I just got my P607T, the T-Mobile lte version. I've been researching and can't find any roms specific to my device and can't tell if any of the roms are compatible with my device. Can anybody tell me if there are roms meant for or compatible with this specific device??
If you mean Samsung Official, apparently they're (also?) here. I know nothing of custom ROMs.

Yeah, meant to say custom roms...not necessarily cm, pacrom, or anything but at least something debloated with some tweaks.
Sent from my Nexus 5 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
you can debload your stock rom if you are rooted and using xposed framework is very usefull and sufficient to customize stock rom.
I'm looking to make voice call ( network ) on this device or custom rom which supports voice call and spen
Will ROMs made for the P605 work on the P905?
P605: http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_note_10_1_(2014_edition)-5677.php
P905: http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_note_pro_12_2_lte-5945.php
AFAIK, the only difference is the screen size?
As the P905 is newer, i remember that someone ported its stock rom to the P605, so yes, it's possible. I think they're now both on Lollipop, and there isn't much for p605 when it comes to custom roms. A very early AOSP Marshmallow, w/o SIM access and other things missing.
Sorry to be that guy but is there a thread somewhere that has some kind of list as to which phone these roms work on.
I flashed my phone about a year ago and it seemed like it was very model specific. Maybe thats not the case anymore but it seems like it would be very helpful to have a thread dedicated to it.
Thanks
I have a tmobile version btw.
I'm not sure what you're talking about. Except for Maximus HD all custom roms I know supported and still support all variants of the M9.
Some 3.x firmwares required you to either flash a custom kernel or the stock boot.img alongside a custom rom. Nonetheless, they were usable on every variant (except for Maximus HD).
I have found that all SCH-i535 (d2vzw) ROMs run on the SCH-S968C (Straight Talk) without issues. I was wondering if this applied to any other devices? I have a friend with a d2cri, and he wants to install a custom ROM, but we can't find anything really about that device. Can it run d2att ROMs? or d2vzw? Can my "now d2vzw" run d2att roms? or only CDMA ones?

The ROM has to be made for the phone you want to use. D2att phones can't boot d2vzw ROMs and vica versa. There's an exception though if the ROM developer makes the ROM compatible across multiple phones. ROMs made for the international version of the phone are in this category as well.
I am trying using a dualboot tool I just ran into
I don't know why every single d2vzw rom I've tried has worked on mine then... no exceptions? I am about to try dualbooting a d2lte rom or something, whichever I find first... (that isnt lineageOS)
If the phones are similar, then yes ROMs for one will work on the other IF the dev programmed it as such and from what you said looks to be the case since you booted d2vzw ROMs on a straight talk phone. I think straight talk is owned by Verizon anyway.
Ok. How to port to d2cri?

I think a d2att rom will work fine for you. You might have to edit the asserts to get TWRP to flash one, though.
As mentioned above, d2vzw roms have worked on d2att too, but you typically have to follow up by flashing d2gsm ril blobs if you want phone functions to work.
Just never ever flash anything for an i9300 on a d2 variant. The international version is an Exynos chipset and roms for it will wreck the Snapdragon phones.
There were sc02e specific ROMs made by ma34s. Does anyone still have copies? CM11 is preferred as I prefer faster response and startup, and the games I want to install still supports KK.
