Bugs issues after update 5.0.2 (d5322)

Hi all
its been 18hrs i have been using the update and have come across below issues.
1. creepy speaker output(feels very bad sound output)
2. sudden fezzes
3. camera gone bad i think
4. settings wont open many times while trying to access from notification notification dragged down
5. had to update latest album manually
will update further day by day if come across
also would request you all please confirm above bug if you face

have you tried prerooted firmware software to get root in lollipop? :silly:

slower? on 4.4.3 from 0% to 100% it took 4hrs, now on lollipop how much time it takes..?

it's the same for me., took maximum 4 hours for charging.
might even quicker if you put it at airplane mode while charging.

After Updating my D5322 to Lollipop 5.0.2 my phone's imei is gone.
I don't know what i have done wrong with my phone while flashing but i know that i flashed customized IN of India.

You will have to reinstall recovery... the same procedure as 4.4.3.

dual recovery is due for update wait for nut to update it

Already contacted Dev and giving him all the log files he needed so there vl be recovery soon..see devb thread for more information

I had tried offline and reebot, but nope. The mobile data still doesnt connect
And which version of open gapps suitable for this rom? I've flashed mini version but it failed.

What failed? Try pico instead. For your data connection problem, maybe it's a temporary problem with your carrier.

Got to setting/sim settings and see your apn setting is there??if not fill it with you service provider settings..
For gapps I recommend Pico.and if you want Google now launcher you can use micro..

I've got the same problem! It all started when I modded it (unlocked the bootloader, flashed custom ROM and recovery, ecc.). I don't know if it's normal and I'd like to know it too. Anyone who's got the answers?

It is a known bug in almost all custom roms. Stock rom has no issues

Automatic lock screen time
Hi All,
Just use this New phone about a week found that has issue that Stock ROM 6.0 did not have setting to set Automatic lock screen time... Is it any other solution ?

Nope. Just update it to Nougat: there's automatic lock screen time on that version.

Nougat better than MM. Update by OTA, if you are not rooted and bootloader is locked, else flash stock MM rom, modify official update and flash via TWRP

I don't know any fix. The bug (and maybe all bugs) was reported here

Check this thread if they find any fix in future. I will also inform you here if I find any fix

You must unlock bootloader to root the device. As your phone is still in original condition, just check for updates in settings, it will display some updates, download and install them.

You can use Qfil: with it you don't need root or unlocked bootloader. Just download the stock ROM you're interested in from Zukfans.eu (maybe you can find it here on XDA, I don't know) and flash it with Qfil. We're changing the argument dough... the original question of this thread was another one. If you want further informations, search them here on XDA.

I'll give you the infos about Qfil etc, but I have a doubt: what did you mean with "automatic lock screen time"? I'm asking you this because maybe i misunderstood and there's no such option even on Nougat's Official ROM.
Anyway, Qfil, in theory, will void your warranty, but, if you flash everything correctly, no one will notice you used such a program. About Qfile there's a guide just right here on XDA: https://forum.xda-developers.com/zuk-z2-pro/how-to/howto-flash-stock-rom-t3435109

There are both the Indian and Chinese versions, but the indian one is not updated yet, so You'll need, if you want Nougat, to flash the Chinese one.

About this last guide, tough, i suggest to ignore the part about Windows Test Mode and, instead, do this (this is a procedure to follow so you can avoid drivers' issues):
1) Click on the reboot virtual button in the Start menu while pressing the left shift button.
2) The pc will reboot in a light blue menu, in which you'll have to click on "troubleshooting" (the second option).
3) Click on advanced settings/option.
4) Click on "Startup Setting" (the penultimate option).
5) Click on "reboot".
6) Press F7

Big thanks for good explained & well noted in my PC... But what ?? you not understand what is "automatic lock screen time" ? Oh not good per previous your reply #5 above mention nougat has that function but now you said no... ??
Qfil will void warranty so is the same method to root phone also lose warranty but is it root method more easy than Qfil ?
Please look into screenshot picture for you, as you can see my old phone (Old OS Jelly bean 4.2.2) has function to set time for how long phone will automatic lock but now even this ZUK Z2 is very New OS this kind basic function needed but not at all ... ?? i confused....

No... i not said use Qfil to update to nougat but he said Qfil can be same as rooted phone & Qfil will void warranty too so i still on consider, by the way pictures already re-upload above, please look :good:

OK guys ,I was on nougat and unlocked bootloader successfully.Now I wanted to flash twrp so I flashed official 3.1.1.0 and flashed a superuser file I watched from channel on YouTube techxplicit.And then I rebooted and there was a black screen and blue notification light with vibration.So I was able to unbrickmy p2 and now I am on marshmallow.
Now please someone can help what exact steps I need to do get root and flash ROM.please help as on first time I bricked my phone,and I don't want to do that again .

Download phh'superuser from playstore,, download and flash one team superuser from twrp recovery worked for me

Bro both roms are based on same tree and kernel so If you face something in aosgp x rom you will face the same in aicp .But I have to say one thing that camera quality is really degraded in custom roms .
Also I managed to get root ,just used hendibudi's twrp and phh superuser.zip even though my phone is still encrypted and f2fs file system.

Bro both roms are based on same tree and kernel so If you face something in aosgp x rom you will face the same in aicp .But I have to say one thing that camera quality is really degraded in custom roms .
Also I managed to get root ,just used hendibudi's twrp and phh superuser.zip even though my phone is still encrypted and f2fs file system.

I saw many people commenting on that fast charge is working,l,i really used to like fast charging?ya can see the quality is downgraded,hope there is an development of custom kernel in future

The only thing i would like a fix for on R remix rom is the slightly low in call volume which i believe is their in all lineage based roms i have tried a fix by editing one of the xml files in system but i lost all sound and had to reinstall a backup.

Ok I will tell you the exact time tomorrow from 0 to 100%
Camera quality is degraded so badly no sharpness in photos in even good lighting. Hope devs can do something about it.
I also don't like the high vibration in these custom roms.Can you tell me that is there any toggle in AOSGP-X rom to lower vibration intensity or in KA.Because in AICP there isn't.
Also does somebody know how to lower the vibration manually by editing any file or anything ?

True,videos are worse,,i turned off vibration cause i dont like it, settings-sound-other sounds-vibrate on tap,it was on by default , disabling it will stop vibration on tapping nav buttons

Fast charge is not working then i get kidda same charging time,,,what is antutu benchmarking score in aicp??on aosgp x i get 66k

Huaxing screen, unable to install custom roms

I recently bought a redmi note 5, waited 360 hours to unlock the bootloader, only to find out that, due to the presence of this "huaxing" screen panel, i am not able to install any aosp custom rom, because the screen goes completely black when booting up. Are devs working on this to fix it or is it better to sell the phone and buy another smartphone? I bought the redmi note 5 only to be able to install aosp roms and now that i can't, i have no reason to keep the phone unless this huaxing screen problem is fixed soon
