Bad USB Connector, Flash Kernel witout PC - Sony Xperia M

Hi XDA. I have broken USB connector on my XPERIA M. I have soldered wires to the phone, and i am using QI(wireless) charging.
I have unocked bootloader, and i want to flash another Kernel to this phone.
I have seen some apks to do that without pc, i trayed three, and they cannot find my kernel partition.
Is there any App compatible with this phone? I think that is possible, becouse NUI Kernel installer for Xperia M sucessfuly flashed NUI Kernel.

[Q] Help me, my Xperia S cannot detect by PC

Dear all,
My Xperia S cannot detect by PC, even I called to Sony service centre, they also cannot help me over the phone and ask me send to repair. The problem is this phone are old and not worth for repair.
This phone detect new software update (currently is 2.3.7) but need to use USB with PC companion. I suspect the phone USB port got problem, although still can use it to charge battery but windows OS cannot detect and install driver on it. Tried few PC also the same.
My question is, is there a way I can download the firmware and I using wifi transfer the firmware to phone and flash from the phone itself ? (I manage to download firmware - LT26_6.1.A.2.55_CE.ftf but it need USB connection to flash it)
Appreciate for whoever can help me here. TQ so much.
Best Regards,
Kenny
1) Try different Cable
2)No way to wireless transfer or anything
you need USB in order to update
sorry
edit:
did not notice you stating PC Companion
do what @Ben36 says and use flashtool and flash the FTF that you have downloaded

Try to reinstall drivers, different usb cable or different/back usb ports
Pc companion might install the drivers automatically..

Is device manager in PC report anything when you connect your phone?
Did you tried at different PC?
Try to gently shake micro usb jack while connected to see is it possible to make any contact...
If you have wifi router, you can use app "adb wireless" from play store to access your phone from PC, but for flashing kernel, you'll need working fastboot or flash mode...

Flashing kernel is only possible in fastboot or flash mode. No other way.
Unfortuantelly, you are stuck on kernel you are using now.
Maybe your phone's usb jack is damaged.

Broken xperia play?

Hi
I have an xperia play which I haven't touched in a while as the flex cable broke, but I have just replaced the flex cable and the screen works but there is one problem, the phone does not seem to want to boot into the system, meaning that I can't use the phone.
Here is a list of things I have tried based on research on the forums:
-Fastboot: Can't boot into it using key combos, can't boot into it from recovery either.
-Flashmode: Doesn't want to boot into it either
-Recovery: I am able to get to the recovery, but I can't do too much from there,
- I have tried flashing different roms with no effect
Any help would be appreciated

The kernel from what I remember is one of the ones from the (almighty) DoomLord.
So far, I got the problem half solved, I've managed to get a rom working on it with the help of a friend, it's a rom that me and him quickly built based on cyanogen mod I think, either way, the phone boots into the system now, touchscreen and all is working (I'm assuming that it is since I get none to little force closes).
The only problem I have no is that I still cannot get it to go to flash/fast boot, heck, I can't even use ADB USB debugging.
I have the drivers installed and all else working on my computer as I have tested ADB with my old note 2 and I checked the fast/flash boot using my xperia z and both have worked, but the xperia play just doesn't want to do anything, I'm thinking now that it could be a broken USB port and I could replace it since I have the part and tools to do it.

does your PC recognize the phone ? If yes, how ? Anyway I would try installing the drivers again. Which OS do you use ?

Fastboot - When you hold in your search button when device is powered off and you plug in your USB cable to a PC which is turned ON does your LED Light on the power button light blue?
Flashmode - When you hold in your home button when device is powered off and you plug in your USB cable to a PC which is turned ON does your LED Light on the power button light green?
If either of these apply you'd need to install the appropriate drivers for the Xperia Play.

How do i root my Z00AD if my PC wont recognize it connected on USB?

For some ****ed up reason my PC doesn't recognizes my Z00AD on USB. I get an error message saying it "malfunctioned" and it won't appear in the drivers list or be recognized on adb.
Already tried differente cables and ports.
Already installed Asus USB drivers.
Already installed universal ADB drivers.
Tried everything...
How can I root my device using any other method?
Can anyone help?
Lollipop or marshmallow? Or what rom?
Is this for when phone is on?
Does it work when booted into boot loader?
Did it work anytime prior?
Could be USB port on device stuffed most likely. Easy to replace.
Tried another USB port and or computer?
AND I wouldn't be trying to root until device connectivity sorted

Lollipop, on stock. Bootloader or OS.. doesn't work =(
It worked perfectly until the USB port broke, and i had to replace it. That was a few months ago, then i got a new phone and left the Zenfone2 as a replacement. But recently i wanted to use it again, and wanted to install an alternative rom. Could be the quality of the replaced USB port is bad -=(.. I'm stuck..
