Possibility of AOSP MM Lockscreen on LG ROMs? (H815, Unlocked Bootloader) - G4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey everyone, I was wondering if it's possible to get the AOSP lockscreen on the LG roms. Most of my problems with it stem from the way notifications and the lockscreen works, all of my notification issues are solved with xposed but the lockscreen is something I just can't get past. The layout and design is just bad and it doesn't even show next alarm time.
I found some threads on the G2 forum about changing things in build.prop, but none of that applies now, at least none I can find that look remotely like anything. I'm willing to put some time and effort into learning and trying things to get this working, I just need to know where to start.

[Q] Notification Bar edit / removal

Hi guys,
I'm not sure if this is a DHD question but more of an Android question but here goes.
I've tried searching and googling a solution and have finally decided to seek help from people in the know .....
A long story short I have changed my home launcher to "Go Launcher EX" as well as installed their iPhone notification bubble widget (so that a number appears over FB, messages Phone apps etc). So I now have no need of dragging down the status or notification bar.
Is there a way of stopping this and removing the notifications that flash up there ?? The time would also be good to remove as I have a clock on my homescreen (however one problem at a time).
I am aware there are ways of manipulating the programs running the phone similar to doing it on a PC however I do not have a clue how to do this and would probably brick my mobile.
I am currently rooted and using Leedroid custom Rom
Looking forward to hearing from you guys

[REQ] STOCK WHITE MMS app with emoji support and quick reply for ODEXED STOCK ROMS

Hello everybody, I understand that there are a lot of roms that do include what I'm requesting, such as Codename Android, however, I'm tired of flashing different roms and wipping everything.
Since I got my nexus (a couple of weeks ago) I decided not to flash any rom other than the one that comes with the phone (Flashaholism problem). Obviously I had to root it, unlock it and choose a nice kernel to fix the really annoying issues I found on the GNex such as the screen colors and the low volume. I was able already to replace the MMS apk with one with emoji support, however, I would like the stock one with quick reply also.
Tried the notify pro app but it causes too many wakelocks and every time that I quick respond a message, the notification in status bar remains (there is an option to clear that notification but it doesn't work) and if the message is too long the buttons get re sized to a point where I can barely use them.
Can someone please help me creating a STOCK MMS apk with quick reply and emoji for stock ODEXED ROMS, I'm currently using JRO03C.
Thank You.

Auto Expanded Notifications

How do I stop this from happening?
It bother me too, I prefer the old style, contracted notifications by default. I was wondering a way to change this options, and found that this condition is called "Big View", but my knowledge in development is very weak, so I can't help.
If somebody knows how to disable the default "Big view" please help us.
^bump
I do not like the big view too. Please somebody help!
I am running a G3 port for the LG Optimus G (original) and I have tracked down where this is in the source code. I will try to work on a mod to fix and I am looking for help. Any experienced devs here interested?
The issue is in LGSystemUI - BaseStatusBar. There is no method updateExpansionStates as there is in AOSP.
This is the method which goes through the notification stack and collapses all except the top one (or any that the user has manually expanded).
Instead, the LG system simply expands each notification as it comes in.
I thought I could just edit the smali for BaseStatusBar and change the default behavior to collapsed, but this didn't work. (Perhaps I am doing it wrong.) Plan B will be to develop an xposed mod which could hook the add- and removeNotificationView methods, and manually put in the updateExpansionStates method from AOSP. Let me know if you have any ideas or think you can contribute.
It's worth noting that LG set the priority of each notification to maximum.

[Q] AOSP Lockscreen?

Is there an .apk out there to give the G3 a more AOSP style lockscreen?
I will use knock code while traveling or while @ client sites, but during my personal time am really missing the simple lock key slide.
You can actually see one on the stock G3 lockscreen when you long press the lockscreen widget. So far Tweaksbox, Gravity, etc. modules do not really provide the same lockscreen mechanism (at least my experience has been this).
I have also seen several play store options but none of them seem to really emulate the simple experience of the lock key slide.

Last I knew a true AOSP Lockscreen was going to be hard to do. See this on Reddit

It's regarding the same issue on a G2 running 4.4.2 which I'd imagine would be the same case with our G3s.
I'm with you though I'd like to have that Lockscreen back but not sure we'll get it on stock.

[Q] Remove Quick Setting tiles?

I would like to entirely remove the quick settings tiles in my Notification Shade, on my TMobile Galaxy S3 (SGHT999). I am running 4.3 stock rom (I highly prefer TW framework because I utilize some Samsung apps[New Boootloader!]) My device is rooted and has SuperSu Pro installed. I also have Xposed Framework installed, I have seen quite a few modules for other devices to do exactly what I've been hoping to succeed, but none for my device or compatible with my device. I can delete all the icons but am then stuck with an empty void and edit button. I'm looking to abolish the entire quick settings toggles as an option within my Notification pull down shade. I've been searching for days and cannot find a functioning solution, any help would be extremely appreciate. My apologies if this has been addressed somewhere and I overlooked it. I did not want to resort to making new thread but did what I could before making one.
