Hi there, Guys.
I'm noticing that it's so difficult to load the Stock Recovery Mode! For example, when the device is off and I hold Volume Up + Home + Power, I can't load it if I hold them forever, just like I used to do on the first Note.
Basically, I need to stop holding them absolutely immediately after "Galaxy Note II - GT-7100" white letters disappears to have success loading it.
Is this normal or just with me?
If using CWM, this would be different? For example, My Galaxy Note has CWM and It loads so easily just holding the three buttons forever. I don't need to "respect this ultra fast time gap" after device white letters name appears to release buttons!
=====
Edit:
Just noticed that actually I need to release the three buttons WHILE the "Galaxy Note II" white letters are still on the screen.
I'm confused. Can't understand this "time out" rule that messed up the "easyness" to enter Recovery Mode.
You'r not alone, i have this too. Is your device rooted ? Mine is (with chainfire method), maybe it's a side effect of rooting.
Edit: Thank for the tips on how to enter recovery mode, very useful ))
I can enter recovery easily by holding the three buttons, then when the white note 2 logo appears, let go of the power button and keep holding only the volume and home button until you get into recovery. Works every time.

That's right, after some time and fails I'm used to it. Actually I don't release just Power Button, but all three buttons when white logo appears and it works also!
Hey guys I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S and it's my first Samsung. It is brand new and I was just looking through apps then found this mysterious superuser app. I wanted to record and needed to use this app. After doing research I finally found how to root my device and did so. It didn't work the first time but retried it and it worked! It said I rooted my tablet on my computer but when I look down to my tablet it is on the "Samsung GALAXY Tab S" screen also known as the Bootup screen. It doesn't do anything once it goes on. Now I have been waiting for 30 - 45 mins and nothing happened. I have tried re - rooting it and using Kies 3 to fix it. But sadly nothing worked. Thanks for reading this and if you can please help me out.
P.S. - My Samsung is a Galaxy Tab S

Try holding power, vol up and down, and home buttons at the same time and it should force reboot. Then quickly press power, home and vol down to get into download mode. Then flash stock firnware. What root did you use?
I rooted my tab-s 10.5 the other day, I used Odin 3.10.6. I then used flashify to add TWRP, again no problems. From there I really don't remembered what I did to it, but now it is stuck at the white logo that comes after the colored one and now it will not turn off I can get into the Odin menu but that is all. I have let it discharged all night then charged it then I turned it on, it then got to the logo and stopped & will not shut off . I am tempted to send it to Samsung(even though I voided the warranty) and let them fix it. I am at my wits end on this.

White logo? Samsung logo or Galaxy Tab S logo?
I assume Samsung logo. Anyway you can force reboot by holding power+home button + BOTH Volume up and Down buttons all at the same time until the screen goes black. Then quickly press the recovery button combo and restore your backup.
Now if your at the Galaxy Tab S logo, hold power+home button+ both volume buttons until the screen goes black, then press and hold Power+Home+ Volume down buttons then that should get you into download mode. From there flash your firmware.

The download mode is what I thought was called Odin mode which I can get to. The thing is I do not have a firmware. I looked at several sites for one but I did not know which one to down load. They were for other countries but the US..

Heres the T800 lollipop firmware https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24052804347760201
I mirrored it so the download should be fast. It's U.S region
So I should use Odin to load the firmware, right.
Thank you DUHAsianSKILLZ very much, it worked. I about panicked there for a moment when it took awhile to boot. It looks like all of my apps are still there, I only had to reset my wallpaper. Thanks again.
IF I decide to reroot my tab-s(and it's a big if) what file do you recommend and what recovery file.

I usually don't recommend flashing twrp with flashify as it causes some problems but most times don't. I use this tutorial (by me lol) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=59638836 and had no problems so far installing twrp + rooting.
The problem you could of had that gave you the bootloop is that you might of hit something I don't know. I tend to only use the recovery to flash roms and hardly ever for backups (takes to much space). I just keep a custom ROM on my sd card since most of my things are backed up into the cloud.
Or you could use this, root and twrp in one:

Try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-s/development/root-cf-autoroot-twrp-t800-t3079488.
First I rooted using CF-Auto-Root by Chainfire Root was verified working used the tablet for a couple hours. Then I booted into TWRP and did a back up and factory wipe then installed IronRom When the installation was complete it said rebooting but TRWP seemed to freeze. So I held the power button until it turned off. It automatically rebooted to the Samsung GALAXY TAB S boot image and thats now where its stuck. If I Hold the power button it does nothing. If I hold the volume down with the power button it shuts off for about a sec or 2 and come right back to the Samsung GALAXY TAB S boot image and stays there. Is there any hope for me?
Model is a T800. was running 4.4.2.
HELP ME PLEASE!!!
I have had serveral devices this is the first time anything like this has happened.

THIS WORKS FOR THE SM-T700
Well, it seems that TWRP was successfully installed. Get back to the TWRP recovery mode: To turn off tab and reboot into TWRP while tab is powered on hold down
Power+VOL DOWN+Home button.
*As soon as* you see the logo, move finger to VOL UP while still holding down Power and Home buttons.
........TiTiB (tweak it 'til it breaks)......
