Network registration problem after Data/SDcard size changing - Sony Xperia S, Acro S, Ion

Hi all! Can anyone help with an advise? I tried to change Data/SDcard partitions size and after that I face problems with Network registration (phone finds networks but doesnt register). After deleting Data/SDcard partitions via ADB I could create new ones with changed size but after wipe and reboot both partitions disappered. So I flashed Stock FW via Flashtool, everything is ok but no connection to mobile networks. The IMEI is in its place, can make a call to 112.
The other thing my bootloader was unlocked official way in 2012 and now it turned to Bootloader unlock allowed:No. Flashtool unlocks/relocks the bootloader but its status in *#*#7872423#*#* shows Bootloader unlocked:No.
Phone reboots after inserting a Sim Card but doesnt detect/register with any network

Cannot RElock phone in order to unlock properly

I use a samsung captivate that was locked to Rogers. And now I am running it on Fido
I have been having issues connecting to 3G for over 6 months now. I completely gave up on the idea and lived off 2G, until someone suggested that I had unlocked my improperly. I believe this to be the root of my problems. I need to figure out how to lock my phone, and then if I can unlock it it properly, all my problems will be solved. PLEASE HELP. I will now try and explain all the different methods that I have used
The method I used initially was by extracting nv_data.bin file and using a hex editor to edit it to unlock. This did work, and my phone was working perfectly. But on a ROM update my 3G connectivity issues started.
I have to explicitly state 'only 2G' on my network connections, otherwise I lose my voice connection as well (because somehow the voice connections runs over the data connection - and one wont work with the other)
I decided to unlock properly - by buying a code off ebay. The code is based on the IMEI number of the phone.
I tried locking the phone by entering *7465625*638*# and entered
302720 (mnc/mcc for rogers)
and my purchased nck code
the phone even states that the lock code was successful. But on inserting my fido SIM, my phone acts like it did before - i.e. voice connection does work unless I explicitly select '2G only'
Initially I also tried locking by reediting nv_data.bin file using a hex editor. The instructions state editing the address '0x181468' on the file. There are 5 different bytes representing different locks (network lock, subset lock, sp lock, cp lock, data lock) and they are represented in binary. On just changing 'network lock' to 01 to phone acts the same. But on changing all the values on all the bytes the phone locks and asks for an unlock code on restart - but the purchased nck code does not work
This is over 6 months of trial and error, so I apologize if I am all over the place. Please provide any suggestions and I will clarify as soon as I can

[Q] Galaxy nexus efs lost

Hi,
I had an OTA update from 4.2.2 to 4.3 and some days after that, when I was using google maps while on roaming network, my phone stopped getting signal from carrier. Since then, I have followed many posts on xda and did these things using NRT (Nexus Root Toolkit):-
1. Unlock
2. Flash + Unroot
But, after doing all these, my phone still does not get the signal. The current problem (I'm not a very technical person):-
1. About Phone --> Status (copying only those properties which might be relevant):-
Network: Unknown
Signal strenght: 0 dBm 99asu
Mobile network type: UNKNOWN:0
Service state: Out of service or Radio Off (this keeps on toggling every few seconds)
IMEI: UNKNOWN
IMEI SV: UNKNOWN
Serial Number: <some number>
2. Phone info available in *#*#4636#*#*:-
Set preferred network type: Unknown
Turn On Radio or Turn Off Radio (This keeps toggling every few seconds)
Actually, after reading so many posts on xda, I can conclude that the efs partition is lost. If I'm goig in the right direction to pin point the problem, please let me know where I can download EFS and change it to point it to my Phone's IMEI.
Will the above step solve this problem ?
Any help is much appreciated.

If you have a Nandroid Backup, just restore it. Ur signal will be back.
If ur EFS is gone, U'll have to do one more step. This thread might help you. I had the same problem (IMEI lost) and fixed my phone by doing this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=47045295&postcount=6

Actually, I don't have a Nandroid backup.
And, the steps mentioned in the link you provided also do Not tell about how to fix an unknown IMEI
PS: I dont have a generic IMEI now. My IMEI as seen from *#06# is empty. *#06# shows IMEI (but no IMEI number next to it) and then an OK button.

Debricked, P2 sees SIM, asks for PIN, but does not register on network, SIM disabled?

So... I stared into the abyss, but I came back from the brink - unlocked bootloader, and the modem/calibration stuff got wiped during what should have been a routine TWRP flash from fastboot, and left me with no radios whatsoever. After flashing S048, and applying all the known OTAs up till S251, I got my wifi & bluetooth radios back, but it didn't seem to recognise my SIM (tried both slots).
After trying for almost a week, I also finally got the diagnostics mode going and was able to put a working QCN backup in place (thank you XDA and uploader).
So I flashed the LineageOS 15.1 20180413, and lo and behold, it sees the SIM and asks for a PIN to unlock it. So far, so good. Then (first time) Android says 'switching to mobile data, might take a while' but nothing really happens (I am on wireless; if I turn off wifi that doesn't make any difference though).
Under 'Network', 'Automatically select network' is enabled but 'Network' (right below) is greyed out. When I untick 'Automatically select network', it says 'Error while searching for networks'. When I re-tick it again, it says 'Registered on network', although nothing really happens.
Under SIM cards, it says slot 1 is populated, but says 'Mobile Vikings is disabled' (Mobile Vikings being my provider). The button to enable it is greyed out. Switching to airplane mode doesn't force anything either.
I've had a logcat instance open when toggling 'Automatically select network', but nothing related seems to show up. Any hints on what I could try/check? Or is this a coaster?
I believe that once you erase the modem stuff you'll always have serious problems restoring it. It seems like most people have to send the device in for service.
I've still no solution for an old P2 of mine and in that case I even had a TWRP backup.
Lenovo should really allow for us to flash stock images . An unlocked bootloader with LESS privileges makes no sense.
Wipe everything in twrp & flash twrp full backup which included efs & modem shared on our p2 forum. then flash Fastboot s48 only systemchuncks 0-14, boot & recovery then do 4-5 OTAs updates till latest one s251, you'll get you mobile network & calls back.
@eried1 Yeah looks like it
@amansehdav I have turned the P2 subforum upside down and I already tried this - restore a working S233 TWRP backup, flash S048 through fastboot, and upgrade with the OTAs till S251. No dice. Wifi and Bluetooth came back with that process, but the stock firmware would not see the SIM.

(Help) Radio power off, cant get it on.

Hello,
My phone can not find any network. Phone recognizes the SIM, when i try to select manual 4g/3g/2g phone does not find any signal. Wifi and bluetooth working.
When i look in "phone information" Mobile radio power is off and preferred network type is wrong. I cant get it on and i cant select the true network type.
I did flash modem.img again and again.. I don't get what is the problem.
Before that, i broke the partitions as 45/46/47 and /vendor, after i recover these, Phone works fine but i face the this dead end problem..
I tried these;
Flashing AOSP, same.
Flashing (same model RN5) modem.img
I did flash the global rom a few times
Reset tens of times..
How can i solve this problem ? can anyone help please ?
