[Q] ROM loop

Hello
I usually dont write in forums for help but I just dont know what to do anymore, so I try my best to explain.
I rooted my HTC ONE M8 DUALSIM and it worked as far as I guess: I can use superSu etc.
( I used this as help...)
After that I installed TWRP from here.
so far so good... At this point everything works well I guess. I made a backup and copied ViperOneM8 4.3.0 (source) on my SD. I full wiped and installed.
Installation worked well (could go into venom menu and setup the stuff I wanted) at the end he says everything fine (no error) and reboot.
Now here is the problem: From now on I get stuck in the flashboot menu. I cant boot the OS normally. Everytime I try to reebot (tried it manually and form computer) he goes back to flashboot menu. I can still go in Recovery menu and restore my backup.
I tried: wipe again after rom installation, factory reset, install other ROMS (ViperOneM8 3.2.0, Insert Coin and even Cyanogenmod nightly) but none of them worked too.
I installed an older version of TWRP and tried it with Rom Clock Work Manager.
So I really dont know any further. Is it because I have the HTC ONE M8 DUALSIM?
I hope you can understand my problem, sorry for bad english.
If it helps:
model: HTC ONE_M8 dual sim
Android: 4.4.4
HTC: 6.0
thanks already <3
// EDIT: ok quite stupid but after searching for another hour or something I guess its because M8 Roms doesnt work for M8 dual sim.
if true: new question would be has anybody good experience with a htc one m8 dual sim rom?

Problem installing Marshmallow to Micromax Canvas A1

Guys, I have got the OTA update for Micromax Canvas A1 last night. I have downloaded the whole update and then started installing it. But it got stopped in middle saying "Error occurred" and revert back to Lollipop again. I have repeated the process for 5-6 time. Still same result. Anyone knows solution for the same?

Clean Flash Marshmallow ROMs - stuck at "Android is starting... Starting apps"

Clean Flash Marshmallow ROMs - stuck at "Android is starting... Starting apps"
Hi,
I just performed a clean flash of some of the Marshmallow ROMs and my stock unlocked 16GB maguro didn't take micro-gapps, had to flash only nano gapps. After flashing all the files, the device boots up and performs the 'optimizing apps x of x' but gets stuck at the starting apps. It doesn't go beyond that step even after a couple of hours.
I've tried the following ROMs
CM 13
zzpianoman 6.0.1 ROM
werty100 6.0.1 ROM
Can some one help me with this?
P.S. I have checked the thread here -http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-nexus/help/stuck-android-upgrading-starting-apps-t2825113 and it didn't help
Thanks!

After the recent update to Android 11 and OneUI 3.1 random reboot loop happenning

HI,
I had been using the phone for the past 1 year. It was working fine. But, for past couple of months after the recent updates, everything went haywire.
I downloaded the last Android 10 ROM from sammobile and flashed it, it did not help too.
I am at a loss , can anyone please suggest anything.
Do I really need to flash the stack ROM , is that the only option I have ?
