I bought a Samsung Note 4 (N910F) that claimed to be an International version online. When trying to root using the N910F method I noticed on first boot loop screen that it said...."N910P". However in the settings menu "About" phone it says "N910F". Which version do I really have?
Thank you!

Previously I purchased a samsung galaxy note 2 from T mobile and I factory unlocked it by following instructions online with service menu and so on.
But now I've purchased this galaxy s4 from Globe carrier in the Philippines and I cant do the same thing as I did with my note 2 before.
I cant access service menu when I type *#0011# I cant go back from service mode menu and cant access any options.
I saw a lot of instances of this with different carriers but I havent found a solution yet.
My questions:
1. Is it possible to flash a firmware from a different carrier to my i9505 globe tel locked? Im scared to brick my phone so I havent tried yet.
2. If my above question is possible, will I be able to access service menu by then?
3. Is it possible to unlock phone by rooting?
Thanks very much! Happy new year!

Ok so in order to do this, you must replace your current sim card with your new carriers sim card. Then, call your carrier and ask for an unlocking code when you are prompted to the unlock code screen. Then just tap okay and your Samsung S4 should be unlocked! Good luck. Thumbs this up if it helped
I have the note 10.1 from Verizon. model sm-p605v and was wondering if anyone has found a way to root this device. I have tried the Odin versions and since Verizon has the boot loader locked it isn't working.
I would greatly appreciate it as all I can find out the forums is for the unlocked loaders.
Device Info:
4.4.2 <-- version
KOT49H.P605VVRUCNC2 <-- build number
I am ready to buy a t-mobile note 3 on swappa like right now but i need some questions answered....
ive been using the note 2 for a long time with a custom rom so i want to be able to put a custom rom on the note 3 and use it with AT&T
from what ive heard the AT&T one is locked and cant install twrp or cwm but that the tmobile one is okay,
so can i get ANY t-mobile note 3 and be okay? or do i have to make sure it doesnt have a locked bootloader. and it will indeed work with at&t when i change the APN right?
Thanks for a quick reply

Actually i am from nepal. I bought a samsung galaxy note 4 in Malaysia two weeks ago and now i am back to my country. but now the problem is that it shows model number sm-n910f in about divice. also i was told that it was sm-n910f at the purchase time.
but if i enter to recovery mode it is showing LRX22C.N910AUCUCU2C0C6 and in download mode it's showing
PRODUCT NAME: SM-N910A
and if i connect it to kies it shows sm-910f . also if use some google play apps to find my phone model number, some of apps shows sm-910f and some shows sm-910a .
This is why i am really confused that what actually is my phone's model number is.

Can someone please help - FLASH UNLOCKED NOTE 10+ TO AT&T (TO GET WIFI CALLING)....
first I have read and read and read.....and I still am unsure if flashing to a carrier firmware (ATT) on my unlocked Note 10+ gives me WIFI calling.....yes or no?? I flashed to ATT firmware and the icon is there, but i keep getting the "OOOPS" message, saying that it cant be activated. I called ATT and was told even though I have ATT firmware, they still cant get WIFI calling to work..
any ideas? what is the latest...is it possible to get WIFI calling on a flashed unlocked Note 10+?
thanks
Yes, can , but need change csc to att, Currently changing the csc for note 10 is currently unavailable, the only way is to use it to change it
Hell I'll trade you my AT&T version for an unlocked one. I have the 256gb 12gb ram note 10+ in black. I want to root because every single phone I've ever had (except this one) has been rooted and I miss that ****
