Greyed out button in Dialler - G4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi guys,
With the v10C update on the H815T (v10C-HKG-XX) there's a new addition in the Dialler that's greyed out. I don't know what it is.. can anyone shed some light?
I've no idea what it is..! I wish the call button was in the middle like it was in v10b

Maybe add a call? It might be active after you are on a call.

Yep it's working fine. -version 1.6. try holding down the left phone icon button and see if you get the familiar prompt to speak.
Got it working. Thanks
anyone got the call announcements working? on my tp2 during playback of the ring tone the volume of the ring tone gets lowered from time to time. unfortunately in that periods the name of the caller is not announced.
Hi, I'm not sure if I'm being stupid here, but I can't find any mention of voice command in my UK Touch Pro 2 (Vodafone) and if I hold down the call hardware key nothing happens. You can assign that key in the buttons configuration to something else and that works, but by default it is nothing.
Oops, found this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=522322&highlight=voice+command

Mic disappeared after adding additional tracfone text messages
I added 1,000 text messages to my tracfone account. Went to send a text message and my mic was gone..... Called tracfone... no help there.
After reading the answer here about 'holding' down the gear, i was able to fix it.. Thank goodness for you guys. You are a great tech help.

[Q] disable missed call sound notification

Hi everyone,
I'm having a rather weird problem, hope you can help me out.
Every time I don't answer a call (have a missed call) right after the call ends, the phone starts playing a notification (annoying one for that manner).
I assume that it"s alerting me about a missed call. supposably this should be a no brainier, and the option to disable it is supposed to be somewhere in the settings. But I can't find that setting. and the notification is driving me crazy.
Does anybody have any idea how to turn it off?????
Of course thank you for your time and effort...

well if your phone is rooted and have xposed framework install you can install the g3tweaksbox... from this thread...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2792242
the only way to disable those sound notifications without root etc is to put phone on vibrate or silent... the g3tweaksbox gets updated and soon will have more features (you can download the beta if you want)
I am rooted and have g3 tweak box... On its beta 1.1. But didn't see any option there to disable the iterating notification...

I guess wait till the next g3tweakbox update... it should be implemented soon...
I hope so... It's crazy LG didn't give us an option to disable it...

Lolllipop: No incoming screen when lock screen notification disabled

I personally don't like lock-screen notifications and hence I disabled it in lollipop. However, it has a weird side effect, now it wouldn't show any incoming call screen when the screen in locked. Instead, it rings, I have to unlock the screen, click on a small call window to know who is calling or to answer the call. Not sure if this is G3 specific implementation or true with all the lollipops - in either case it's very stupid though technically correct.

yes.....i off the screen and waited for 5 secs before i start making call to my g3. you might need to do a factory reset and see if it will help to rectify the notification issue. i am on v20f AndroidNow 8.0....but i did a full reset when i loaded this OS.

Lg g4 back buttons issue

Hi there! My girlfriend has an lg g4, and has a problem with the back buttons. When she start to dialing any number the buttons start to vibrate a little bit with an annoying sound but when someone accept her call it stops or when she ends the dialing, only just when dialing. Her phone just came back from the service after a screen issue about a month ago. Anyone has the same problem? If yes, how to solve it?
Thanks for the answers! (Sorry for thd bad english)
