Phone stuck in bootloader - T-Mobile HTC One (M8)

Hello XDA i'm a little embarrassed because I'm usually spot on with modding my phones, I've searched the forums looking for a solution there are some posts close to my problem but none of the solutions help me. I have a Tmobile HTC One M8 S-On, bootloader unlocked, TWRP 2.7.0.2 with Cyanogenmod 12.1-20150901. I had planned on trading my phone in so i was going to return the phone to stock, I was in the process of locking the bootloader and i answered the landline at work when i turned back to my phone it was in the bootloader displaying the folowing.

Now the phone will not boot into anything else i've rebooted bootloader, tried going into recovery nothing. My computer will not recognize the phone so i can't really do anything with adb, I'm either not thinking clearly because of my irritation level or i'm not as smart as i like to think i am. Any assistance from the xda community will be greatly appreciated

Well after a goodnight sleep and a little pep talk i figured it out i finally coaxed my computer into seeing my phone and reunlocked the bootloader and my phone is back!!!

How did you do it? I have the same problem from doing the same thing...! please help !

[Q] htc one v RUU canada gsm koodo/telus

**Update** I solved my own problem >_>
I just restored the boot from the cwm nandroid image and the cellular network was restored. If anyone was in a similar situation with this phone there you go.
I'm a noob obviously. I watched the noob video... I've searched here and on google for hours upon hours on how to fix the problem i'm currently in.
I tried to root the One V in order to eventually overclock it with whichever ROM would help me do so. Got tired of the sluggishness of it.
I unlocked the bootloader, made a nandroid backup with cwm, then rooted it with supersu. My only problem is now the cellular network is unavailable. WiFi works fine though.
I've tried to flash the recovery I made but it doesn't help. It seems that the only solution is to flash the stock rom/ run the RUU for the One V.
Anyone know how I can either get back the cellular connection, or where I can find/download the RUU, since I just found out through this whole process that the website for the stock ruus was recently taken down by HTC! :crying: I'd really like to not lose $100 and have to waste more money on another phone.
Thanks...
curious if your specs are the same as mine as I haven't found an RUU for my device either. Can you let me know if you're running the same as me please?

How do you expect to find the answer to your own question when you never checked your own post ??

Hello everyone,
I too have the same phone and no network service. I have tried the RUU_PRIMO_U_ICS_40A_TELUS_WWE_2.22.661.2_Radio_20.76.30.0835U_3831.19.00.120_release_275931_signed but no win. Would it be asking to much for someone to upload a copy of their boot? I am not sure what makes the radio so difficult with this Koodo version, but I have been fiddling with this for 3 days on and off. Needless to say, I'm losing my mind and developing a twitch lol.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Id like to set my phone back to factory if possible still, as my phones data connection has stopped working. I fear I will need to send back to T-mobile and don't want any warranty issues.
I've googled and searched through articles and threads but can't seem to find a complete thread or article that helps me get my phone with its current state (S-ON) back to out of the box settings. Again, I'm sure this questions has been answered, so if anyone could point me in the right direction I'd be extremely happy and grateful.
Thanks a Million in advance!
Jeff
I will like to revert back to stock as well.
If anyone knows how please could you point me in the right direction.
Thanks!

Never tried this, as I have no reason to do so. I'm on stock rom, unrooted, S-off. You will need S-off to remove the tampered and unlocked banner. Simply relocking the bootloader (fastboot oem lock i believe) will remove the unlocked banner but not the tampered banner. theunlockr has always been good advice as long as I have used them.

HTC Desire 816 randomly soft bricked

Good afternoon,
I'm having some serious problems with my device and hope someone that knows what they're doing can help me out!
I've had the HTC Desire 816 Dual Sim (Chinese) just less than a year now. I rooted this device about 6 months ago and has served me pretty well. Last week, my device ran down to ~ 3% and I plugged it into my car whilst using Google Maps for the sat nav. The device completely drained and when trying to charge it from the wall socket back at home, the device is stuck in the fastboot menu and has been since; I can't get the device to boot.
The information on the screen is:
*** UNLOCKED ***

Concerned mostly about the "invalid ver info" sections. From the recovery menu, the device just vibrates and restarts; I can't re-install TWRP or CWM and keep getting an error when I try to.
Does anyone have any initial suggestions? It'd really help me out. Thanks in advance.

HTC One M8 European stuck on bootloop

Hi guys, sorry I know there are probably 100's of similar threads but I can't find the one with similar circumstances as my own. So let's get to the point. My phone is unrooted, never been tampered with. During the official HTC update something went wrong and it said "installation aborted" or something like that. After that the phone is stuck on boot logo. I can go to recovery but I don't know how to fix the problem. I'm a noob at these things so I don't even know what the problem is. If someone could guide me through the process of fixing this I would be eternally grateful. Even if you have a link to a thread that fixes my problem that would be great also. Mind you I don't know what RUU is, what S-On or S-Off means. I read that people fix this through fastboot but I don't know what that is or means. I'm retarded for these things. Please help me, what do I do to fix my phone?

Htc one M8 error, S-ON

i was on whatsapp and next sec my HTC one M8 getting the attached error message ,,Software status modified ****Locked**** ***Security Warning****,, and is S-ON,too bad i cant add link with screenshot. I cannot factory reset or do anything with it, its just goes back to the screen below when i try any of the options. HTC Sync manager does not see the phone when its connected to the PC. I need to get it back working asap. Any advice?i need your help step by step..ive seen other posts here but nothing that i could understand, thats why i need your help for a begginer guy like me..thank you in advance
The screen you described is called bootloader. It signifies that you problem have some issue (corruption, error, etc.) that is preventing the Android OS from booting.
What does it say for OS number on the bootloader screen?
thank you for your reply.. i cant add a pic because i dont have posts but here is the screen:

Ok, great.
Try to flash the RUU as outlined in the following post: https://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one-m8/help/help-htc-one-m8-bricked-t3298412
Note, that you do not need to lock the bootloader (so disregard the first couple bold-type commands), since your bootloader is still locked (never unlocked to begin with).
Hopefully, the RUU will get the phone working again. Be aware that the RUU will wipe all user data on the phone, but I think you are past that point, anyway.
hey, first of all im sorry for late reply.. unfortunately im not home, and i cant test it,but as soon i get home, (next week), i will come with a reply back..thx for your help
for some reason i cant make it work.. downloaded the RUU (renamed to RUU) and the bootloader, then when to open bootloader it opens for a sec then it close..
