a locked bootloader.
You can try UHD, it's not bad and it can be installed on phones with locked bootloaders.

People say it works, I, however had no luck. It kept on fecthing the bin to unlock (last step) for at least an hour when I eventually gave up and htcdev unlocked the bootloader in under 5 minutes.

May I know how you rooted your HTC One M7 on Sense 6.0? I heard that the Sense 6.0 update had some increased security such that no rooting software works? Haven't had much luck finding how to root it; would appreciate it if you could provide some links!

Verizon Luge (razr M) Bootloader unlock alternatives?

Hi everyone
I bought a verizon premaid Luge about 2 weeks ago, and thanks to this forum i was able to #1 root the device using one of the tutorials, and #2 unlock de carrier, using another tutorial from this forum.
The only thing im left to do, which i can´t yet, is to unlock the bootloader.
why? well because i want to install a lollipop rom, the kitkat rom from motorola has flaws when it comes to sound issues, the speaker makes a high pitch noise constantly, like if there was an electricity discharge for half a second when there is 1 sound after the phone has been silent for a while, i searched for this issue and is related to kitkat, jellybean did not have this problem and they are not fixing it.
this is the phone i got, i want to know what are my alternatives to unlock the bootloader?
Is sigmabox pack2 the only way to have the bootloader unlocked? or nothing works yet?

Strange issues having after update to android marshmallow.

Recently updated to android 6. After the update 2 major issues i am facing
1.App settings goes to reset after phone restart. Its quite irritating as every time it restart i have to change settings again. Not checked all apps though but in whatsapp, playstore, tapatalk etc
2.Phone always turns off when it comes to 15 - 9 percentage battery level.
If anyone know a fix for this??
Edit 1: My issues has been resolved after one full reset. U guys would try.
Edit 2: Again same issues i am facing some days after full reset. So bad HTC like company pushing so buggy update. Shame.

Do not always ask for a cid only, it can be changed. Model ID is very important too. Basically the output of "fastboot getvar all" will be much more informative in ALL cases.

Temporary Root Question?

Has anyone been successful in flashing the "Star Kissed" Kernel with Heimdall? I have not seen anyone from the AT&T side comment on this Kernels performance so I am guessing no one has. My thoughts were if this Kernel was flashed successfully then Kingroot was applied would we still get the "Kernel is not seandroid" error?
I am just a guy who likes reading and clicking. I do not know enough about this stuff to fully understand why this would not be a viable solution. Can anyone with some developing experience explain if this is possible or not?

From what I see on post #5 he wasn't talking about think to do with "inject" the kernel on a locked bootloader.
Also the OP was using a N910T model, which is the T-Mobile model of the Note 4 and has an unlocked bootloader.
Anyone with N910A is locked and can not flash any kernel! even if we ever got just "root" we still wouldn't be able to flash a custom kernel. Look at the N900A (also known as AT&T Note 3) they have root. But they still have a locked bootloader... Verizon model was locked and they got lucky with a bootloader unlock... N910V model.

Only way I could see this being used is if we had full root an than we could use flashfire and run a fully rooted rom with his kernel.
