about 50 times already. im killing the 3 buttons

Try running Debloater and disabling the setup wizard package. Could fix it, but could make it worse.

I cant get past it to enable Debugging mode sir. The debloater require MTP to run

Weird Resurrection of Device?

Ok, so I HAVE to share how strange this is, there might be something to it. Ok here we go... I used the SR Tool while I was on 8.3 to root my kindle fire and it got stuck in a boot loop that I could not get past. I used the First Aid kit and used option 7 to restore to factory settings and it didn't seem to be effective. Now, I was in a pinch for time and had to get to work so I said "Screw it, ima call Amazon and ***** at them and just get a new tablet" and left my Kindle to sit and headed to work. I called Amazon while on my way to work and they took my device off my account and sent me a new one out. Now the weird thing... I just got home and was VERY surprised to find that my device was working again even though, when I left for work, it was in the stock recovery and stuck.
Now I need to add that, when I tried to clear user data through SR Tool, Fist Aid Kit, and Stock Recovery, that it would sit on clearing user data and freeze there( I let it sit for 1 hr before giving up).
Anyone have any clue in hell what happened?
I have had the same problem when using data wipe/factory reset in recovery, last time it happened I had to do a fastboot flash of stock 8.14 image and start again - nothing else would work - just kept re-booting till I powered it off and plugged it into my laptop and ran fastboot.
I would love to know what is causing this too - doesn't happen every time - but it does make me nervous.

[Q] Can't start my Galaxy Nexus

Hi evereybody.
I have a GSM galaxy nexus with 4.2.2. Since approximately a month ago the phone started to reboot itself randomly. Sometimes when I was surfing the web, other times when the phone was on standby at night. Well, since the reboots were becoming more frequent I decided to do a factory reset, because I assumed that it was a corrupt application file or something like that. One week into the factory reset it started restarting again by itself, maybe 2 times a day. I searched the web, couldn't find anything useful so I told myself that the 4.3 update should solve the problem (naive me).
Today the update popped and I intermediately installed it. What is my surprise, that in the middle of installation I get the droid icon down on his back and an ERROR message. Rebooted the phone pulling out the battery and now the phone won't pass the multicolored X screen.
I have no unlocked bootloader, and the phone isn't rooted. So I tried to do a factory reset with the default recovery mode the galaxy nexus has. I wiped the phone but I get stuck on the same screen. The funny thing is that every time I try to wipe the caché partition the phone reboots itself immediately.
I don't know what to do. I'm not an advance user, I installed the GNEX TOOLKIT and tried to flash the factory image, but seems like I don't have the USB DEBUGGING option enabled and can't complete the process.
Do I need to send my phone back? (i'm still in warranty) Or is there a way to be able to start my Gnex again?
Thanks in advance.

[Q] Nexus 7 suddenly bricked ?

Hello all, so yesterday I went on my tablet (Nexus 7 2013 WIFI ver.) and browsed the net a bit and went to sleep. I recall having around 30% battery power. This morning I wake up to an apparently flat battery (power button didn't turn on anything) so I just plugged it in and did something else. After a while, I took my tablet and started it with the power button. However, it got stuck on the Google logo and never fired up anything. I've rooted the tablet quite some time ago (months) so the cause is not from there.
Things I haven't recently done:
Installing an app.
Rooting or flashing anything.
Updating an app.
Things I have tried doing to fix the problem:
Booting into FASTBOOT then trying the recovery mode = still stuck on the Google logo.
Booting a custom recovery image using Wug's toolkit = frozen at the team logo (TWRP) / black screen (CWM).
Flash Stock + Unroot (Soft-Bricked/Bootloop) = FAILED (flash write failure).
So now I'm really stuck and desperate to make the device work again. I've been reading all day long and trying all sorts of solutions to no avail. And it seems far-fetched to me for a device like this to just instantly brick itself without any reason at all.
Can anyone help me with this case ? Or does anyone has any idea what just happened to my tablet ? :crying:
EDIT: I'm afraid that warranty might not work as the device was unlocked and rooted so it's the last solution for me.
Bumpity bump
No one has any idea what happened to the tablet and how to fix it ? I've tried doing some more flashing but to no avail. It just refuses to flash and keeps failing to write the files.
I think you need to leave out on the charger for 1/2hr without doing anything with it. You are probably using what little power it has charged by trying to reboot it, etc.
I had to do that once and it did the trick.

There is no reason you should not be able to get in to recovery (power and volume down).
You could call Motorola. They have good tech support.
The exact same thing happened to me. I rooted it months ago and haven't changed a thing since then. It just froze up a few days ago. I restarted and it just gets stuck on the google screen. I can get into the bootloader, but when I try to go to recovery, the google screen comes up and won't go away. I've tried every method I can find for flashing the stock image and absolutely nothing is working. I just get stuck on the google screen.
Please update this if you find a solution!
Do u guys have the most up to date version of whatever particular recovery that you're on?
Yep. I've flashed the stock recovery multiple times to no avail. :/

If you can't get into recovery or flash any images it sounds to me like a hardware failure. Bad memory maybe? If you've tried everything then RMA to Asus before the one year warranty runs out.
Have you tried to see if your computer sees your N7 by typing fastboot devices if you have the sdk installed?

Yes, I can get into the bootloader just fine and I can use fastboot. I go through the flashing process and the command prompt says everything flashed successfully, but when I restart the device, it hangs on the google logo. The same thing happens when I try to boot into recovery.

If you fastboot flashed the factory image and can't boot up then it sounds like a hardware problem. Out of ideas, sorry.

I'm not sure what happened, but I just ran this little utility again (I've done it many times over the last week or so to no avail) and it actually worked. Hopefully it keeps working!
Thanks for your help!

G3 D855 not working after factory reset because of 'Unfortuanately' popup

I factory reset my LG G3 D855 for no reason other than wanting to start fresh again. I have since encountered an issue I have never come across before:
Upon each boot, I am brought to the LG Set up wizard. No issues there, but without fail, after no more than 5 seconds I get the popup 'Unfortuantely, the process com.android.phone has stopped'. Pressing 'okay', all that happens is the same popup is shown again immediately.
I have tried resetting it to factory settings via the volume and power keys multiple times but theres nothing changes. I've even tried resetting without the micro sd card and sim card ejected, but still no difference.
PurpleDrake wont recognize my phone is connected, nor PC Suite. My computer just doesn't know it's connected.
I have tried everything I know of; if it were as simple as flashing the software via the recovery screen I could do that no worries, but if you're at all familiar with the G3, the bootloader is locked.
I've tried racing through the setup after removing the battery and rebooting (because with the popup, literally nothing is is interactable), but I can't get very far in 5 seconds.
Please help me guys, I don;t have a backup phone and I need this bad.
side note..the last software i remeber installing was 10vi or something....and I don't know if it would be relevant at all, but a few weeks ago, I converted the phone app from system to user so I would be able to customize the LED alerts.
Any sort of help would be appreciated.

LGG3 D850 stuck on firmware update screen

So my mom had an LG G3 D850 from at&t. was totally fine, then she updated whatever she had to 6.0 and it started bootlooping. Tried the LG Flash tool with a tot stock firmware. Went through the whole process got the blue screen with the red 3, it restarted, kept bootlooping. Tried it again but then it got stuck on 5% for like 4 hours, unplugged it and now no matter what i do i cant get into download mode. It shows the LG screen then goes straight to firmware update (even if i dont hold vol up) and it says 910K Bxx QEM (the xx changes) I was able to get into recovery mode, recovered it. same thing. Im losing my mind a little bit here so any advice, or pointing me to a tutorial would be greatly appreciated. Ive looked all over the internet and cant find anything helpful apparently the qualcomm thing where you short the motherboard doesnt work for this phone either?
*flips desk*
If it is under warranty .send your phone to at&t to get it fixed.
Its not

i have same
Qualcmomm method you are describing is just to bring your phone into download mode. I have done this to my brother's g3. You have to flash using LG flashtool using different settings and then hard reset your phone. If it doesn't solve your problem.try to replace battery and then use custom rom.
tried that

I have two batteries and ive repeatedly switched them back and forth :/ even after reseting the phone with factory reset it goes back go the firmware update screen

apparently cant do custom roms either, I got it to boot the the set up screen for 5seconds befores it crashed so i guess im throwing it away cause im sick of looking at it.
