[Q] Custom Rom [German] for Samsung Galaxy Note 2 N7102

I got a Samsung Note 2 N7102 Dual Sim from a chinese workmate. May anybody tell me, which custom rom with german language support works with this dual sim device?

I got galaxy s4 mini SGH 1257 locked to at&t wanna get it rooted tried with different softwares but none of them worked software I tried with to root .
Towl roo, vroot,Kongo root ,framroot, can someone help me with its possible to root ,
Software version : 4.4.2
Model : I257 network at&t

Note that it is an i not a 1.
It seems that for the SGH-i257M [the Canadian edition] there is no root process available, at least not yet

Phone I got is i257 different model from I257m

I have a samsung galaxy tab 3 7.0 8gb sm-t210 gm2 and i cannot find the rom for my region. I am in usa bought in usa and all i can find is all other countries. Could i use uk and still be fine. I am trying to fix my flashing screen on my tab. Either keeping root or not will be fine. Thanks for the support
