Does anyone know what location Google Music saves playlists that you create locaally on your phone?
I did a nandroid and a full titanium before i wiped and flashed a new rom, and i noticed my playlist i had on google music is gone, ideas how to pull it back from one of the backups i did?
delete this thread, just ended up restoring google music data and it came through
hi all,
i have a samsung galaxy note 2
i rooted it
since i tried to merge system app updates into rom via titanium backup
all apps were renamed to wierd names but rebooting fixed everything.
then i made a nand and installed miui but restored nand.
since then i don't have any data (like gallery/ music / snotes etc.) i tried to restore a sd card backup i made but it doesn't affect anything
i can't take pics, can't play saved music.
if i try to transfer anything to phone from windows it shows applications has stopped responding - continue /slip
can't do anything which uses sdcard. i tried fix permissions in cwm but it just hangs so i did a hard reset.
P.S. i can make s notes
please help
FIXED
i fixed it by re-formatting /sdcard from cwm.
I installed AOSP CM 10.1 kernel zip file a couple of weeks ago to get exfat support, but it didn't work. I have tried uninstalling by restore to factory reset, reformatted the internal storage clean and then flashed to stock deodexed ROM. Then I reinstalled CM 10.1 and installed root explorer. Lo, and behold, there is still a fuse folder in there, and a folder created by ntfsmount android app.
What do I need to do to completely to completely get rid of these directories? I am thinking there are still left over files from fuse and ntfsmount somewhere. I am using CM 10.1 nightly 05-03-2013.
I did a backup of all partitions with TWRP and installed CM12.1 20150907 nightly to have a look (coming from stock Lollipop). The exchange services kept crashing and wouldn't sync my contacts so I decided to revert; I wiped everything and restored from backup. When the phone was back online I found that there was quite a bit of data missing from internal storage. I went back into TWRP, re-wiped everything, formatted internal storage, and restored again but still found data was missing.
Did I miss a step somewhere? I have just about come to terms with my information being irretrievable but I'd like to be prepared for next time.
Thanks in advance.
Hi,
Long story short, in the process of installing Fulmics ROM I have somehow managed to delete my system Calendar Storage app and so, I have no calendar functionality at all.
Before installing Fulmics I made a backup and have tried to restore the Calendar Storage app/apk but I get the 'insufficient Storage space' error (I have multiple GBs of free space). I have also tried reflashing Fulmics but, same issue.
I've spend weeks Googling trying to solve this and have come up empty.
HALP me XDA!1!! #n00b
I have the same problem. Read somewhere else you need to flash the CalendarStorage apk from a clean marshmallow build. Does anyone have one?!
