LG G4 H815 unable to update to Marshmallow via LG Bridge - G4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Model number is H815, purchased and operating in Germany. According to many sources the H815 should have received the Marshmallow update about a month ago. OTA and LG Bridge say my phone is up to date. Multiple users post that they have updated their phones with LG Bridge.. However, the program keeps telling me the phone is up to date. What am I doing wrong? Current Build number is LMY47D, Software version V10e-214-07.

Anyone in the same situation?

Same problem here. Still no update

Mine purchased from US (unlocked international) used in Canada. Same problem. LG Bridge says download available, downloads, then says cannot complete installation. Tried several workarounds but no go.

Try via LGUP flash tool

LG G3 lollipop update

Hello
I still did not receive the lollipop update. I have the LG G3 D855. I tried to update it manually from the About menu. How can I force the update?
Check it using PC Suite. If it still say you have the latest Kitkat version, it means that Lollipop hasn't been released for your region.

You may use the LG Flash tool to flash the device with the new firmware(kdz).
LG Flash tool: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2797190
Please look on this forum to find the lollipop firmware that was released for LG G3 D855 and download that firmware. You will use this file to flash the new update to your phone.
Note: Region does not matter. The model number of your phone is very important and it does matter.

When i go into update center and then phone version update, after clicking on check now for update, it gives me an error "update service is limited. Please contact lg service center". I tried to use lg pc suite, but it gives this error "cannot run upgrade. Check phone status and retry". Is something wrong with my device? I'm worried sick :|
Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Same issue in F460k
These are all LG Korean refurbished phones.. But they don't support it and not licensed to sell in korea. That's why e-commerce sites selling these phones with deep discount. But I wonder can I able to flash lollipop kdz file manually. If I do so it won't affect SIM lock or no read issue?

How To Update LG G4 H81510h to Marshmallow? PLEASE HELP

I recently bought a used LG G4 H81510h but it was in tip-top condition (although I only got the handset, nothing else). I have question/complaint. The phone is running Android Version 5.1 Lollipop with the build number being LMY47D. I looked at the specifications of the phone online and found out that it is supposed to get Marshmallow as well. But whenever I go to the Software Update section in the settings menu, it states that my phone is up to date. The person who sold it to me also said that he didn't get any updates by the time he had it. My set is not rooted and doesn't have it's bootloader unlocked or anything. I really want to updgrade, can you help me out here? I've tried the LG Flash Tool 2014, LG Bridge and the LG Support Tool but nothing worked for me. Each had it's own problem. The .kdz file (20A) doesn't install. Please halp, I'm primarily asking because I can't unlock the bootloader either, the OEM Unlock option in the Developer Options doesn't work no matter how many times I try to enable it, it stays disabled.

LG K10 2017 Flashing the firmware to get rid of bloatware

Hello,
I am the owner of K10 2017 M250N, however LG Bridge say's that it is M250E. I have tried flashing the firmware with the use of few applications such as LG UP, LGFlashTools both versions 2014, 2016. and LG Bridge.
All those methods have failed I have even tried to change the kdz files while the LG Bridge was downloading the official firmware for my phone, however I DON'T WANT IT AS IT HAS A LOT OF BLOATWARE.. As the LG Bridge never had a problem with installing the firmware I couldn't replace the KDZ even when I changed it name to the official one.
My question is, is there a way to flash different KDZ from the same phone, region etc ??
All help is appricated,
Thank you.
