3G unstability, anyone like this?

Hi.. I always appreciate that you guys developed a lot of great stuffs..
But I couldn't find out any similar problem from this forum so that I have to write this thread.
My X01HT with Dopod official WM6(I tried more than 10 WM5 and WM6 roms) and my problem is GPRS mode is perfect! No problem at all, very stable, long battery life.
But when I choose auto or WCDMA (3G) mode, the connection quite often disconnected both voice and data.
I also tried most of the radio version here from 1.16 up to 1.48.
Some is a bit better like 1.27.00.00, 1.38.00.11 But still I couldn't use them as a voice and data connection.
The symptom is after call a person or receive a call, 3~4 second later disconnected. And then can not find out the signal until I off and on again.
After that it find again the UMTS signal and few minutes later it disconnected again.
What is the problem?? Radio? unlock procedure? My phone was wrong?? Can this problem be solved?
Please please help me,, I tried to search any similar problem and flash so~~ many roms and radio.. But it couldn't solve the problem...

I forgot to mention that I am living in Hong Kong currently.

Same here, with my Hermes. That's why I keep 3G disabled unless I am using it for data/modem/internet sharing.
I am in the US (AT&T/Cingular) and I am attributing it to the carrier's network quality.

I get a similer problem in that if i am attached to 3g or hsdpa then most of the time i cannot make a call.. it just disconnects before dialing.
i've had to turn 3g off as to be able to make (and i presume receive) calls using 1.48 radio rom although its happened with other roms

First of all,, I feel comfort that this problem is not only mine.

Which means this problem is possibly carrier's quality problem?
Or radio roms'???
Is there any suggested solution?

I would say it has more to do with your reception of HSDPA probably the area you are at more than anything since it seems that out of the 100,000 people that have downloaded WM6 from this forum only a handfull have this problem. I do NOT and I live and work in Nyc where the 3G connection is really good and works like its suppose to. it could also be an issue with the chip inside your phones I would go to the wireless store and see if another hermes does the same as yours. if not you have a faulty phone and should get it replaced.

Please help my wifi - very weak

1st, sorry bout my bad English.
I can't connect my Diamond with my router when Im far from it, when I stand right next my router wifi, my Diamond detect network but the signal is very weak. I've changed wifi connection to best performance but it's still not work. I wonder it caused by Radio Rom or the hardware, my God, please help!

[Q] MIUI 3G problem

I`m using MIUI rom from here on my phone. There is often some unknown problem with 3G/Edge connectivity when i disconnect it from Wifi. Nothing can help even changing between 2G/3G modes to force Cell reconnect. The only solution that can help is to reboot the phone, but WHY? If there is some patch/fix/anything to get rid of this problem?

[Q] HELP! my wifi and BT signal range very weak!

i installed TEAM UB ROM (CM Lollipop 5.1)
everything works fine 3 days with this rom (wifi, BT, mobile network working)
but then i realized that my wifi and BT radios very very weak. it can't receive any wifi connection more than 1 meter and can't connects BT connection more than 15 centimeters :crying::crying:
checked imei, still OK. baseband.... yeah, different from my original baseband on stock rom (stock: indonesia, TEAMUB: india)
is this the problem??
tried to get it back, flashed again to stock.
baseband is correct (indonesia), imei still there. but wifi and BT signal still weak :crying:
please help me to get my wifi and BT signal back to normal
i already change my note 2 mainboard 2 times and i dn't want to change it again

I've read that lollipop ROMs have problems with BT and sometimes WIFI. Just search for fix in rom thread or change to different with implemented fixes. I believe Ressurection is the most supported

lg g3 d855 mm no network signal

Can someone help me fix my lg g3 signal problem. Experiencing no signal, since unable to connect to network operator but i have signal bars. Sometimes can connect manually to network when signal is strong but always automatically no signal. Is it hardware issue or software issue? I already tried other roms and downgraded to kitkat but still no to avail. Please help. Thanks.

Try to use Fulmics Rom 5.3, I have it without any problem on signal

Guys, unfortunately i have this same problem. My only option was just use the 3G signal (selecting on network settings). Its been passed 5 months and i still dont know how to fixed. I tried every ******* thing and the problem remains, at least choosing the 3g signal i can use my phone as a phone !!
obs: the problem started after updating to original MM.

I also have this issue, or similar.
Mine occurs when i connect to wifi whilst using 4g. If the 4g signal drops it wont automatically switch down to 3g. I have to do it manually , by changing to 2g/3g in network settings. auto/2g/3g/4g works fine whilst not connected to wifi though.
Mine seemed to start doing this when i first flashed MM or Fulmics.
I have tried flashing old radios, doing a complete unroot factory stock kds flash but nothing has fixed the issue.
Anyone any pointers or an explanation as to what could have possibly happened?

I had the same problem.
I flashed RPM and correct modem.
No signal drop anymore but no LTE.
Flashed modem again and RRom and it works perfect now!
I guess I should flashed the modem twice at the beginning.
