go to sammobile and download full rom, unpack and flash only modem if you want, but I don't think modem is the fault
So what to do now other than downloading full rom? Everything works fine except mobile data..
Please give me some solution..

you should find your gsm operators apn settings. when you found settings go to mobile networks and go to access point names. you will see empty list. Click to ''+'' and write your apn settings. and save)

Hi,
A good few roms that i would like to use don't show 3G data, it just doesn't come on. I have tried a few modems on it and it still does not work.
Is this a modem problem or something else?

Sounds like a problem at your end, try the modem that comes with the latest stock rom of your country/region, clear the cache/dalvik cache and reboot .

Thanks for the reply, i will try that now, but i'm not sure it will work, i am coming from Omega Rom which works fine for me but when i change to another rom using aroma installer, i always choose not to change the modem and 3G still does not work.
I have just tried Assassin Ressurection modem changer with X-Rom and none of the modems give me 3G
Are you getting cellular data at all?
If not, it's probably the APN list for some ROMs doesn't include your carrier.

No, I don't get any cellular data at all, i am with T-Mobile UK.
I have tried about 8 roms and half don't give me a 3G signal, is there an easy fix for this?

I restored my phone back to Omega rom and copied the APN settings from there and put these settings into my new rom and still there is no 3G
I asked soloilmeglio who developed X_note rom why i couldn't get 3G to work and he replied.....

The working Omega rom is set to ITV and works and even if i set it to BTU, once it boots up the new rom, it is set at ITV again.
Anybody got any other ideas?

I am using CM 10.1 , my IMEI is correct and everything else too but my SIMCARD cant find a signal. When i go to settings > more > Mobile networks > Select ''Use only 2g networks'' my signal stay around 10 seconds and go down again. What i need to do ? my grand duo is i9082L
Do you use the L variant? (i9082L) If so, it is mentioned in the CM10.1 thread that you have to flash a new modem.

hey i have a note 2 t-889 i flashed skynote rom 4.3 note 3. everything works fine and it should be except the mobile data. can someone help fix it? i like the rom but i really dont want to go back to stock or another one.

Which carrier are you using? I'm assuming T-Mobile....
Reading the install instructions you should have done B. The post that says match what the APNs are is missing. I would got back to the thread and ask for APNs.

Could you guys tell me how to go about fixing the Wifi on this ROM? I also have a Tmo T889 and just flashed SkyNote R9Z 4.3 Edition. I'm yet to try to fix APN as suggested above, but for sure i cannot get the Wifi to work. Any help?

Did you try flashing another kernel? I believe the T-mobile variants need to use a kernel like Devil or Agni to get wifi working. there was a link in the OP for the rom you flashed for a kernel. It has probably been updated since the link was added.

I actually got the Data to work by adding APN. The wifi issue, i did flash that Kernel with no change. Is there any one Kernel that you'd recommend?

I prefer agni. You only need a custom kernel if you are running a pre-knox bootloader. I do and choose Agni. You can find it in the N7105 dev forum.

Late to the party, but I agree- get Agni kernel, it's amazing!
For future reference, here is a text file with the T-Mobile apn settings I use. I have an i317 for At&t, but these settings allow my data on T-mobile's network to work flawlessly. I have a primary and a secondary listed. Anyway, you can save this text file to your extSD so you always have it for reference.

You cannot convert to n910f but you can flash custom rom with data fix and make everything work.but i suggest if you dont have idea in rooting and flashing then sell it and get international model .if you know how to flash roms use odin tool and install custom recovery i can help you.

i had root the phone and flash TWRB recovery i need room like the orignal in marshmallow and i wanna my 3g 4g gsm data working
already the orignal room working voice call and message but mobile data not work

Open twrp recovery and wipe system+cache+ dalvik cache then Flash this rom and data fix together then reboot and wait 15 to 20 minutes to boot and you will have everything working fine. if any problem tell me :good:

ok thanks i will tray it , i am in egpt now and internet so slowly
but when i bay the phone it has android lollipop and in the model number 910f and tiket under the bettry was has a fake serile number and fake imei but every thing was working fine in lollipop

This rom and kernel from n910g indian note 4 but with data fix it will work on n910p .in twrp just wipe cache&dalvic cache& system and flash rom+data fix+kernel all together and waait 15 minutes to boot. If you can tell me your baseband version so i can help you and find correct rom for you? Go to settings/about device/ and see what is baseband version tell me. Or send me screenshot of about device.

Yes you need rom compatible with your baseband just try the rom that i send you and if not working i look for you good rom.

N910p only 4g work in america with sprint sim card.you will get 4g signal in germany but its actually hspa+ thats 3.5g so its fast same like 4g. All apps you can download from playstore and galaxy apps. Yes you can add mobile data button in notification panel by this app in download below
First turn on multi window button in notification panel and then download app after open app and press remove from quick toggles after you will see data toggle is in notification panel.you can uninstall app after no problem. Remember to turn on multi window button in notification panel before use this app otherwise it will not work.

Try again and after mobile data button come in notification panel you edit and change place of button after that never dissappear.
T-Mobile User do you guys get MMS. What are you APN setting or what ROM are you using
I being switching custom ROM but I still cant get MMS to work properly. I even try different messaging app and nothing the only one that kind of works is Google Messages
Any idea. Any help please

Did you ever get this to work? I'm on ob6 xxx10.3a and having same issue...
For some reason it's greyed out on AP. It's still visible so you'll be able to see the settings.

It has always worked for me. And I'm sorry I didn't mention it: I'm on OOS not beta
Rooted stock 5.1.1
No issues. Never had on T-Mobile USA.
I use Digits with Textra and don't use the factory app for SMS/MMS.
