I flashed twrp. It worked fine.
Then I wiped data and cache and wanted to install cm11, but while installaing it had an error and went black.
After that nothing worked, not even fastboot.
I used a tool called recovery installer, from where i downloaded
and installed twrp gummy.

Thaks for your help

Okay. It does sound like a hard brick to me, but I have never owned an Oppo. So don't give up hope, there is probably a way to save it that I am unfamiliar with.
I am going to have this thread moved to the Find 7's dedicated help forum, where there are experts with your device that will be able to assist you further.
Good luck!

This is the best tutorial to unbrick your find7. Follow all the steps and your phone should be back to life:

Help needed: Blank screen. Can't get into recovery or start phone X9077

Hello.
I have an X9077 and was trying to flash the latest stable ROM coming back from Beta2.
I tried a few times with no luck and then I read that someone had had more luch by flashing 1.2 first and then the latest ROM.
I tried with that ROM and it caused a split screen image and when I tried again it just caused a blank screen. So no OPPO logo or noting but the backlight is on and the soft keys glow a bit.
If I try to enter recovery I have the same thing happening.
The computer sees the phone and the sd card and I can access it in fastbook mode but don't get any visuals in the screen to reload the beta2 Rom.
Please help. All I wanted was to get the GAPPS and to be able to make and receive calls without chinese characters popping out everywhere.
I downloaded the stock recovery from:
oppoforums . com / threads / stock-recovery-for-find-7-7a.17397 /
and then did a
fastboot erase cache
Which worked fine and then I did a
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Which worked but still can't access the recovery part. I get a blank black screen with glowing buttons underneath.
Everything went south before when I installed X9006_12_OTA_INT_001_all_svn5596_wipe.zip which I now know was not for my phone.

Well I have installed the stock recovery but my phone still does all the things that Suyi's did.
I have written to Suyi and Coldbird to see if they can guide me on how to manually restore the partitions.
Thank you very much.
Coldbird and Suyi are legends!!! I have rescued my phone back from the darkness thanks to your amazing work.
The only thing is that there is an unnecessary line there which is 521. The syntax in it is wrong but it doesn't harm the procedure, but it can be a bit unnerving.
I did not use the ROM that they used but the latest stable 1.2.1
Instructions are here:

Well done. Oppo should at least have set the numbers of the models further apart e.g. 9008 for find 7 & 9007 for 7a. It seems 7 is feng shui for them. Launch date for find 7 in Malaysia is 7.7.14. 7+7=14.
Oppo. Symmetry. Should be opqo.
My phone's model number is X9076. I am facing this same issue. The only difference is that my phone is not even rooted. Whenever I try installing TWRP on my phone the screen goes black. When I try pressing the hardware buttons, it gives a haptic feedback but doesn't show anything on the screen. Because of that I am not able to root my device and also can't install any custom ROMs. Also my phone is in stock condition and I haven't done anything to it before. How can I fix this (please don't provide me with any links, please explain me the procedure so it becomes easy for me )

Pretty Sure I Hard Bricked - HELP!

Day before yesterday, I tried to go back to stock. Must not have had the right ROM or something. Long story short, phone doesn't turn on. Computer will make a noise letting me know that it has been plugged in though. Under device manager it comes up as...
Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM7)
So, hard bricked? Tried pulling the battery and everything else. So I guess, can anyone point me to a guide or explain here step by step what I need to do? I did some searching and found various guides, all of which seemed to differ. Looking for a good solid answer. I have a Jig on the way but not sure whether or not it will work.
THANKS ALL

What was your phone on prior to attempting to flash stock (bootloaders, ROM)?
Also, what did you try to flash?

As I pointed out there, even though I've never seen it show Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader, it does match what we do often see as QHSUSB_DLOAD.
@nbar7655, you also confirmed the red led in your last post, so yes it is bricked, and as suggested you're only option is to try the debrick method. If that doesn't work, the only other option is a jtag service. The jig, while good to have, will not help in this particular situation.

Thank you. I did make this post just because I felt that it should have a post of it's own and I shouldn't sit on someone else' thread for too long haha.
So, my only option is through the debrick img, correct? Any ideas where I can grab one. I believe I know the steps to doing it. (Throwing it on an SD card) but I seem to find different debrick files all over the place. THANKS!
I agree about not hijacking that firmware thread for this, so no big deal.
This is the thread I was referring you to:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=47984104
It gets confusing because everyone creates a new thread for every brick just about. But since yours happened while on 4.3, try using the debrick.img provided in the OP.
If it doesn't work, don't give up. Many people have had to make several attempts before it would work. It may seem a lot, but id try at least 6 or 7 times before giving up on that image and looking for another.
OK and just to double check, all I have to do is write the image to the sdcard, pop the SD card into my phone and then (attempt) to power it on?
UPDATE: OH MY GOD! Got it into recovery!!! Where do I go from here? Lmao
UPDAT2: Ok, so I can boot into what looks like stock mode but I am sure that I am only booting from the SD card. So at this point, do I run odin and flash a stock ROM?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using XDA Free mobile app
Im assuming you used the 4.3 debrick.img correct? And is it booting into stock or a custom recovery?
Either way, try to reboot download mode and Odin flash the MJB firmware. (Don't forget to take out the sd card first). Hopefully, after the flash completes it'll reboot right into the OS. You were on aosp before, right? You may need to factory reset to get it to boot all the way.

Where can I find that firmware?
My bad, I am assuming from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2540998
If so, what exactly am I grabbing from that?
Also, any files that I grab from there...ODIN doesn't see them because they aren't the correct file types? Maybe I am not grabbing the correct ones?
Well, the firmware I had in mind is the same that is in the thread you first posted in. Try redownloading it and flashing again. Ill try to find an alternative if you prefer though.
I know there is a method where you first flash recovery with odin, then flash the firmware from recovery. Id have to locate the files needed though. (The thread you linked to may have exactly that though. I will look closer in just a bit)
Ok, if you want to try another way, go to this post:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=52341560
Download the one that says to flash with custom recovery.
Now, using Odin, flash TWRP or CWM recovery.
Now reboot to that recovery and flash the package you just downloaded.
Factory reset.
Reboot.
If it tries to boot, but hangs or goes straight to recovery, download the other package from that post and flash it in Odin. Then try to reboot again.
Basically, if you follow the instructions in thst post from start to finish, you should be able to boot up to stock 4.3. If you do not flash the last part in Odin (if you stop after the recovery flash), hopefully your device will be able to boot into whatever you last were running. It would probably be best to go back to full stock though.
Good Luck!

Update: Got it installed. Problem was that I had it stored on the SD card instead of the phone storage.
Update2: Currently sitting at the white screen with the AT&T logo. Will see if it gets past this in a few minutes. If not, I'll reboot into recovery and flash the stock ROM.
Update3: BOOTED IN!
Update4: Going to try to now boot without the SD card to make sure it isn't still booting from that!
Update5: SUCCESS! I can now boot from the system itself!!!!! ALL SEEMS GOOD!

[Q] I am in desperate need of help.

Here's the dealio. I'm a retard. And now I need help.
I tried installing the Paranoid Android rom to my Z1 Compact. But instead of using fastboot flash thingy I just put the zip on my SD-card as I have always done on my S3. After the installation of course failed in TWRP Recovery I tried rebooting the phone. But now it is just black. If I hold down the power button it just keeps vibrating every other second or so. And I can't get it in to recovery mode. I can't hold down the factory reset button. I can't do a hard reset. The only thing I can get to work is fastboot thing where the LED turns blue.
Please help me. Please?:good:
I found the solution myself. Thank you if you even considered helping out! I don't know how to delete this thread so I wouldn't mind an admin doing so
You could try to flash the stock rom using Sony's Flash Tool...
EDIT: Seems you have already found out yourself. Maybe you could share your solution for future users?

Yea. I don't know why didn't to begin with.
SOLUTION: As I still was able to put my phone into fastboot mode and flashmode I just did exactly what you said. Put it in flashmode and flashed a stock rom.

[Q] Unable to boot into recovery mode with rooted Z1 Compact...?

Hi guys,
Hope you're all well and enjoying the weekend! First off, i have googled and searched my ass off,but still can't find a solution for this. Basically my Z1 Compact will not bot into recovery mode. I used the EasyRoot tool yesterday, which appears to have worked fine. I then installed SUperSU and ROM Manager which also seemed to work fine. So, as I want to install the 4k and 120fps recording mod I then of course went to boot into recovery mode to deox my ROM...
...and no joy. I literally cannot get it to boot into recovery. I have tried:
, it just goesto the Xperia logo and then right into the normal boot process
Using ROM Manager option
Using Quick Boot app
Pressing Vol+ at boot (both by holding and clicking it repeatedly)
Dancing around the phone while singing
If anyone has any ideas I would be very, very grateful. I genuinely could find any a solution that helped when searching the forum. Thanks in advance.
Have you actually installed a recovery?, there is no stock one. It's a shame all your Googling didn't lead you to the stickys.

ok, sorry for the stupid question, but i'm also having the same issue. yesterday, after MUCH trial and tribulation (on a mac) was able to unlock the bootloader (per sony's recently published instructions) and then when i went to root the phone, could not boot into recovery mode to save my life. found this here, and of course there must not be a recovery partition on the phone, but how do i get one? i have googled and found many instructions but they are all for PC, which does me not good.
i did manage to instal SUperSU on the micro sd card which is seen by the phone.
i'm completely new at this, completely lost, completely frustrated, and using a mac to top it off. any help is GREATLY appreciated!!! i'm kind of dead in the water without it.
thanks!!

Mi A2 Lite-accidentally removed OS,can't install stock or custom roms - help needed

Hello, hoping someone might be able to help me? I installed TWRP 3.3.0-dees_troy on my MI A2 Lite. Somehow whilst trying to update the phone to Android 10, I've managed to remove the OS (Android 9 @ 1.2020 prior to original OTA update to Android 10 which caused a bootloop problem). I have since tried all sorts of methods via videos and instructions on the internet and have not been able to reinstall any OS be it stock or custom. Before doing so I'd unlocked the bootloader, enabled Developer options etc. Would be grateful for any assistance you can offer. Desperately hoping a kind soul on here can help me get my phone up and running.? Thank you and best wishes
I am in the process of writing a detailed guide for custom rom installation. So you can wait 1-2 days about that because I think it will help you out. Regarding your issue, for custom roms you should use offain TWRP

Thank you, I'll take a look @ twrp-daisy-3.3.0-0-offain.img now. Will wait to hear from you regarding a detailed guide for custom rom installation. I'd prefer to reinstall stock android but if I have to first install a custom rom first, I'm happy to do this. A lot of the guides out there seem to me to be done for people that are familiar with installing custom rom, modifying and or manually flashing their handsets etc. I haven't done this for years as I have a MI A2 which I bought because it came with stock android. Before that I had a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 which I'd messed around with installing custom Roms and messing with developer options and bootloader t get rid of bloatware but went back to Samsung supplied rom. With the Mi A2 lite, completely my fault, I'd tried to update it using mi flash and TOOL ALL IN ONE, neither worked. Installed TWRP 3.3.0-dees_troy on my MI A2 Lite via TOOL ALL IN ONE. Thought it was straight forward to use. Big mistake. Ended up removing the OS which would not update OTA. Mi A2 lite came with a bootloop problem following 1/2.2020 initial update to android 10. I solved this via switching partitions via fastboot. Got complacent thinking modding and flashing was straight forward. Have paid the price. any help you can afford me will be greatly appreciated.
There is a flash reset script for using with adb. Try searching for unbrick Mi A2 Lite. It's a German thread. With that you can even go back from 10 to 9 without any errors or problems. Works 100%, did this multiple times.
Thanks but I no longer have android 10 or 9 on my phone. Accidentally removed operating system with TWRP. Absolutely lost now as to what to do next

Using the stock fastboot ROMs should be able to recover, or MiFlash if you prefer.
Assuming that by "removed the os" you don't mean broke the partition table. In which case you probably need edl.

Hello, thank you for your time, i can go into fast boot via volume down and power button. I think I wiped everything using TWRP. I've no idea what edl is? or what you meany by breaking the partition table? I've tried misflash, fastboot and tool all on one
https://sourceforge.net/projects/tool-all-in-one/
I'm not too techy but can follow instructions if they are complete. the phone was originally stuck on a bootloop, I sorted that via a video on youtube i.e. switching from slot to slop b via ADB and fastboot.
In spite of extensive (several hours of searching) and trying ,several roms both fast boot and non fast boot, nothing has worked.
Very frustrating as if I can actually find a video or website with simple and complete (that doesn't suppose the user knows tech jargon or is familiar with the or similar procedures, I'm confident I can sort the problem)

Thanks ever so much, the link is exactly what I needed, I downloaded everything, followed all but the final instruction (14) After it is done, hold down the power button for ~10 seconds and verify that the stock rom boots) I disconnected my phone from PC, and it got stuck in a bootloop. Repeated the process for a second time whilst keeping my phone connected to PC via usb cable, held power button down for 10 seconds and it worked and installed android 9 version 1.8.2019. Managed to update to android 10 OTA. Just relocked the boot loader via TOOL ALL IN ONE https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3/how-to/tool-tool-one-driversunlocktwrpfactory-t3398993. Unfortunately, ths did lock the bootloader but also reset the phone. Just need to reinstall everything now. Thank you again for your time. Really appreciate it. Best wishes

If you boot to fastboot, try the script I was talking about. It will help you! No. 3, ADB method.

You can always try custom ROMs too. They offer a much better experience than stock in my opinion. For relocking the bootloader, you could also have clicked the "clean all and lock" option in miflash. Anyways, I'm glad I helped ^^

Newer Q custom ROMs with new 4.9 kernels offer great battery backup too.

Thanks again, do you know is there any way to clear some of the system?
I've a 32GB 3GB Ram version of the MIA2 Lite. tthe rom I installed as per the link you sent me was around 3GB in size. Having updated to the latest Android 10, storage confirms the system is using 9.4 GB of space. I've disabled as much as I can i.e. apps I dont use.
