I believe I accidentally flashed the E988 baseband on my e980 (AT&T) LG Pro....Now I can't get a data or voice signal. I tried flashing the e980 but I'm still unable to get any signal what's so ever. All the return to stock guides seem to not work for me as well... Plz help...

Try this!
In cwm "format /firmware" then flash E980 modem. This must fix your problem.
Didn't work.... Thx for the help though

What do you mean refresh the rooted image?
Did you try clearing the data/cache for the camera app?

I mean go through flashing the rooted image again from this post:

[ROOT] TMO/VZW/ATT/SPRINT/INTL Root your LG G4 with Low Effort Root!
Just flash through ADB again over your existing image without factory reset.
You're welcome...

I have a huge problem. I had a Verizon s4 that I was using on straight talk at&t. It wasn't working great. It kept getting stuck on an lte signal and not letting me send text messages, so I decided to trade someone for a T-Mobile one. When I got the T-Mobile one I decided to root it and put on a stock lollipop rom. Now it says that my sim card isn't there. Nothing i do works. I have tried flashing back to a 4.4.4. Tw rom and still nothing. I have tried to flash a modem with odin and it keeps failing. I am trying to flash back to stock with odin and it keeps failing. Please help me!
Have you tried changing sim cards?

My sim works in my moto x. The only thing maybe because I am using an adapter in the s4. I can try to use my wife's that is the actual size

Is it an original micro sim or a cut micro sim?
Recovery flashable modems don't exist for this device. You need to use Odin
Sent from my SM-G920T using Tapatalk
I was trying to use my nano sim in an adapter first. Then I used my wife's original micro sim. Any idea why Odin isn't working?it will work to flash cwm recovery but anything else fails. I have tried multiple original firmwares and modems...

That message means you're flashing older firmware. Flash newest firmware and you should be good

Is it a problem that I am on a lollipop rom and all the ones I am trying to go back to are kitkat roms?

I have just noticed that the imei number in the settings doesn't match the imei number that is on the sticker under my battery. Could that be why it doesn't recognize a sim? Could this have been changed while flashing roms? is there anyway to change it back so it matches?

Just recently returned my Verizon LG G4 to stock via the .kdz method. I plan on getting a replacement or selling it. After the process was done the phone was fine except under Settings/About Phone/Software Into/Software Status, it still says modified. Is this normal?
Sent from my VS986 using Tapatalk
Did you use CSE mode or Normal mode? If you did Normal, do it again but choose CSE, which wipes everything.
I did CSE, should I have manually performed a factory reset after?

I got a rooted lg g4, and I accidently delete the Bluetooth, how can I get back to work,?
Sent from my LG-H818 using Tapatalk
If you get the deleted files, you can install them back or if you have recovery and a custom ROM's, just dirty flash your zip rom.
What ROM do you have?
