It's really a beta version and if you want a 100% functional as do not flash this rom
Installation
- Wipe (data, partition and ext davilk)
- Flash ROM
- Reboot
- Warning first start does not choose a theme just hit the return key

FAQ:
- If all the widgets are not present HTC went into the menu-> setting-> Applications-> Manage Application-> HTC Sense-> Clear data
- Change theme crashed the HERO but restart and the theme is applied
- If the browser crashes on a site, it must disable javascript in the browser

I ported that one, but got several stability issues, which is why I went back to my aosp build.

Did you try replacing libwebcore.so from an earlier build or from the sprint leaks?

I tried multiple files libwebcore.so from various hero rom 2.1 but without success

This one looks awsome. I'll never try this, as this ROM is for developers only, but I like the idea to port a great ROM from one device to an other. I would like to follow this development and see how its going to unfold.

im trying this out now and its running great so far! i like all the features, apps and stuff, ive found a way to install my apps without the market. I'm gonna test it for a day i think, if i find it stable enough
EDIT: I had trouble restoring my apps with mybackup pro, they just didnt come up, and certain things in the rom are fast, like when it was restoring the backups, but other things such as the UI are slow, i guess it just needs some optimisation.

Im seeing it has themes ? what are they like ? and what else is new in this rom like UI features etc !

Thia is stunning, I mean really stunning. We need to get more devs on this, everything is working for me but browser. I am working on some things now but I am no dev by any means. Anyone who can help please do.

looks and Feels great. I am not dev so cant be of much help. I found one thing though - When using Titanium Backup - says it doesnt have root access. Could it be some permission causing the problems ?

I've used parts of the Espresso leak for the new aosp ROM of mine.
You'll have to be careful while porting the opengl bits though; not all libs are compatible. Had to merge some of them with the old Espresso bits I had and the newest Sprint leak.

That's right, it would need SuperUser.apk and a couple of other files to work.

Been running this all night and its solid, cant get the browser (or any browser) to work and cant read emails though I get notifications of them and can see the previews. Love the new contacts and friendstream widgets.

For those who don't know Slim ICS, its a lightweight AOSP based ROM featured here, and this is my first attempt at a HTC device. My beta tester apascual89 has been running it for 3 days and its time to release it to public.

Only bug discovered so far is wifi tether and bluetooth media streaming works, but you just have to unpair and pair it everytime. Bluetooth phonecalls work everytime.
No Echo during phone calls

Looks good.. Does NFC, Notification LED work? How about tegra 3 power management?

Settings / ASS (Advanced Slim Settings) / General UI / LCD Density
The stock one is 320. Play around there and see what works for you.

Any idea why I am stuck at the bootanimation? This happens to Trip's CM9, and domination CM9 also...I don't know what I did wrong...

Rom was great on Galaxy Nexus

Still have the black screen when the screen rotates. I dunno if that is known but anyone who was wondering. Also the recent app key is remapped to menu. :-(

Follow these steps exactly and it will boot. During testing I have flashed this rom numerous times.
1. Download Base Htc 4.0 + 4.0. EndeavorU Essentials + Slim Gapps
2. Copy boot.img from essentials to your computer
3. Enter recovery
4. Wipe Data, cache, dalvik and format system in mounts/storage
5. Flash Base, essentials and slim gapps. Flash base twice just in case
6. Reboot Bootloader & connect to computer
7. Fastboot flash boot boot(or whatever name you changed it to).img
8. Fastboot erase cache
9. Reboot

So here I am one more time, bringing something for the "L- Granders". Eventhough I recently finished the 'Google Play Experience' Mod thread, a couple of days ago I had to flash back to the stock 4.1.2 for I needed to run Dual SIM (Data/Calls). Sure there are several links to 4.4 files and mods, but this is what works for my device, my variant, as smoothly as possible. Example: The Google Launcher might be faster on my 4.1.2, but Touchwiz on 4.2.2 might be better, so again, this thread is for my device, my firmware.
Please read through all threads and their direction, for some require modding system files. Device must be ROOTED. I am NOT responsible for you bricking your device. I take no credit in the development of these mods, my credit goes to hours and days of testing out different apk's, packs and tweaks from many different sources and people, and making them all work smoothly and stable in our device, to seem as if it was meant to be this way.

GOOGLE EXPERIENCE LAUNCHER
Quite simply the new Android Launcher. It new, fresher color scheme, icons, fullscreen wallpapers and functionalities like Google Now's interactivity, which loads upon saying "OK, Google". Also Google Now is now fixed to the left of the the homescreen. This Launcher feels quicker than TouchWiz on my 4.1.2
- Install the following 3 APKS's and 1 System Library
• Google Launcher
• Google Core Services
• 4.4 GoogleNow
- Unpack and push Library to System/lib. This elimates FC's and makes the Launcher perfom smoother.
ANDROID 4.4 KEYBOARD
Latest Keyboard with Gesture Typing (Swyping). Perfect substitute for Samsung Keyboard. Keyboard is nice in size, and swyping could'nt get easier than this.
- Install APK
• Download Google 4.4 Keyboard
GOOGLE PLAY EDITION 4.3 CAMERA
Google Play Edition 4.3 Camera. I could not see any differences with the 4.4 Camera, except this port works: Smooth, No Lag. Working Photosphere, Volume Rocker Capture.
• Download Google Edition Camera (Thread)
ANDROID 4.4 SYSTEM FONTS
New updated Roboto font. Cleaner, and overall looks very good on our screens.
- Install APK, select font from Settings -> Display
• Download Roboto Fonts
KITKAT SYSTEM AUDIO
KitKat System Audio. UI sounds are nicer than all previous Android builds. Ringtones are same but have few newer than 4.3 Personally since I am tired and bored with the TouchWiz audio pack. I swapped them fully, but you can choose to add these, some or swap.
1. Decompress Zip
2. Push folder to system/media/audio (requires a root level file manager) {Tip: Some File Manager will require you to change original audio folder name, ex: audio-bkp, then delete.
• Download KitKat System Audio
GOOGLE HANGOUTS 2
Google Hangouts for KitKat. I use Google Video Calling a lot, this the latest one.
- Install the following APKS and System Library
• Google Hangouts 2
- Push Library to System/lib.

Again....what I am posting are MODS, this is not a firmware.
Regarding the other thread. I didn't realize there was one, and the funny part is I searched for some bits and parts. He does offer Kit Kat parts, and you are welcome to choose which one suits you best. Except for the audio file, I will include all in apk's. Also most stuff like the Google Launcher that are offered out there, it does work, but like few noticed, there should be some additional libraries installed in the system so it runs smoothly and it doesn't force quit.
I havent tested his camera, but I couldn't get the photoshere to work from the 4.4 dump out there, but guess what...it's the same as the 4.3 camera from my other MOD post. It's like when choosing another MOD pack, like Xperia Mods for example, there are a couple out there, some work better for others, than others. Along with the sound, font, and other packs, the decision is yours.

I'm pretty sure you can, they will mainly be .apks. But since I had to go back to my Dual SIM mode, I am back to 4.1.2.

without root u cant flash this zip u must have any custom recovery like twrp or cwm etc
search here in xda for rooting process first u need to unlock bootloader but before take bakup of ur apps and data

i didnt steal his work only i refered his zip packing method like how to place apps and how to use script

This work is not done by me!!! You have referred the work of another fellow mate....before you could use his work you should have asked him and added him to the credits! With the original link to his thread...as far as XDA goes, these simple rules must be followed!
If you dint even know where the apps had to be placed and how the script works then can you explain me how you call this as a "port" done by you?

sure but if u want only bb keyboard suggestion stoped working in keyboard if u want i will upload it in next hour
or u can uninstall apps via titanium backup

BBM Hub Integration and Outlook.com Email Fix
I have Hub and the other BlackBerry Apps on my Nexus 5 (Cataclysm-Sep_27_2015-HAMMERHEAD-Lollipop-5.1.1_r14_Stable_Final) and they're running excellent. I use BBM (installed it from the PlayStore), but it didn't add to the Hub like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, & Gmail.
1. Wondering if there is a fix for BBM Integration...thought BBM would play nice with the Hub.
2. I use Outlook.com for my other email address and wondering if there is a fix to get Hub receiving messages. I added it through the hub and everything confirmed perfectly, but messages will not come in. I installed the Outlook Email app to see if it would auto-add to the Hub like the other services, but no dice.
Any help would be awesome! Really impressed how well the BlackBerry Launcher runs/functions, but the real winner is Hub...use to love my Z10 a couple years ago .

How to install...
This method is redundant from V2.0 forward
1. Make sure you are on Stock firmware and have rooted device
2. Download mod zip
3. Install this app "Root Browser"
4. Extract the zip (click and hold, select extract) using Root Browser directly into Download folder. (you should have /sdcard/Download/(zip name) as folder with files in it)
5. Go into Download/(zip name) folder and select script for desired Emoji.
6. Tick "Execute script as root"
7. Then select the Execute button
8. It will say "Executing script"
9. Once complete you should have a popup box with no errrors.
10. Device will reboot automatically

I guess I should have asked you if this script was safe to install on both Pixel devices. My device is acting funny after installing this script. My on-screen keys (back, home and app switcher) wasn't showing up in the Chrome browser. Then shortly after that the device displayed the "System UI has stopped" message again and this time it isn't remedied by simply plugging in the USB cable. Have you run into similar issues on your end?

Nope. And this should be most definitely universal. Maybe even across all Android devices. It's only swapping out a font. So can't see how it would affect SystemUI. Did it reboot? It will crash you keyboards etc of you don't reboot.
If you are having SystemUI issues and you are using one of my ui mods.. I will be doing some updates on those tonight as well as I have found a better method for applying the mods. It may fix a few SystemUI crashes.

My phone automatically rebooted after installing the mod. The problem appeared as soon as I clicked on an e-mail link and it opened up my browser. Shortly after that the phone read the "System UI has stopped" message. I couldn't do anything to get the message to go away. I just wound up flashing the latest firmware and rerooting my device again.

This mod is not the cause of your problem. We are talking about one single file that is placed in a location that would not affect SystemUI. Root for the pixel has persisting issues with SystemUI crashes. Have you got any other mods you are using at the moment. Because that probably matters more..
Please let me know what version of Supersu you are using.
And if you are using any WETA ui mods. (they have been updated, so update if you havent already.)

Hmmmm...I had "Emoji Switcher (root)" from the Play Store downloaded onto my device. I originally tried changing my fonts using that app. Do you think there was some conflicts with me trying to use your mod along with that app?

That app does exactly what my zip does. Dumps the font file into system/fonts

I was using v2.78-SR3 of SuperSU.
Oddly, I was on "NDE63L." No updates were ever pushed to my device for some reason.
I did not have any other mods other than your Viper4Android and AdAway installed on my device when it started malfunctioning.

One thing: The Samsung emojis are slightly smaller than stock and all the other sets of emojis. Their placement looks a little out of place.
