There's a few in the development section. All of them are pretty good. Just see what works for you.
I've been running the CyanogenMod 12.1 for several months now and loving it. I'm using Nova Launcher with it, as well as SPenCommand to keep most of my SPen functionality. Works great. I like it MUCH better than TouchWiz.

I currently have a Galaxy Nexus and was going to get a Nexus 4 but after reports of not so great battery, I'm thinking about going with a Note 2 instead. I had a Galaxy S2 with Touchwiz and did not like the look of it at all, it was just so basic. Problem solved after I rooted and installed a custom ROM on there.
However with the Note 2, from what I've read, a lot of features will be forfeited by leaving Touchwiz. I'm using AOKP with my Galaxy Nexus and like all the added tweaks and will find it hard to leave them.

with a quad core and 2gb of ram I don't have any issues just running apex (or another launcher) over touchwiz launcher. Get most of the TW tweaks with a better launcher.
Agreed with using launchers. Ive used the s2, s3 and now the note2 with nova and love it. Love the gestures as well. Cant get much better imo

Totally agree. I am using Go Launcher and couldn't be happier. I think most people grab roms because they have a tweaked launcher... but I can't understand what I am missing by not doing so, other than multi-window. I would rather wait for multi window and have the rest of the phone work than the other way around.
I would like to flash custom rom due to the lag of stock rom, but I find CM10 does not support s-pen feature. I like S-PEN. S-pen is the one of reason that why I choose note 2 instead of HTC One.
Many thanks

Are you serious? All Samsung ROMS and MiUi have S Pen support. It isn't that hard to find that out.

Basically, any rom that has touchwiz, which is the creation of Samsung, will have S-pen features.
No version of CM has these features, although you can still use the S-Pen for plain touch. Works very well with Swiftkey Flow for example.
Also, you can find alternatives to the S-Pen apps like note and the like in the Play Store.
You have to choose between CM or Samsung roms, or you can get a Samsung rom that looks like CM. They all exist here in the N7100 forum.
Happy flashing!
Any 4.1.2 ROMS (which are touchwiz based) should support all Samsung stuff.

try going here, this could help

Heres a rom
Try dn4 or dn3 rom.
They are good and I had been using it for quite a long time and its stable. Great rom.
Dn4 is for n7100 and n7105
Dn3 is for n7105
I had tried Dn4 but I had problem with the carrier so I had used Dn3. If you want to avoid troubles, backup first then install it.
Google Dn4 or Dn3 to find the rom. I cant paste links currently
Hey guys
I'm probably getting the Note 2 very soon. The stylus caught my eye and the fact the Note 4 features are up, is there a CM ROM that implements Note 4 stuffs (like sPen, multiwindow etc) like example, LiquidSmooth + SPen etc
Via the Internet
DN4 is the one you should try. It is a hybrid of N3, N4 & S5. You will like it.

Honestly, the ROM looks pretty neat, however, is it possible to have the Note 4 features on say, Mokee ROM or LiqiidSmooth?

You should request the developers of the respective ROMs for these features. I don't know about now, but sooner or later these features might be available as ROM features or flashable MOD zips.

Hello dear developers,
Why you guys not showing much love about note 10.1 (2014 edition).?
I don't see any super duper ROMs after one and only @sbreen94 's Hyperdrive RLS5.1. There are couple of CM based good ROMs like Teamsek's unofficial builds and @RaymanFX 's roms, but we loosing lot of TW note functionality. Ofcource I know other alternatives by using other apps for S-pen and action memo.
I'm still using note 3, I never thought I'll love to use TW based roms until I found awesome ROMs developed by @darkera13, @sbreen94 's Hyperdrive and @kmokhtar79 's AryaMod and @arter97 's Kernel etc.
I'm really hoping that somebody will come up with good TW based lollipop roms soon. I'm sure many of us ready to donate for our beloved note 10.1 2014 edition (SM-P600).
It's 22 months old. It's received all the love it's likely to get.

Yes. tried couple of months ago. It's still AOSP based rom and also lot of FCs and random bootups, So I ended-up using Teamsek.
Note 12.2 (SM-P900) holds exactly same hardware of P600 except screen size. There are couple of good TW based roms out there for it. That would be great If someone able tweak those ROMs to port to our SM-P600

Yeah well it's changed a lot in the past few months. I recommend trying it again. I was on the temasek builds for awhile, but there's too many ui crashes and chrome lags on it and there's a lot of lockscreen glitches. Broken doesn't have those issues. The only random reboots that I have encountered were when I tried to use it right after it boots.
I'm waiting for a long time.....but Samsung won't give the lollipop update for note 2 :crying:,so I flash the Eclipse Rom for my note 2,but where is the TW Lollipop ROM,I search xda but.....I only saw Eclipse ROM by AC&DN4 by E-Team.....(TW KitKat/AC&E-Team are Also Great to give note 2 user to use New Touchwiz&Note 4 features )I know Here are many kind of great developers on here,so....I think I should to wait(Cause there are too many AOSP/AOKP based rom)I'm Not meaning I hate AOSP/AOKP rom,I just want to use TW lollipop on my Note 2........(Cause of S-Pen)
Note 2 is a great phone but Samsung.......:crying:
But XDA are too many great developers to give note 2 the new life (Sorry For my Bad English)
It'll never come.
