Wrong it is rooted w/ SuperSU 2.52 and includes busy box. Please read the OP -- It's there!!!
Thank you, this is exactly what I prefer.
No need for GAPPS, other than install the APP directly from Google Play, right?
Would be also good for Xposed v78 too?

Yes right and I don't use Xposed but no reason for it not to work on stock deodexed. Let us know after you test. Thanks.
Wow. Great. Is it possible to get the same but not deodexed because of the speed?
So completely stock rooted?
Odexed rom added to OP.
Added odexed rooted rom w/ vendor and bootloader images included to the OP . Try it you will like it. Look to bottom of OP. :good::good:

Apologies if this is a noob question. My Nexus 9 just came out the box and is still on 5.0. I know how to root and install TWRP, done already.
I don't understand the step in this threat about flashing the bootloader and factory image first. The link takes me to the full, stock rom. Do I have to flash the full unrooted 6.0 before I can flash this identical but rooted rom?

It's always best to learn how to use adb/fastboot to flash factory images. Download the MRA58N and unpack w/ 7zip. Then follow these instructions to fastboot flash the bootloader and vendor images. You only need to flash the bootloader and vendor images. Then you should move from bootloader to twrp and flash the rom. Hope this answers your question and helps you get started to flashing fun.

Perhaps I wrote my question hurriedly. I know how to use adb/fastboot to flash factory images. What I actually wanted to know was is it necessary to flash the whole factory image before flashing this full rom. I was hoping there was some simpler, shorter route like just flashing some updated firmware or bootloader. It doesn't really matter to me now because I went ahead and flashed the factory image, TWRP, and am now configuring this lovely rooted rom. But if you want to answer the question for anybody else that might be wondering the same thing by all means go ahead.
Can you please make these mods :
advanced reboot menu,
circle battery,
reverse menu button (recent, menu, back)
Thanks for your work

He did answer. You extract the bootloader and vendor images from the factory image and flash those. The link takes you to the factory image because you have to download it to extract those 2 things from it (bootloader and vendor img)
With the odexed rom you don't have to.
What benefits does deodexed roms have except they are slower?

The main advantage of using a deodexed base rom is that it allows for more theming and modding.
Yeah, did some themes for years here on XDA. But don't know, that someone themes marshmallow roms.

You can use xposed and Gravitybox for that?
However, I have a quick question as well. Xposed (and Gravitybox) should run fine on the odexed Rom as well, right?
Thanks very much ahead and also for this rom, exactly what I was looking for!

I just tried to root my phone and realize that the NRT may not work because my phone is encrypted. Does this root method use the SDcard to stage the root install?
I have used NRT in the past and it was quick and easy. Now, I am think that I previously rooted before encrypting my phone.

Rooting without custom recovery - temporary use of TWRP
Hello,
This thread just to share two roms I made from original kdz D80220H.
I've tested each, installed from TWRP 2.8.1.1, after wipe system, data, cache and dalvick.
Both can be flashed on 16Go or 32 Go device.
---
The first one is a pure stock rom without root and with the stock recovery, that can be flashed from a custom recovery.
Root and custom recovery will be lost after the flash of this one .
For the root, for my part, I let TWRP 2.8.1.1 do so by following, by accepting the proposal he made to me at my request to reboot system after the flash. I was so easily rooted again.
For the custom recovery, the patched kernel does not yet exist for this version, installing a custom recovery you would lose the benefit of the news that may contain the kernel of this new firmware version.
Download link of this pure stock rom D80220H open eur, without root and with the stock recovery:
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95784891001610945
---
And the second is the same, but prerooted (SuperSu preinstalled) and allowing to keep the custom recovery.
Custom recovery will be kept after the flash of this one .
It's prerooted and with 20D Knock code Cloudyfa kernel integrated (simple stock KC kernel, just patched).
This pure stock rom D80220H open eur, prerooted and friendly custom recovery can be downloaded here:

---
Info, explanations:
To have a custom recovery in the G2 in KK version, we need to have a downgraded bootloader in JB version, and a patched kernel for being able to boot behind this bootloader.
Downgraded bootloader, because KK bootloader was patched by LG to stop the loki exploit (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2292157, https://github.com/djrbliss/loki). So we have to use the one that is lokiable, the JB one.
The patched kernel (https://github.com/JackpotClavin/an...mmit/7b6187a0e5fb8ca59888cacf5f5b863baa8d1064) can only be produced if the sources were published, and it is not the case for 20H. The latest version released back to the 20D:
https://www.lg.com/global/support/opensource/opensourceList?types=ALL&search=d802.
However, the latest patched kernel available (the one containing knock code) should work fine.
But if changes (improvements) were made on the 20H (I do not know if this is the case, and I don't think it is), the benefit of these innovations would be lost with the installation of an older kernel.
Note: It was the same situation with the 20f and the 20G.

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2667227
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=56082714
note:
Recently codefire team realized a new way to get around locked bootloader.
This system (BUMP) allow to keep the bootloader in kk version but obliged to bump kernel and recovery.

1. In order to root the device, you need to download the latest version of SuperSU BETA:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/supersu/2014-09-02-supersu-v2-05-t2868133
or if that doesn't work, download the 2.74 version:
https://download.chainfire.eu/964/SuperSU/BETA-SuperSU-v2.74-2-20160519174328.zip
Then enter TWRP and write this in the terminal:
Code:
echo SYSTEMLESS=true >> /data/.supersu
After doing that, flash the SuperSU zip.
2. Aaaaaaaand, for those who want dual sim enabled, flash this right after flashing the rom!
DOWNLOAD
3. Also,if you want to make sure your LTE/dual sim truly works, flash the variant-specific modem zip by famewolf!
Grab yours HERE
4. Not to mention the optional flashable zips of removed Alcatel apps(their icons have been themed into Material Design icons,do not fret! )
DOWNLOAD
5. Those who lost WIFI have to wipe everything(except the storage,of course),flash THIS zip and then flash the rom!
6. Repeating myself, but anyhow, here is a link to the post by famewolf for those who want to switch between fastboot capability and MM!
HERE
Looks great. Download link?
Plus, I agree - ASAP Launcher rocks.

Good Job!
EDIT:Analyzed your DualSim.zip
Looks Like that you messed up with uploading..
Why are you adding folders which don't need and in your updater script there's lines to delete system apps.
Yeah. Looks awesome. A rom refined.
GAPPS included ? Seems yes in the screens, but never know. Thanks you @The Marionette for providing us such great work.
Also, as I've lost a few the discussion thread & issue with MM dev : My phone is 6045Y, in Europe. May I get problem with LTE or data network with that rom ? Also, would I be able to restore as usual if something goes wrong ?
Sorry if that has already been discussed, but so many answers about this, I couldn't stay up to date, above all when you're not spending your life on forums.

Yep,yep,gapps are inside the rom.
As for LTE,look at the second post,I added a link to famewolfs variant specific modem download folder. Just flash the one for your variant before flashing the rom!
You can always restore over TWRP or over Mobile Upgrade Q,no need to worry. U.U

I made a universal flashable zip,and then I just add/remove files. Those empty folders don't affect anything as long as I don't put an app in them. You don't need to worry.

Woops, the wrong zip was modified! xD
Doesn't matter when you flash the modem zips as long as it's AFTER You've run mobile Q, the panasonic eluga software or you've flashed a rom that clobbered your radio.
Fixed the DUAL SIM zip. xD

Good....Little Suggestion.....It will be good to remove the partitions from ZIp which we don't need it ...To don't replace their modems..
Editn dialer doesn't works Reversible option...I had the same issues on SPB ROM so i think the problem it's changing icons.....
Edit1anorama crashes....
Edit2:There's Music app on Build...
Edit 3:It's really faster... but Sometimes apps like Tapatalk.Fb are crashing
New build online, the quirks(broken music player was still there, something needed to be left out of the zip)
Test it out and report back.

Did you not read post #2?

Welp I booted up and everything seems to be working as it should. I'm going to root and use systemless xposed and see what happens.
Update: For some reason supersu didn't flash as systemless even after doing the command in terminal so I'm starting over, but the v2 rom itself booted up just fine.
Welp v2 no issues, rooted/xposed systemless using v85.7 since 86.1 wasn't recognized by the xposed installer even though it installed systemless with no issues twice. Gonna see how long the battery lasts and thank you @The Marionette

You must be on A11 OOS or any custom rom A11 OR A12. Doesn't matter.
Steps what I did and how I install the rom and root.
Steps:
1. Go to bootloader and use following cmd: fastboot flash boot filename.img (provided by the developer in the 1post recovery.img)
2. Go to option in bootloader and use volume key to choose the reboot to recovery.
3. Once you are in recovery, go to factory format and click factory format data wipe. It will wipe you internal and external storage with formatting data meaning you will lose everything.
4. Go to Apply Update and use following cmd: adb sideload romname.zip and click entre, it will take 10 to 12 mins depending.
5. Once install successfully reboot to system and enjoy the rom.
Steps for root what I used instead of using payload and extracting boot.img. Easy steps root successful.
1. Once you are booted into system successfully and stepup everything as you would.
2. Go to bootloader by holding down volume down and power button. You will enter bootloader menu.
3. You CANNOT root your phone with given recovery in the first post. So, what I did I use the recovery img from DrepFest rom, it's build for A12 it should be safe to use. TWRP is compatible with A12 as of right now.
4. Go to bootloader use cmd: fastboot flash boot DrespFest recovery.img and click enter and reboot to recovery.
5. Now you will entre DrespFest recovery A12.
6. Go to Apply update and use following cmd: adb sideload rootfilename.zip (it's magisk 23). It will root your phone with Magisk 23, but you can update Magisk 24.1 manually without issues.
I have attached Magiosk 23. It can be sideload through recovery of LOS recovery or DrespFest recovery.
Enjoy rom and root.
Congrats brother! Looks good!
Any chances to non-gapps build?
Will try this later, congrats!
Is there anyway to get call recording in this ROM . Thanks

ROM looks great, UI is beautiful. Unfortunately, it drains my battery drastically it might be time for a phone upgrade.
pls help I'm having error with ads Sideload gives me "failed to find updated binary META-INf" pls help
edit: sorted it out, Safari extracting the zip file right after the download of the rom and recompiling it gives error so I used chrome to dl and it is going all good
Tried this this morning for a short time, runs really well and feels amazing however once I turned off wifi I could not get it to turn back on.
Whenever I tried it would crash the system and ask to close the ui.
Reverted back to stock before I had to take to go to work
