As i am stuck in a loop of LG Setup Wizard now. I cant turn on debugging mode and MTP to be able to use debloater to disable that setup apk. Is there a way to remotely turn them on from a conputer so i can get this phone back to work?

What did you do to the phone before that happened? Is it the first time setup? Or you unlocked bootloader, rooted or flashed recovery? What model is it? Maybe you can fix it via LG Brigde or flashing its corresponding Kdz image.

Hi all, I'm semi-screwed over and I need some help.
My phone quit communicating via USB, (it was working off and on) and I want to be able to unroot and lock it + restore the regular recovery mode. I used the Mobile ODIN trick to unroot and lock it, then realized I left the custom recovery mode on. I manage to unlock it via USB using the Nexus Root Toolkit, unlock it, and flash it back to stock. (which fails when I boot to recovery now) After that, I tried to lock it again, but now it won't communicate at all and I can't get it to work again. Is there a way I can lock the bootloader without rooting, or root without USB and then use the Mobile ODIN trick to complete it? I'm on Verizon running stock 4.0.2.
I'd appreciate the help.

yes, there's an exploit for 4.0.2, but i believe you'll need usb working.
I followed this tutorial: http://forum.xda-developers.com/g4/general/unlock-bootloader-install-twrp-root-t3128241
Here's what I did:
Unlocked bootloader
Booted into TWRP (version 3.0) (didn't install, just booted into)
Flashed SuperSU
Rebooted into system
Now whenever I boot the device I'm stuck in a boot loop.
So I can't boot the device up or get into fastboot mode (what should fastboot mode look like? I got into download mode at some point), not sure what to do?
I had same problem once, managed to handle it with LGUP and refubrish full stock rom

I tried LGUP but it says the Model is "unknown" so when I select my phone it says "You have to select a known model, please." Can someone help?
I also tried flashing a stock kdz using LG flash tool but I got an error. Does anyone know what I can do? I can get my phone into download mode but don't know what to do on my computer.
I'll give someone $20 if they can help fix my phone for me

I had the same problem.
If you can get your phone in the download mode, than try this.
1: Install LGBridge,
2: Boot your phone in download mode & start LGBridge,
3: Than on Software Update tab, on the bottom right corner, you will see an option saying "Update Error Recovery"
4: Click on it and your phone will be flashed to latest firmware. Make sure you are connected to net as it will need to download it.
Once the update it complete, Your phone should reboot normally.
Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
Hello, I'm attempting to fix a G2 for a friend, which hasn't been able to connect to Wi-Fi, and in addition to said fix, they wanted CyanogenMod for the phone as well. I've had no such luck after a factory data reset, flashing the ZVG Stock ROM when Download Mode was available, and getting the phone to use apps such as GeeFree have been unsuccessful to flash TWRP. When I try to enter Download Mode now, the LG logo appears for a bit, but then shows the charging animation. Recovery mode is still available, and I can wipe the phone from there, but still no Download Mode. The phone currently can power on and function as normal, but Wi-Fi cannot be used, and there isn't any root access. Any help is appreciated!
UPDATE: I've successfully installed CyanogenMod, however I'm still not able to get Wi-Fi working at all. And the issue I had with Download Mode was that I used a bad cable. My apologies.
Hi Folks,
I have a Tab S 8.4 wifi that I seem to have broken. I was attempting to restore the stock Marshmallow rom and something has gone horribly wrong. This is what I did:
1. I installed the latest stock rom by Odin and booted
2. I then downloaded and installed CF auto root/TWRP for the SM-T700, however, I failed notice that I had left NAND erase checked in the Odin settings so now all I get is the device attempting boot into TWRP which doesn’t work.
The device won’t turn off to allow me to use the buttons to access download mode which I know is what I need. I have tried draining the battery completely but as soon as power is restored it attempts to boot into the failed recovery again and is, in effect, stuck on the TWRP screen, periodically flashing the screen. It its broken TWRP state, the computer recognises it as a USB MTP device but will not recognise with the correct drivers to allow me to use ADB to force it into the download.
Does anybody have any suggestions? Otherwise I have a £250 paperweight!

The file you flashed doesn't work on Marshmallow.
Use the updated twrp and supersu in the dev section.

You can access download mode anytime irrespective of the current state the device is in.
Hold POWER + HOME + VOL DOWN until the device boots in to download mode.

I did't realise it would work in any mode!
Thought I'd tried it but obviously not held long enough.
You are a star! Thank you so much.

Hello,
i dropped my phone last night and at first boot phone clock changed and i could not connect wifi. i tried to connect wifi today but it did not worked. Thats why i opened hidden menu by using *#546368#*855# test my phone if there is a hardware problem or not. i clicked first option then second option my phone got reset but i got Secure booting error after that and it stuck. Then i opened twrp by using factory data reset option. i got backup of my data from twrp menu.
What should i do now?
Notes:
- i use twrp + android 6.0 rooted firmware
- i dont know if can can install apk since i cant open android system
- i dont want to install stock rom by a pc because i think i will lose all info on phone and ont be able to get them back without twrp.

It would be better not to flash those kdz files.
You could have asked here before proceeding, but it doesn't matter now.
For the topic that you sent,I'm not sure that it will work.
So,can enter in Download mode (Click on it to see how to enter)
If you can,please reply.

Hmm Try this guide Unbrick guide (it's officially for D855)

i have twrp backup in my sd card that why i am trying to boot into twrp for more than 24 hours. i hope i can do this. i winn never use eutorec i will use offical twrp app next time.
i can open android but i cant open twrp i got error boot vefication failed. i can use phone like that but i want to get my backup. if i cant i will have to install apps one by one and i will also lose some files, contacts, data etc.
