Hello, i downgraded my optimus g to jellybean, and now i want to downgrade it to the first firmware 4.0.4 or 4.0.3
many websites say that it is shipped with icecream sandwich, and i really want to try it, but i don't know which one is it on lg firmware
can anyone please give me name of the firmware ?
Only korean versions was shipped with ics. International has jellybean.

I have rooted z1 compact jb 4.3. I just want to ask what governors are supported with this stock kernel? I want to know if what governors that will actually work. By the way is there other kernel for jb aside from stock? Its very sad that development here is not active unlike the z1. Considering they have same hardware, it adds to frustration that no one cares much for this device
I think that everything can be ported from z1 to our phone. Everything is the same only resolution is other but porting should be quite easy. I saw patch on forum and thanks to it you can install rom from z1 to.z1c

rom should be easy but i don't know if it's the same for kernel. basically, i'm not so much into ROM because i'm okay with stock rom. i only saw 2 kernels for Z1c and they are for kitkat builds. currently i'm on JB

This may be a noob question but would prefer to find out before I accidentally brick my phone.
I'm currently running stock 4.4.2 14.3.A.0.757 rooted with Towelroot on my xperia z1c and there's a system update available OTA for 4.4.4 14.4.A.0.108.
I'm wondering if I can update OTA without bricking it, has anyone done this or know if there's anything I should be careful of before I try to update?

Very probably that you will see notification about fail to update because of root. Very good way is to flash it via flashtool without wipe anything

I hope of a ROM with 7.0 for us (LG G4)
with this android 6 update they myst either unlock all g4 bootloaders or give us an update that will fix this awfull android 6 power drain.. btw sign this petition guys, who knows it may happen some day..
so fun to read comments above realizing this is my last lg phone)
