Hi,
Any Verizion LTE user out there?
I was looking for a good case for LTE version tab but it's really hard to find
or the compatibility is unknown.
Any suggestions?
i bought my case from this guy: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1240993
it's really not a beautiful case but for it's price, i can't complain anything. The case just get its job done. BTW I had wery good customer experience with that seller, he quickly replied every email i sent to him and shipping is fast ( 2-3 days )
I got this one and LOVE it.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005PC7VG4/ref=oh_o02_s00_i00_details
I originally had a Belkin something or other, but it was big, bulky, and just didn't seem to fit right. I got the cheap one on Amazon thinking it would probably suck, but it didn't! And the price is amazing.
2nd the pyroskin 360. Just make sure if you do order it for the LTE model you get the V2 version.
Last I checked they were out of stock on the black ones though. The brown is dark and elegant looking as well though (have a spare in that color).
What I like about it is that it rotates which allows you to watch videos in landscape mode with the plug coming out of the top of the tablet (tablet rotated upside down).
Offers good protection too, I've already dropped the tablet in the case from about 4 feet onto one of the corners on pavement. Case has some marks but the tablet was unscathed thankfully.
Under the fluorescent lights in my office... the strap looks VERY purple.
In sunlight its less purple.
Is anybody happy with the new stone color strap?

You can easily dye it another color: http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-360/accessories/diy-6-fix-stone-purple-band-t2892492

I'm getting used to it. It's a disappointment, but I'm able to pull it off...
I kinda like it. It has a slight purple tint that only seems to show up under florescent lighting. In most lighting, it actually looks like light gray with a little brown tint.
Just got a replacement stone grey due to 5 dead pixels on my grey banded Moto 360. Of course, the replacement has a dead pixel too, right along the edge The new band squeaks like crazy too! It sounds like a $.99 chew toy and feels much cheaper than the first grey leather band.

I exchanged the stone leather band the second I received my m360 - IMO it is ugly. Luckily, I was able to buy a new dark grey band (which I really like) off a generous fellow forum member.

Lol mine squeaks also, and is very stiff. Don't really care for the color ether. But I'm going to order a Ss band once I find one I like. Didn't care for the pebble. Didn't match close enough IMO.
I didn't even know I had ordered a Stone version I thought that was just the name for the Gray one. My main focus was the color of the watch itself thinking that I'll be able to use a bigger variety of bands over the black one. I am disappointed with the color and WOULD BUY A GRAY BAND in a heart beat. On the upside, its kind of neutral looking, I find that it matches a lot of watch faces.
No, it is hideous, far too stiff, was already marred right out of the box, and as others have noted, squeaks like crazy every time it is moved.

It's hideous. I really wish I had gotten the dark gray watch band I had originally ordered (order was lost and I had to wait until the second wave). But for now it'll do I suppose. It does look REALLY purple under the lighting both at home and work. Sunlight it's okay. I guess. Kinda.

Agree. Fugly. No doubt someone at Motorola needs to be fired.
The dark gray band and silver watch look better than black. And black looks better than purple gray and silver. But, I would never purchase the purple gray and silver watch. I have purchased both the dark gray and black watches.
Amazing. Motorola gets the design right with round watch, but kills sales with a purple band. Well, unless some "fashion idiots" actually like purple and purchase purple by the millions. ROFL
There are many design flaws in the Moto 360 so it will never be a huge success. Maybe (or maybe not) Motorola (or someone else) will actually create and sell *Official* bands for the Moto 360 in various colors so consumers can choose their own. If the purple bands kill sales however, we may never see *Official* bands in other colors.
The sooner the purple bands are gone from the market the better. Wake up Morontorola!
i dyed mine black. it is worth wearing out in public now.
Just returned my purple/stone Moto 360 today. I wanted to love it, but just couldn't bring myself to it. I was kicking myself after the dark grey sold out because I had no idea it was a "limited edition launch-only color." Oh well... Now I'm holding out for the SS metal band version for $300. Rumors put that launch date in November. I hope it comes out sooner though.
I think the stone color is absolutely gorgeous and unique looking. I've never seen a leather watch band quite that color. I get a LOT of compliments on it.

So even though I strongly dislike it, I ended up keeping the watch with stone band because it's such a hassle to get the color I actually ordered. And now, I'm regretting that. Why? Because this leather is cheap and nasty, and I'm stuck with it.
I went for a brisk walk earlier. It's a cool day here, but I sweated just slightly -- not enough that I had to wipe my brow, or even close to that, just a very light sweat. The watch band, though, has dyed my wrist purple, and any area of the band that came into contact with sweat has stained and discolored significantly darker. (And that extends around onto the front of the small straps that hold the excess strap down, so it's visible while wearing it.)
This band is terrible, and I strongly recommend avoiding it.

Wow. Shocking. Great post.
Motorola shortcut quality and design of the purple stone gray watch bands to make a quick buck. TOTAL FAIL.
Motorola has really bombed with the stone gray watch band. This will *kill* Moto 360 sales. I've noticed BestBuy has "in stock" on Stone Gray at at least 10 local BestBuy stores (almost all of them). Surely, no one likes them. BestBuy is even obscuring the in stock status on their website - unless you know how to get it. I have some doubts now they might be motivated to hide the fact the stone gray are *not* selling.
I gave a 2 hour Meetup presentation on the Moto 360 last week to a lot of people. I told them to avoid the purple band, e.g. I would never buy the purple band, but *this* (new info) is really damaging to the Moto 360 brand.
I guess its time for Motorola to promote the person responsible and write off the Moto 360 sales of purple stone gray.
Even Google Play refuses to put up current pictures of the Moto 360 with the purple bands. WTF?

I just returned my stone grey back to Best Buy here in West Palm beach for pixels. They had none in stock but did notice the watch they had on display (floor sample) had a very darker grey band, not like the stone grey. It looked beautiful. I really like that dark grey so think I'll wait some more to see if they come back out with that color again.

seriously... there was some dye left on the band that did not get washed off. one guy says he had some bleeding of the dye and all of the sudden moto had a "TOTAL FAIL". the band is ugly i have to say... but there is no difference in it and the other bands except for the color. they are all cheap horween bands. bonded with glue and the bonding is covered up with some dyed plasticy stuff on the sides. just as it has been done ever since i was a kid.
to tell people not to buy something because you don't like the color is a bit foolish don't you think? uninformed much?

We disagree. Your hypothetical dye answer is uninformed, as are comments by non-owners. But, typically, the messenger gets shot by some people wearing blinders. Clearly the light band (purple stone gray) stains badly with sweat, because even my dark gray has sweat marks - but stains are much less visible on darker bands. There are many other Moto 360 design flaws, but stone gray bands are killing sales. Yet, I think Motorola should gift you a watch for your threads on color dye and leather band options.
I suggest everyone informs themselves by checking out their own ZIP Code for BestBuy stock. My ZIP Code in North Carolina has twenty three stores with In Stock - Pick Up Today. The 37075 ZIP in TN has twenty four stores with In Stock - Pick Up Today.
There are only two color choices. The Black is out of stock. The dark Gray is discontinued. The dark gray sold on eBay for at least $10 to $20 more than black, based on my observations. I have not checked purple stone gray prices on eBay yet. Popularity of the Moto 360 will likely determine if additional *official* bands will ever be available for sale - I predict failure here too.
My facts are *informed* information for everyone at my Meetup group and this is why the purple stone gray is TOTAL FAIL.
UPDATE: The people using unofficial steel bands and cracking the backs of their watches are a HUGE problem for Motorola because Motorola has released no alternative *official* bands, and any common (non proprietary) steel watch band will likely break your watch back. Once people figure out how this limits their style choices on the Moto 360 the sales will suffer greatly. I almost returned mine the day I realized backs crack with pebble steel bands - and why.
I'm a sweaty guy and I've ran/worked out with my purple/stone band for the past week... mine hasn't had any issue (other then the normal odor of sweaty leather :cyclops: ).
I'm also a huge watch nut. I've paid more for a leather strap that cost more then the Moto 360 more times then my wife would like to count.. and the stone strap isn't a bad strap (for its price). The stone color is unique, you either like it or you don't... but to judge a watch by its strap is hilarious ("I took mine back because i didn't like the color"... really? )
Watch bands are 'accessories'... Spend $10 on ebay and get a different strap! Or heck.. dye it black like a few people have done.
The more wear-and-tear i put on the stone color the more i like it... It actually looks like stone now!

Do i wish i had the dark grey? sure... am i happy with the watch? YUP!
I originally purchased my Moto 360 with the "stone leather" band. Color is the ugliest from all the leather bands, but it was the only one available at the time with a silver watch (which was a must for me). All was fine and dandy, until the band begun to smell awful. I did wear my watch while doing weight training four times a week, but I suppose that's why it has a heart rate monitor, right ? I tried to get off the smell using a stain remover called "Vanish" which "eliminates 99% of bacteria". It did eliminate the original bad smell but another chemical smell took its place and stayed there. I finally destroyed the color of my leather band using sodium bicarbonate in one last try to eliminate the smell.
I didn't want to use 3rd party metal bands because I was afraid I would end up with a cracked watch back, and also due to the watch lugs design, they don't look good attached to the watch because they form a steep angle while exiting the watch, leading to a "hockey puck" look.
Finally the official metal bands became available via Amazon (the only ones shipping to a package forwarding addres - I live inside EU). I purchased the band for more money than I would like to spend but it was a must. I also purchased a cheap set of tools to help me replace it. I replaced the band in about 2 hours, being very careful not to scratch anything, and I succeeded to keep the watch intact. However, from this experience I advise you that this is not a simple operation and it's better to go to a jeweler. This is because the pins are hidden inside the watch and the original band takes up all the space and the pins are not visible and are hardly reachable. Also, the link pins are very hard to get out from the band in order to adjust, even with specialized tools. I really hope Motorola changes the band attachment and adjustment style on the Moto 360 v2, an easier procedure is sorely needed. Maybe they could take some hints from the Apple Watch
The band feels a lot better on hand compared to the leather band (strangely). The leather band was constantly reminding me that it's there, like I had some kind of allergy to it, I had to adjust it all the time, plus the bad smell. The metal band heats up to body temperature and you really don't feel it, despite being heavier. However, in my opinion, the metal band is about 1-2mm wider than ideal. Its actually 23mm instead of the standard 22mm. It's out of balance compared to the watch diameter and overall size. Another disadvantage of the metal band is that at the watch entry point the band looks unnatural, unfinished. The wide links end about 3mm before the rest of the band enters the watch, creating this "unfinished" effect. I think they could have done a better design. But this is a minor problem, overall the watch looks a lot better with the metal band. I do think it would look very good with the new cognac leather band, but I have to wear it while training so I can't use any more leather bands. Maybe a silicone band would come handy.
About the cracked back issue, the official metal band has 2 plastic pieces that are designed in such a way that the metal band never touches the watch back. Even the plastic pieces don't put strain on the back, it's very well designed in this regard.
A picture of the watch is attached to this post. Thanks for reading
Thank you for your input and the picture.

I did at first also.
But after checking it out at BB, I wasn't impressed.
I'm now leaning to the Moto band, or this Mesh one on Amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00PV...qid=1419285189&sr=8-15&pi=AC_SX110_SY165_QL70
I guess no one has paired the steel watch with the black steel official band? What do you think:
Sent from TabPRO 8.4
It's an interesting look, but I'd still go with the silver one, on the silver Moto 360. I just wish the bands were a bit cheaper. 79.99 is kind of a lot.
I finally got mine from Moto - I ordered the black watch with black band and they held it up for a month waiting for the screen protector to come in. Jerks. But I digress
The band was too small so I added a link using a cheap kit I bought on Amazon (and man are the tools included cheap! Not quite single use but close). The band was too wide to see what I was doing in the pin removal tool so I had to do it manually with a dinky hammer and an appropriate pin removal tool. Long story short, it wasn't terribly difficult to just add or subtract a link.
It looks good and works well - my only gripe is that the little space between the band and the watch case doesn't look like what I'm used to looking at.
For those of you thinking the bands are expensive... I tried to order a replacement band for my TAG sports elegance watch and those burglars wanted $600 for a new band. So I got a moto360 instead.

Has anyone found the banda up for sale online? I bought the "Milanese" SS mesh one and I really like it but j wanted a spare one because I tend to break things. Its very well made but I will find a way to break it in some clumbsy way. A variety of bands would be nice with the quick change pins being a marketing point too.

Thanks for posting that, I'll have to look at them.
Edit: I wonder why they are so expensive because I can buy a nice watch band from other real watch companies for that price. I was looking for a black Milanese loop to add contrast to the design as an alternative but not for $80-170 with the leather likely being $80, then the Milanese ~100-120, steel $150 and the gold steel and/fancy leather one sitting at $170. That's just my guess of their pricing scale
I have the stainless but want the mesh.

The Milanese mesh is really nice, I just wish a spare wasn't so expensive. If the watch were a Tag or Omega I would spend whatever on a band but it's a smart watch. I tend to break things so having a backup is usually what I do

It're really more of a minor thing...but enough for me to complain about it...
There are times that I "think" I have it fully clasped, but it really isn't. It's like I need to make sure the clasp clicks twice. There was one time I only "did the click once", and I thought it was closed, but wasn't. Watch came off during apple picking...yay (sarcasm...to both the watch and the apple picking). However, I understand that's an end-user issue...but still...
The more of the PITA situation is trying to get it on. I find I have to hold the watch against my chest, stomach, or thigh and then play "thread the needle" with the sliding part of the band into the clasp. It's not super convenient. Also, tightening the band is fairly difficult. Maybe I don't have enough experience with watch clasps (I had a leather band on my Moto360, and I had a link clasp on my previous Citizen), but putzing with this clasp and band is a little more difficult that I thought it would be. Again, if you compare this mesh band and clasp versus the Apple Watch mesh band and magnetic clasp...the Apple product is easier to use. But then...I'd have to use an iPhone...
Is this super difficult? No. Does it make me wish I had a different band? No. Will I still gripe about it? Of course...this is a forum on the Internet...

Mien has a very distinctive click when I close it so it's hard to not know if it's closed. Apple makes things simple for people who don't understand/know technology so I can see why they used a magnet. I understand how you might not be able to tell its closed because if it's not lined up with one of the notches on the underside it won't close, but if it is lined up its very easy to tell. I regularly bused a leather band both of my LG Urbane and my mechanical watch so it is a chance but no one that's hard to get used to. I like the metal one personally because leather wears out much faster from experience, even expensive quality leather bands. I gave a buffalo leather on my mechanical watch that's really nice but after a year it needs replacing because it loses its nice look. I'm trying to find a nice Milanese band like the Huawei one but for my mechanical watch because I really enjoy the look/feel of it.
I actually wish they made a sport band so that I could wear it while working out or doing any sort of physical activity.
I just installed a third party stainless steel mesh band onto a black Huawei watch. Purchased the band on Amazon. For being really inexpensive ($10) it is actually not that bad  It's fairly comfortable and smooth, with no sharp links or rough edges on the band itself. Clasp feels a little cheap but sturdy enough. Again, no sharp corners or anything.
It doesn't have quick release spring bars, unfortunately. But it was not hard to install. Took less than 2 minutes using regular spring bars, and I was being ultra careful so as not to scratch the black coating of the watch. I could probably do it in less than 30 secs next time.
Also, it is not a feed through mechanism. It's the "interlocking" type. So that's a plus for those who find the feed through type a pain.
There's several of these around, and I'm sure they're pretty comparable with other cheap bands. Here's the link to the actual one I tried: https://goo.gl/P8alWI
When are they due out?
I wish I could find the black mesh band that was in some of the early promotional pics of the watch.
I found this one on Amazon. I wonder how good it is.

Have to agree, I have the mesh and I like the looks and the ~infinite adjustment, but it's a royal PITA to put on.
I would love a black leather band for my black Hwatch. Anybody found one? Would prefer not a straight 18mm.
My Galaxy Watch 4 Classic arrived this morning at 10:30.
It was a surprise for me, I was expecting a parcel from Samsung with a new case and Smarttags for my S21 Ultra so was not really paying attention to the DHL emails, but an additional box came with 4 Classic inside.
I thought it may be just luck because I am 5 minutes away from Samsung Germany head office but looking at Reddit seems a few people have them today or shipped today.
So far it is very nice, cannot choose Google Assistant yet but happy so far.
Cool. Looks sharp
Yeah my 46mm Classic in Silver arrived today, a week early.....
Not complaining although the straps havent arrived yet and I hate this silicon white one!
I have the standard strap but think I might get the leather one when it's available.
My black Watch 4 has arrived and it's a definite upgrade from my Watch 2. Good to have a blood oxygen monitor. And great being able to use Gpay instead of the clunky Samsung Pay Plus. Also useful having Google Keep Notes and Google Maps on the watch. Not sure about battery life...seems to drain pretty quickly. But I've been playing around with it a lot and it's early days.

Yup, happy to have Notes and Maps.
Still would prefer Fit over Samsung Health but not everything will work in there directly even if you can install and choose as primary.
Batter has gone from 100% to 58% for me in 6.5 hours..
Including setup and play time, 20 minutes tracked walk and always on screen.

I was going to order the Classic in Silver but didn’t like the white straps. I noticed on the main page there where two silver options. The other silver option was for the watch with no straps. I ordered it and the black leather strap. Both watch and strap arrived yesterday. Two separate boxes. The watch box was sealed but inside the watch had fingerprints all over it. There was no protective film on the display.
Has anyone else received a grubby watch and do was there any protective film over the display?
I cleaned up the watch and fortunately there were no scratches. Attached the straps and it looks good. Not sure about the battery life but I will give it a few days.

Maybe because you did the choosing watch and strap thing?
Could be lack of watch on its own at launch so they have to remove band manually?
Although should not make them take film off.
Mine had plastic film over screen and box fully sealed.
Mine had protective film on screen.
Congrats! Looks sweet!
I have the black 44mm pre-ordered and due August 27... can't wait!

i agree with you, google pay , maps and keep are really welcome but also google messages and gboard are great additions
unfortunately after a couple of days i must say that the battery drain is increased compared to the active2 but it's worth it!
