I saw this and am wondering if it is good. It mentions devs from here, so I figured that I would ask the experts.

[Q] US Cellular Desire help...

I have a US Cellular Desire and I want some freedome with it. We have been told that we'll be getting the 2.2 update every month since October... I'm tired of waiting.
I'm thinking about rooting but nervous to. I want to know that I would be able to go back to completely stock if I wanted to.
The more I read about rooting and custom ROM's, the more confused I get. Can someone give me some guidance/advice for a US Cellular Desire?
Thanks!
I know I'm new to this forum so I wanted to ask if maybe I've posted in the wrong place or if I've maybe asked the question wrong. Or, maybe it's not possible to root a US Cellular Desire??
Is there anyone out there who has rooted and flashed a custom ROM on a US Cellular Desire that might be able to help me?
Huh... 59 views and I'm the only one that has responded to my own post. Well, thanks anyways guys. I guess I'll just find a different android forum and hope they are more helpful than this one.

Maybe some help :)

Hey im already soff but was searching around some forums and maybe found something useful for you guys with son.
ppl on the se forums have been able ti install cwm with their bootloaders locked!
access to system/sbin is required which,as far as i can recollect is provided by temproot!
so go check the xperia mini/pro forums!

[Q] SGN 4, ROOT and flashing

Would it be possible to flash the dev firmware onto the Verizon version of the note 4, then do the root process? If so could someone point me in the right direction to get started?
Thanks in advance.
Sorry if there is another thread on this already.
Please move if needed.
I also found this, seems like the root for the dev edition. Any thoughts on this?

Working On A Friend's ZF2

Hey guys, I'm here as a guest in your forums.
Maybe you've seen me in the Galaxy S5 forums or more recently in the OnePlus One forums, maybe not. Either way hello. So I know enough to get by as far as ADB, sideloading, rooting, loading ROMs, firmware, etc. Anyways, I don't know much about the ZF2 but his is in a bootloop and I need the fastest, easiest way to get it from bootloop with no bootloader on it whatsoever, to stock. So who's got the goods? I've recently downloaded the toolkit from the General forum, but it requires me to have a bootloader to access any functionality. Any ideas?
Thanks!
Never mind, I found some advice on the dev forum. Take it easy guys!
