Only bug discovered so far is wifi tether and bluetooth media streaming works, but you just have to unpair and pair it everytime. Bluetooth phonecalls work everytime.
No Echo during phone calls

The stock one is 320. Play around there and see what works for you.

Any idea why I am stuck at the bootanimation? This happens to Trip's CM9, and domination CM9 also...I don't know what I did wrong...

Still have the black screen when the screen rotates. I dunno if that is known but anyone who was wondering. Also the recent app key is remapped to menu. :-(

Follow these steps exactly and it will boot. During testing I have flashed this rom numerous times.
1. Download Base Htc 4.0 + 4.0. EndeavorU Essentials + Slim Gapps
2. Copy boot.img from essentials to your computer
3. Enter recovery
4. Wipe Data, cache, dalvik and format system in mounts/storage
5. Flash Base, essentials and slim gapps. Flash base twice just in case
6. Reboot Bootloader & connect to computer
7. Fastboot flash boot boot(or whatever name you changed it to).img
8. Fastboot erase cache
9. Reboot

was on CM10 with Semaphone 2b, I did factory reset and wipe and the installed.
The only thing I saw is the double entries in gallery. I cleared data for the Media Storage app and did a reboot to clear that for now.
Had to wait a while for the scanner to catch up after reboot ( 10 minutes or so, I guess it depends on how much media you have).
everything is working, it's very smooth and of course the UI features are awesome.

guys am currently on tajb 7.1 can i move to the rom without a wipe thank u

you can change the dpi of system ui to make it smaller/larger .

I noticed that nav bar size is now controlled by the "Android system" dpi before it was done by changing the "system ui" dpi
Any reason it was changed? Now the nav bar is linked with the lock screen size, and if you get to 182 the lock screen is not centered

you can find it on XDA, more tweak make it so smooth, and change it on build.prop
just debug.performance.tuning from 0 to 1 can make it better.
And I delete Google Current apps, because the background sync make GNex slower.
I tried this rom 2 days before public, no bugs, no error (maybe with me)

The download link so good, i'm uploading new mirror for you but it slow, 1 hours and 30min
i fixed the phone lag, the camera rotaion lag can't fix, because i don't know why it lag =)) sad too

change debug.performance.tuning is one of lot change in my rom, but just change it to make your phone better \m/
And turn off background sync of Goolge Current and reboot ^^
if you rooted, install Rom Toolbox and change it, or use anything can mount system/build.prop

You need to use cLK. System partition size required is 260.

I get an endless bootloop also on clk 325 mb partition.

Not yet.
And i even prefer it like this.
you can use mount2sd or any other a2sd.
When this will get out of pre-alpha it will get DataOnExt and NativeSD for sure.

To be honest, this is not tablet mode at all, it has nothing to do with silly build.prop hacks. This is the first and only Android rom to feature true Hybrid mode. This rom lets you scale and project every app, every widget, even systemcomponents individually. Remember, android is modular, everything is an app: Lockscreen, navigationbar, dialogs, popups, keyboards, widgets, and your regular apps of course. Apps have the capability to switch into various designs or layouts according to the device they run on. This can result in a complete new experience as many apps will transform to the better.
Now for every element that you like chose a mode (PhoneUI, Phablet/Nexus-7UI, TabletUI) and/or a size. You are 100% independent of the system DPI which runs nicely in whatever value it has been assigned to. You do not need to boot your phone into a certain DPI. Neither will most of the changes you apply require a reboot. You will not suffer from the myriads of troubles which normally haunt you under build.prop tablet mode. Your market, phone, etc. will all work, apps won't shrink on you unless you shrink them yourself. This project will entirely transform your device, but retain the aesthetics and the feel of your phone.

EDIT- am running this in full nand...no Dataonext or NativeSD

rom is pretty smooth. paranoidpref apk is pre installed..thats nice.
wifi, data working great. i normally turn off animation...rom is button smooth now.
will report bugs if i find any.

I cannot download. goo.im downloads goes on repeating the countdowns and nothing gets downloaded.
Could you post any other link?

Try another browser. Yesterday I had the same on opera browser. Only chromium has been working properly for now I think.

For those who want to try NATIVESD and flash gapps.
1.Download gapps from gapps-jb-20121011_NativeSD.zip - 90.33 MB
2. replace file mount_NativeSD.sh from inside the zip with file attached (rename mount_NativeSD.sh.txt to mount_NativeSD.sh first )
3. flash zip from recovery

no it doesnt exist yet
and there is a big wifi issue on hd2 4.2.1 roms that probably requires
a new or ported kernel

Thanks for reply, I hear about wifi issue.
For me is biggest problem Data Drops, someone said that is because of MAGLDR - there is something wrong, did you hear about it? I don´t know what to do with magldr beacause there is very very old update.

Q. Titanium Backup is not restoring apps.
A. Set your backup dir for Titanium Backup as ::
storage/emulated/legacy/TitaniumBackup
After setting backup dir, System will prompt to move your backups from previous dir to new correct one.
Then proceed with restoring backups.

With stock browser, its not possible. Each time you need to select the desktop version by clicking okn 3dot menu.
If you use 3rd party browsers, its possible. For ex- Opera

ok, quick update......running this release since it was out and ive had no problems whatsoever, this is defo recomended to anyone whith a tf300t, ive been running custom roms for about 9 months and this has got to be the best.only thing i cannot tell you about is external keyboard but im sure someone will.Looking forward to future releases very very happy thank you.

actually there is a screenshot of a nexus 7. which is pretty much not a mobile phone.
Why should he post screenshots of slimbean rom running on a tf300t? it looks almost the same on every single device.
he used the official slimbean banner.

I will only say this ::
If you decide whether to flash a rom by checking the disclaimer portion, then iam afraid you have registered in the wrong forum buddy.
As per my understanding, XDA is a forum for devs and those "users" who are willing to learn and share help the devs with their bug reports , share ideas etc.
You should remain with stock that your manufacturer stick it up to you.

YES, you are correct. The link is not working.

You can use any 4.3 gapps infact, the only benefit of slim gapps is that you get TRDS with those.
