Hi there! My girlfriend has an lg g4, and has a problem with the back buttons. When she start to dialing any number the buttons start to vibrate a little bit with an annoying sound but when someone accept her call it stops or when she ends the dialing, only just when dialing. Her phone just came back from the service after a screen issue about a month ago. Anyone has the same problem? If yes, how to solve it?
Thanks for the answers! (Sorry for thd bad english)

For some reason I can no longer answer an incoming call on my O2 Orbit (Artemis HTC3300)
The phone rings and pops up with call details. I hit green key or answer on screen and it just keeps ringing.
Has anyone else had this problem. The phone call is picked up by my service provider (O2) providing they leave a message. It is almost as if I have mistakenly set something to 'never answer'. The only thing I can think I changed was when I set to auto answer after 1 ring (when in the car) but I have reset this and unchecked it.
Help appreciated as it is useless as a phone now !
Thanks
Have you've tried to HARD-reset your phone, and tested it then?
Otherwise there might be an issue with your rom.
That's my 10 cents.
I have the same problem but not every time. 70% of the time a call comes in and I answer with either green hard button or screen button and the call just dies. I then end up with a missed call which I then have to return. My outgoing call usage has gone way up since I got this handset because I end up calling everyone back !
i have this same problem it will answer 70% of the time has anyone got any suggestions thanks
reflashing radio/updating radio may resolve this

I was reading the user reviews of the Fuze on another website when I noticed one saying that the Fuze requires you to press the power button to reactivate the screen each time you need to press a phone number button on the screen while you are on the phone. Is this a requirement on the TP2? As someone who has to deal with phone trees and other automated phone systems alot for business calls I was thinking that I should ask about this as it would be extremely inconvenient.
The proximity sensor will automatically turn on the screen if you move your face away from the device during a call. There's a big button to bring up the keypad to use. If the keypad is deployed and you put the device back to your face, the screen will turn off. But if you turn the screen back on, the keypad will still be deployed, so that's pretty useful.
Thank you very much for this information, it in nice to hear that this problem was resolved on the TP2. I was also wondering if it is possible to run the speakerphone with the TP2 in face up so one could type on the dialpad on the screen while hearing the responses from the phone call? I'm guessing this is possible as my old 8525 does it fine but I just thought I should confirm it. Thanks in advance.
During a call, you can also take out your stylus, it will start notes.. makes it available to write on the screen during a phonecall.

Yes, there's a large button during a call for you to tap to switch to speakerphone as an alternative to putting the device face down on a table. Dialpad works the same in speakerphone mode as in normal mode.
Hi all,
This is probably on here somewhere but could not find it, so if i duped this issue i am sorry, but all the time when im on a call on my tilt 2, my ear must hit the notification bar and when i go to look at my phone to hang up or whatever, the notification menu thing is showing. I am ok with the notification messages when i have them just not ok with the menu opening by my ear. is there a way to disable this when im on a call or something.
I did see ways to turn of notifications, but will that disable the menu from opening?
Thanks guys,
JC
I also have this problem. Any fixes for it? Im running Stock Sprint 6.5 ROM. It's pretty annoying.

The TP 2 has a proximity sensor that should turn off the screen when it is close to your face. The screen should be blank if you bring it from your ear to look at it. Does this happen?
The screen SHOULD be unresponsive when held to the ear...
I think what happened is the phone was moved to the face too quickly before the proximity sensor can respond. I have tmo tp2 with stock wm6.5 and has the same issue.
I have used the rhodium keyboard customizer and reassigned the long hold back button to lock, so I often lock the phone before I actually put it near my ear.
Sorry for the delayed replay, what button is the long hold?
I recently purchased and rooted my S6 with PingPongRoot/SuperSU and ever since the dialer/phone has been acting...off. When i go to place a call using the phone app or truedialer, it WILL place the call, but the dialer screen will not show up. Meaning i cant hit speaker phone, i cant "press 1 for english" nor can i end calls and hang up. So far it is the only flaw with the phone. Has anyone had similar problems or any experience on how to fix it?
My Dad recently bought a Moto G5. It's his first smart phone and it's hard for him to get used to. The biggest issue at the moment is that he has problems answering calls. He just can't get used to the swiping.
He lives about 400 kilometers away from me so I can't just hop by and help him. So I wanted to ask if there are any settings on this phone which allow answering calls by a gesture or by pressing the power button or the fingerprint sensor or anything like that? If not, is there any app for this? Or a (trusted) dialer which has more (or other;easier) answering options? The phone doesn't have root ofc.

I know this is a setting on lineageos os but I'm not sure about stock as I'm not currently running it
Goto settings
Buttons
Answer call > enable to answer call with volume buttons
You can also enable end call with power button
Unfortunately this setting isn't present on the stock rom. Thanks anyway!
