When I try to connect to my car through Bluetooth with my Zenfone 2 , the phone keeps popping up the message "Unfortunately, the process com.asus.audiowizard has stopped." over and over again. I have already tried clearing the data of both parts of the app but the problem still persists. What do I do?

Hi all
I've searched for this issue on the forums but can't find anything that addresses my particular problem. I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts or suggestions.
I'm running CM 7.1.0 stable on my HTC Desire GSM and all is well - all except bluetooth. I don't seem to be able to pair with any devices.
The particular device I'm trying to pair with at present is a PLT BB903+ headset. I know the device works fine since I was able to pair with it when I was running stock Sense and I can pair with it using my wife's BlackBerry without any issues.
The device always appears in my list of found devices, whether it's in pairing mode or not, and even if it's switched off. I've wiped my Bluetooth pairing data using Titanium Backup but it still appears there as "Paired but not connected". Trying to connect fails but no error message appears. Unpairing then repairing has the same result - failure, no error message, and the next time I scan for devices it still appears as "Paired but not connected".
I've installed "Bluetooth File Transfer" from the Market as suggested elsewhere. When I attempt to pair using this I get the message "Pairing operation was aborted by user".
Any thoughts? Anyone had similar issues, resolved or otherwise?
Miz.

There sometimes is a Reset-Button on under the Panel. Take it off and see if there is something.
i`m on 7.1.0 and my bluetooth works fine pairing with an alpine CDE-133BT.
But i have a different Issue:
a crackling and swishing noise in the background as soon as the bluetooth-channel opens for a2dp... with loud music it`s not hearable but with soft and quiet music it`s so annoying!
tried cm7 stock kernel, different Manu`s and Tiamat`s and i flashed the latest Radio... I think i try a different ROM... let`s see...

Hello,
I got my OP3 today and i installed all my apps... in this case the garmin connect app.
Every time i try to log in into my garmin account, i get the error message 'A problem occured while attempting to sign into Garmin Connect'.
The app works perfectly on my old phone. Tried login there no problems.
I also granted all rights to the garmin app. Any ideas whats wrong with OOS and Garmin connect app?
Thanks & best regards.
In my 1+3 work perfect Garmin Connect and VivosmartHR.
Try wipe app data and cache...
I uninstalled the app several times. But with clearing cache it worked for me. Thanks
The situation is:
If I use a custom rom such as lineage 15.1 or Pixel experience or Nitrogen or any other, I have no problems pairing with my car system, and after initial pairing the phone auto reconnects without problems .
The problem is when I hit a "No service" area the car displays "No service" and when I am back in an area with service the car still displays "No Service" but the phone displays that I have service.
I have tried all the different setting in developer mode "AVRCP version, 1.3, 14., 1.5 and 1.6" and none of these seem to help. Restarting bluetooth on the phone solves the problem until I hit another "No Service" area.
If I use the latest MIUI development or Stable, it looks like the "No Service" problem is fixed. The problem I now have is that after initial pairing, then phone never auto reconnects. I always have to go to my car settings and disable it from trying to connect to my phone and then manually connect the phone to the car. I also have this problem when using stock android on MI A2 Lite.
My car is an 2108 Elantra and there is no firmware upgrade available
Thanks
Someone else found a solution for the MIUI reconnect problem:
Not allowed to post URL (it is in elantra forum, "hyundai-forums.com/ad-2017-elantra/641829-bluetooth-w-android-8-x-oreo-re-linking-issues.html") , but the solution is:
In the car unit Bluetooth settings I renamed it from "ELANTRA" to "Elantra", and did a new paring, and now reconnect works every time. Seems unbelievable that an all caps BT name causes all these problems.
Still wondering why custom ROMS have the "No Service" problem ?
