Unrooting a 32 GB S3: Need PIT file - Sprint Samsung Galaxy S III

Hi all,
I have a 32 GB S3 running Wicked X 4.4.2 with ktoons' kernel. I'm trying to return my S3 back to stock, but am having trouble with the two methods mentioned in the threads here and here. For the first, one click Odin gets stuck getting PIT mapping and the second, regular Odin fails it. I'm not sure if these are the latest one clicks or tars. I would appreciate any assistance.
Thanks.

You need the 32 GB PIT file, you have a different model than most people. I know I saw it posted somewhere in this forum but that was over a year ago.

So, once I get the 32 GB PIT file, what do I do?

Okay cool. I can't find any other links for the right pit file except Invisiblek's but I get a connection refused error, when I go to the site. I'm gonna keep looking.

Whats wrong with these?

Thank you for finding the file. I did not see that link in my search. Where did you find it at?

Want to flash back to stock

I found this thread but it seems *way* too complicated (2 "MISC Requirements", lots of Mods, a few "if you have problems with X, do this...").
What is the simplest thread with the most-straightforward flash back to stock? Thanks.

That's it.. Flash that in Odin and done, it's not as complicated as it looks. Problems occur for people no matter what, it's easier if the solutions are in the OP.

The KitKat one (ND8) has been released though, so you could go back to stock that way too

1) Where is the KitKat one?
2) I tried Odin, but the ROM above came in a ZIP file; ODIN is looking for TAR, MD5, SMD, GZ, TGZ files (at least when I pick the "PDA" option). What am I missing?

I haven't looked myself to see if this is the case, but have you looked inside the zip to see if there's a tar?
The tar for ND8 is in the development thread (non-original).
Sent from my Sprint Samsung Galaxy SIII with M.O.A.R. v9.0, dkp kernel dated 3/20/2014 and TWRP v2.7.0.0.

4.4.2 Modem causing slow data speeds.

Hello, I'm running Omega v29 4.4.2 for the N7100.
This are the stats:
{

"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
and here is a speed test.
Now, I used to be able to do atleast 1mb speed before I upgraded to 4.4.2. I'm unsure of what the issue is, I've read that it could be the modem, so I tried several different onces from the Official Modem thread. (ND2 for 4.4.2, Brazil region as I am in Panama, Central America.) but that didn't help, so now I am on the one on the screenshot, from France.
I'd like to know if there is a possible way to fix this so I can re-gain my speed, any suggestions are welcome. I'm subscribed to the thread so I will reply as soon as I get the reply notification.
Thank you in Advantage.

Gonna read about it and try it tonight or tomorrow. Thanks for the reply.
What do you guys think about upgrading the kernel? Was thinking about AGNi PureStock.
EDIT:
Turns out to be my provider is now enforcing data limit usage and I got caught up in the list. They were nice enough to reset it for the remainer of this month until the new cycle started. Oh well. I even downgraded to 4.3 thinking it was that, going back to kitkat now. Thanks!

[Q] Wiped System in TWRP by accident...

Hi there everyone. As I was attempting to do a full restore, I accidentally selected 'system' vs selecting 'internal storage'
I've been looking around for stock firmware to flash via Odin, but haven't found much. I looked at SamMobile for firmwares but couldn't find anything for the US region. Anything else I can do? Can someone help me? Thanks.

In sammobile search for Southern Cellular. That's usually the USA one.
** Oops, Cellular South I meant .

Lol, yeah. Dyslexic
Just posting for closure; the Cellular South firmware does indeed work. Unbricked and already restoring backups.

CM 11 + One+ One Conversion kit Downgrade

Hey Guys,
A few days ago, i successfully flashed CM 11 and One+ One Conversion kit and it worked fine. But i realized it's not for me so i wanted to go back to stock 4.4.2.
I got my GNote 2 on download mode and hooked it up on Odin. I also have the Stock 4.4.2 firmware. However, it doesn't seem to be doing anything and it's just stuck on sboot.bin

What's the best way to go? Am I missing anything that i need to flash first?
Thanks and looking forward.

have u tryied to make full wipe ( data , cache , dalvik ) from any recovery before u start? give it a shot
Hi Sir, Thanks for the reply. That is exactly what i did before flashing the stock firmware.
ooops forgot to reply. I actually fixed it, the problem is the USB port. Just needed to use another PC, or you can also try different ports incase you encounter this problem.

Back to basics...

Hello there,
In an attempt to root my phone (which I was successful in), I accidentally removed the default photo app that comes standard with my S4 Mini (and a few other things...). Is there any way to freshly reinstall Kitkat? (4.2.2)
Also, I'm kinda new... and I wasn't sure where to post this, so if there's a more appropriate area for this thread, please let me know.
Thanks for reading

4.2.2 is JB, not KK.

I think he meant 4.4.2.
This would fit better in the Q&A section.
But to answer your question : just reflash the firmware with Odin.

You have to look for GT-I9195 not I9190 which is 3g variant not sold in UK
