[Q] Helvetica for LG G3

Hi,
I've got a wonderful LG G3 running Lollipop.
I was wondering - could I somehow (without root, I guess, as root isn't out for Lollipop yet) put the Helvetica font on my phone, and use that?
I've looked in the SmartWorld app, but none of the fonts in there comes even close.
Hope to get some great response!

Many of us running Lollipop on rooted G3, I personally ChupaChups ROM. Should you decide for root, you might find here HelveticaNeuLight here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/themes-apps/font-cocon-t2830600

Is there any way to root a stock L rom?

No. But this is why you should install a Kitkat kdz, root and then a L Rom. Skin1980 patched also the 20a stock kernel. Look in the G3 Android development thread.

Just download fontser app at playstore its free and easy to use.

Stock camera

i have Problem in stock camera .. it process " save photo " it take about 2 sec each time i shoot .. even after i change my SD to Class 10

What android version are you running ?

Got the same problem here..
when I try to take a pict, the camera will stuck like 2sec
im running android 5.0 (Stock version, no root,etc) on LG d855(2gigs ram)

Try finding a way to update it to 5.1 or 5.1.1. It solved the same problem on my d851

there's no offical update >> custom rom still got bugs
if you try one from Custom roms you can tell me what is best choose :angel:

I like the lionrom 5.5 ROM because it is stock and you can customize the color of your phone. I would suggest go try it out.

on N915fy rooted stock rom doesn't work.I must say that on stock rom there is no aircommandservice.apk
after install by twrp the old ugly aircommand appear and immediately aircommand crashes
i wish you could find a way to implement new aircommand.thk a lot for your kindness

Guys of course you need a working N5 Air Command. This is just a nice replacement of the Aircommandservice.

The theme works on my N915g but the setting icon doesn't function.

If you don't need smart select, action memo and screen shot this is also a nice replacement. Over here

Everyone loves Nexus Roms so here you go Nexus for the XT​
I built this one for the Google Lovers out their. I removed most all the Huawei apps and replaced them with the Google counterparts.

Flashing instructions.. You Must already be on B160 firmware. (If you need to get to B160 Click here)
Copy the Nexus_XT Rom to the phones Ext_sdcard and reboot to TWRP
Choose Wipe / Format Data / Type yes
You must Mount - System / Cust and Data before you start the Install.
Install the Rom - After install wipe cache / dalvik and reboot.
That's about it ..Enjoy!

Ever hear of a force close called "Qualcomm time service has stopped"?

I really love this rom! Is anyone else having issues with the app permissions though? It won't let me use dialer because it doesn't have permission and when I go to the permissions menu in settings, the screen turns black for a second and goes back to the previous screen.

which one did you flash the full or lite ? they use different dialers
go to settings / apps / advanced / Default app settings / call
I found what your talking about ... for now install exdialer from the play store and set it to default
permissions seem to be broken in all apps ... I pulled the Rom and left the Lite version it's working fine and I highly recommend flashing that one

You cant pass safety net with Xposed anyways so i think the answer would be a No.
Other than that, there has to possibly be a modification to the APK in which i am not aware if and will most likely be detected
