Wireless charging - Samsung puck - Sprint Samsung Galaxy S6

I put my S6 on my wireless charger (Samsung EP-PG920I) last night and everything was fine. This morning all lights on the charger were off. I tried re-seating and I could not get a connection. Unplugged for awhile to recycle. When I plug it back in, the lights on the puck flash dark blue, green, light blue. Still will not charge. I switched charger and cable to what came with my S6. Same result. It will charge with wire. Charger is just under 6 mos. old. Any ideas?

Nokia DT-900 Wireless Qi Charger Finishing Charging

I picked up the Nokia DT-900 Qi charger at a local AT&T store yesterday and tried my first charge last night. I laid the N7-2 on top of the charger and the light on the charger turned on solid. The N7-2 also indicated it was being charged. I checked it in the morning and the tablet was charged to 100% so it seems to be working. However, when I checked it in the morning the light on the charger was still on solid, which I think means it was still charging. The charger and tablet were warm which seems to confirm it was still charging. I was charging with the Devicewear Ridge case on if that matters.
So shouldn't the charging stop when it hits 100%?
Thanks.
If it s warm it means it s still charging.
If not warm and green, it means it s connected but not charging.
That s my qi from eBay.

[Q] Kindle turns off when plugged in

Hi, I have a kindle fire 2 that I rooted and installed the play store on, everything was working fine then one day it stopped charging. I tried everything I could think of, in the end I opened it up and had the USB re soldered, still would not charge or at least that's what I thought.... it turns out that it does charge but only when it has shut down, there is no orange or green charging light. However this is the problem, I unplug the cable whether it b mains or pc and turn it on, now if I plug either of the cables back in to charge whilst using it it turns off and will not turn back on until I unplug the cable again.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I would double check the ground on the usb port. If you're looking at it from the back (board upside down 5 pins on the usb port facing you) it should be the last pin on the right. It could be bridged with one of the data pins in the middle. Thats where I would start. Hope that helps. Good luck

No USB Charging

My 6 day old Verizon Note 4 stopped USB charging last night.
Went to bed plugged it in. Woke up this morning only at 50%. USB not working. Plug into supplied charger via wall socket, charges fine. Plug into computer charges just fine. Does not charge via USB in my car. Still need to check my cig lighter charger. Any insight? Should I go to Verizon and swap it out?
Thanks,
Bill

I would think that is the best way. Your computer and your car charger should be the same and your pc is working but not the car charger. I would get the 2 amp car charger at the least, not the 1 amp one. Also remember that if you charge with PC or car, you can't use your phone while charging or it would rather drain your battery instead of charging due to too low amperage.
All the same stuff still works on my note 2. My note 4 just stopped usb charging...is it the phone?

Is your car charger is the old car charger with 1 amp? try to power off your phone then plug in and see if that works.
Yes it is the old charger. Need to get it out of my wife's car. Will check in the am.

Did you get the red X in the battery icon? To verify if it's slow charge, you need to go into settings->battery and it should indicate that if it slow charge, if it said no charge then you need to get a new one and make sure get the 2 amp one for none Samsung charger or get the original Samsung made.
My car charger is a 2.4 amp dual charger. It still works with my Note 3, but has never worked with my Note 4. I tried plugging the phone into my radio which pumps out 600 MAH, and that does work. I tried turning off fast charge and my 2.4 charger refuses to work.
First I just want to say I'm no expert, but I have been around the block regarding car chargers and chargers in general.
1. The amperage is important, however there is also voltage that needs to be considered.
2. I've seen chargers that say on the device that it is 5v and 2a, but when you actually take a multimeter to it, it's not outputting the proper volts or amps.
The note 4 has 2 charging modes.
Regular - 5v and 2a
Fast - 9v and 1.67a
You will want the charger you're using to match one of these volt and amp combinations to properly charge your phone.
I have had no problems using all my note 2 chargers (5v and 2a) for my note 4.
I hope this helps.

Sony Smartwatch 3 won't charge.

Hi, Last night I was playing with my new charging dock that I 3D printed and all of a sudden my SW3 stopped charging. The LED on the charging brick blinked a couple of times and that's all she wrote. I tried different cables, different charging bricks and nothing seems to work. I had about 20% of battery power left so I just turned of my SW3 to conserve it a bit. Any ideas?
Would love to see what your charging dock looks like! anyway, have you tried charging from a computer's USB port or directly from a wall outlet with a phone charger? Hope it isn't a hardware problem...
You can also charge when it is off.
I tried all these options, I think that my charger fried the watch charging circuitry. I bought a second one off craigslist yesterday and charged it in the car on my way home. Once I got home I plugged it into the same charger and now I can't charge the new watch either. I'm going to be forced to file a equipment warranty claim from the charging station manufacturer and hope for the best. By the way here is the charger in question. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009DCNP9O?redirect=true&ref_=cfb_at_prodpg

I would suggest two things... Start with blowing out any dust/crud stuck in the charging jack on the bottom of the phone. If still not charging properly, replace your charging cable with a new Samsung cable meant for the phone. I'm not 100% sure on our Note 5, but previously it takes an original Samsung cable to be sure you get proper (and fast) charging. If you do both of those things and it still doesn't charge properly, there might be damage to the charger port.

This happened to my Note 5 as well. Using a new usb cord works temporarily, but always goes back to not being able to fast charge eventually.
The fix I did and works, use a small instrument (tweezers, knife, etc.) and carefully bend the usb pin up (towards the screen) a little bit. Fixed mine completely, now my Note 5 fast charges 100% of the time, links to my desktop, and whatever else I connect it too.
