So, I'm running the latest MikFroyo (4.2), Netarchy's 4.2.2 Less HAVS and the corresponding SBC kernel, and running SetCPU (set at 384/128 conservative with the screen off). When I have the screen off and the phone is idle, I'm seeing an unusually high drop in battery. Last night (12-8) my phone dropped 12%. While looking at what was using the battery up, Cell Standby and Phone Idle were using the most battery (46% and 40% respectively), Android System had used 2%, and screen had used 1%. I checked Spare Parts and I don't have any wake lock issues that I'm aware of... I checked and, according to the battery use details for Cell Standby, the phone was only without a signal 19% of the time.
Is this normal or is there something I should check out? I've never had battery drop like that overnight. I'm seeing an unusually high drop in battery even with the phone idling with the screen off.
Hello, lately the battery is draining fast, and now its even worse, im running on 4.0a....... firmware with overclocked kernal, cpu is set to 1.2, its been 1h30m since charged and the battery is at 89%

Maybe you should reset your cpu back to default (1 GHz), overclock always drain battery.
Has anyone downloaded CPU Spy from the Market to test to see if their phone can go into DEEP SLEEP mode?
I've been getting horrible battery life compared to my old Evo 3D (about 24-36hrs with 4G), now I'm lucky to get 12hrs.
I ran CPU Spy and it shows that my phone isn't deep sleeping, just wondering if this is an ICS thing?
No, my phone was able to deep sleep.
This can be an app, or glitch.
Once my phone was awake at 350mhz after rebooted for several hours. And for no reason google plus was shown when i activated it. But thats one time glitch.
I recently installed Cyanogen Mod 9 on my HTC Wildfire S but the battery only seems to last for 2 hours and 30 mins.

Well that's quite abnormal. its not that bad.
battery life depends on various factors: Your charging level, Processor clocks and governers.
Also is your deep sleep working?
Install CPU Spy and see if its using the Deep Sleep state. You have to leave your phone on idle for a few minutes, without it on charge.
If my bluetooth is on my deep sleep doesn't work, even though this is supposed to be fixed.
My g4 charges from 5%-100% in 1:15-1:30 hours unlike when it was new which reaches 2hrs. On deep sleep it drains the battery quickly too and I don't know what is the cause of it. Unlike on my g2 which drains 3-5% only on deep sleep(6-8hrs) with WiFi on. Also when I'm using it, max SOT is 2:30-3hrs only with 30mins of simple gaming only.
