So I try flashing a custom recovery but now im stuck in the Samsung Galaxy s6 Power By Android screen with this message on the top left corner "Recovery Is Not "Seandroid Enforcing "
i heard you can flash the stock firmware but i updated my s6 to 5.1.1 just before this happened and i can't seem to find 5.1.1 for my SM-G920P anywhere can i get some help?
The custom recovery you flashed isn't compatible with 5.1.1. Flash this test build of TWRP (link) with Odin and you should be up and running. Just be careful, it will ask you to modify your system partition to make it read/write, don't do that unless you have flashed datajosh's permissive kernel or you'll get bootloops.

prototype7 thank you so much bruh!! I thought I had to wait till the 5.1.1 release but this fixed my phone instantly!! Now I got a message saying kernel is not seandroid enforcing but it doesn't mess with an boot functions. I applied iDone unlock method and it works perfect on 5.1.1

Yeah, you'll get that message as long as your recovery/kernel isn't totally stock and signed by Samsung. As long as it boots it's all good.

Restoring To Factory
For most of the people here the best thing that you can do is to Odin back to the way the phone was when you first got it. No root, no TWRP. If you want to try again from there, please be sure to use the correct files for your phone.
Step 1) Download the factory image from http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/download/50545/G920PVPU2BOF7_G920PSPT2BOF7_SPR/
Step 2) Download Odin from http://www.samsungodindownload.com/download/#.VfSc3nBVhBc
Step 3) Follow the guide here http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...w-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html

ive tried this and it just gets stuck on NAND write start....
I really hate this phone :|
Hi guys, i am having issue.
I have s6 edge g295i
I have 5.1.1 rooted stock using CF-Auto-Root-zerolte-zeroltedv-smg925i.tar through odin
I then installed TWRP succesfully via twrp_S6edge-LATEST.tar on odin, wiped all partitions, installed the zip for v10 and it just boot loops, ive tried many times.
I even tried updating the modem/baseband to the same version i already have (g925idvu3doj6) through odin but no luck.
I tried restoring to stock using samsung tool which worked, i re-rooted same way, installed twrp through odin, then booted recovery installed zip and its looping again.
Any ideas?

I've been having issue with my Sprint Note 2 for a while. I've also posted this to Reddit and other parts of the forum but so far have gotten no way to fix my issue. Here's the link to Reddit: http://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport...nt_note_2_sphl900_bricked_after_attempted_43/
Sorry, I didn't want to type that all up again and having to deal with formatting and such.
Basically, the gist of it, from what I can gather is that I have accidentally loaded the 4.3 bootloader with KNOX and it is currently preventing me from doing anything productive (flashing CWMR, rooting, installing stock, etc). I read here on the forum that there were ways to do so, especially this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=46861777
I was wondering if there were steps for the Sprint Note 2 SPH-L900?
Any help in debricking my phone is appreciated.
Try these steps.
1. Boot phone into Odin/download mode
2. Flash twrp or cwmr via Odin.
3. When it reboots pull battery and then boot into recovery.
4. Flash this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=36388145 it is mc2 bootloader, firmware, radio, etc...
5. Reboot phone. Things get weird for a few mins but it will boot.
You are now Knox free once again but you are also bone stock.

I've tried that multiple times. The problem here is that I can't load CWMR or TWRP. At first, I assume that I'd have to root so I downloaded the CF auto root file and flash it using ODIN. Then I tried installing CWMR (after converting to .tar using Caboomi's tool here on the forum). It would reboot and I tried holding down volume up + power + home button but nothing would happen. I try combinations of that and still nothing. I flashed the 4.3 sboot.bin to get it back to stock Samsung bootloader then retried with CWMR without rooting first this time and it still doesn't work. ODIN would tell me that it succeeds but I can't enter Recovery no mater the combination of keys that I press. I'm assuming this has to do with Knox in which case I'd just have to wait for the official 4.3 firmware on SamMobile to flash it since stock 4.1.2 won't work.

I tried 3.07, 3.09, and even barebone 1.85 that came with CF auto root. It doesn't work. I can't load recovery just fine (according to ODIN) but I can't get into Recovery.
Here is the fix https://www.dropbox.com/s/s2clvyo4y6gar6s/4.3_Unbrick.tar
I promise this will fix your issue, but when you get done, you will be on MC2 with the 4.3 bootloader, but, it will boot, let you flash recovery and everything. I know this because I did the same thing as you and flashed the old cf-auto root and bricked my phone to, and I created this file to fix it and if you look in the help section, you will find my thread on how to unbrick after 4.3 update fail.
I promise though, this will fix your fone

...My God..... What ever you did, it worked. Turns out, Caboomi's file didn't work too well. I couldn't get CWMR working at all even after converting to .tar. I used TWRP instead and it works. Problem was that it asked me for my password, which I don't know since I tried everything, so I had to resort to wiping everything. I installed the file jlmancuso suggested, loading it onto SD card then flashing using TWRP, and now my Samsung Note 2 is debricked.
Your file was a godsend. Thank you!
No recovery stuck on bootloop
im having the same issue could you post that dropbox link again
So i was able to get recovery back but it wont let me mount my sd card so i cant flash anything through recover was hoping the file you have could be loaded through odin as it is a .tar file correct please help and thanks in advance.

Try using TWRP instead. It gives you the option to mount an external SD card. Also try restarting into recovery again. I had Recovery bugged out on me once.

For those of you who have bricked Note 2s (SPH-L900), I'm going to drop a DropBox link here to a folder of ALL of the files that I used to unbrick my phone. I experimented with multiple methods (and several sleepless nights). Some of them will be useful to you, not all. I have the Android SDK and Caboomi's converter for .img to .tar. It doesn't work too well for CWMR just FYI. ODIN-OC will attempt to load stock MC2 onto your phone but it won't work if it's bricked. Arc Converter is a program I used to try convert the MK4 .zip file to .tar to try and flash an update using ODIN. It didn't work. The steps that I took to unbrick my phone will be posted after the link.
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/c2bfpfdf0qbs6bu/ZiNC-BF5kf
Be patient. Some of the files are still updating.
Steps:
1) Put your phone into Download mode by holding volume down + power + home button at bootup
2) Use ODIN (3.07 or 3.09) to load the 4.3_Unbrick.tar file. This will take a bit of time so be patient. Once the phone boots up again, you'll get past the boot screen that says "Samsung Galaxy Note II" and you'll get the Samsung logo with the spinning icon but it will loop. This is normal.
3) Next, power off (yank the battery and cable, leave battery out but plug the cable back in) and reboot into download.
4) Flash the TWRP .tar file (don't try converting the CWMR to .tar, it won't work) then reboot.
5) Hold volume up + power + home button (be patient here)
6) You should see the Team Win logo. You're now in recovery. The TWRP may ask you for the password. It is NOT the passcode to your lockscreen or your Google password. I have no idea what it is. At this point, you'd have to wipe your phone (internal only) if you want to flash the stock recovery.
7) Load the MC2 stock recovery file with counter reset onto a microSD card and mount it onto the phone (play around with TWRP, if it doesn't see the SD card the first time, restart or play with the mount function). Just be careful not to wipe your microSD card.
8) Flash the stock recovery (give it time) and it'll restart. You should be back at 4.1.2.
EXTRA STEPS
If you're still interested in 4.3, load the MK4 update onto the microSD card as well. BEFORE you go through the activation process for the 4.1.2 firmware at boot, boot into recovery. Flash the 4.3 update using stock recovery. This should put you onto 4.3 after the phone reboots. You should now have stock 4.3 (no root).
Sorry for all the download errors, I am uploading to my websight right now and as soon as it uploads, I will post the URL, it should download much faster too. I didnt realize so many people needed it

Today a miracle occurred.
I have a n900-p Sprint that was rooted months ago and today I stupidly was messing with ROM manager and hit "reboot into recovery"
My phone went in to a boot loop with this "recovery is not seandroid enforcing" message right before bed time and I was in boot loop hell.
Some quick googling brought me here and gratefully I used some of your info to save myself on first try.
Step-by-step for any Googlers passing through:
1. Download Odin and your stock android rom (by pure dumb luck I remembered the last three letters from when I was screwing around on the settings screen earlier in the day.
2. Run As Administrator Odin and put your phone in download mode (pull battery, wait ten seconds, hold down VOL down + Power + front key)
3. Plug in your busted phone
4. Hit AP button in Odin and find your stock android rom you d/l earlier
5. after you get a blue box under ID:COM in Odin, hit start
6. pray
7. boom, when its done everything is back to normal.
If a monkey as dumb as me can pull it off, so can you. Good luck internet strangers.
So I just got my s6 today, and naturally, immediately tried to root and install TWRP, all was fine, until I updated.
Long story short, I installed the wrong TWRP, and now I'm in a bootloop, nothing will install through ODIN, and there's red text above the s6 logo saying "RECOVERY IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING Custom Binary blocked by FAP Lock"
I have no idea whatsoever what to do, what do I do?
What do you mean by nothing will install through odin though? Can you get into download mode?

I had the same problem, but had insurance and received a new device yesterday. I got it up and running with a file djvoleur sent me. It fixed it but when I rebooted I received the red letters on the upper right hand side telling me that the device was locked. Samsung has put a program inside that causes that when u try to put a "competitors" Kernel by mistake. Since the Kernel is not a Sprint kernel (it was my mistake) it locks up.
Try this, but don't boot and if it works, make sure that you contact djvoleur and thank him.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0_GZK11foVmSEVXYmUwZGZDNHc/edit?pli=1
I would then try to see what your next steps would be.
I was also stuck in a bootloop after flashing the wrong recovery. Try flashing TWRP 2.8.7.1 zerofltespr.img.tar
I'd link to it but XDA won't let me for some reason, a Google search should find it. Make sure it's zerofltespr and not zeroflte
The 5.1.1 tar is available now. Install that and you should be good to go.

That's weird, it did that to me at first too but after a few reboots it just went away for me...sorry, wish I could help more
So i know a little here and there about rooting so i decided to give it a go. I downloaded the root file from here...

And as soon as i did this i got stuck on the "kernel is not seandroid enforcing" s6 logo screen and could never get passed it.
So i flashed twrp and wiped everything and tried to install a custom rom via twrp and an otg usb flash drive...
I still get the "kernel is not seandroid enforcing" loading screen.
I then tried to odin 3 different stock files and i get a failed prompt on odin and my phone says
" Sw rev check fail device 2 binary"
I don't know where to go from here. any help would be appreciated .

From what I remember , you will receive that specific error if you try to install the wrong firmware. Where did you download your firmware from? What version of Android were you using before this problem started?
Have you tried to use Smart Switch to recover the device using the emergency recovery mode?
Also, do you still have TWRP installed and are you able to boot to recovery and download mode?

Thanks for the reply. The site wont let me post the link to the site i got the firmware from.
T-Mobile S6 Edge Plus G928T and one other G928W8 variant:
Download auto-root kernel for G928 T / W8 (.tar)
^^ thats what it was. I had the lastest version before i did the root. And i tried the smart switch but ended with a fail install.
I just downloaded the modified kernel for the s6 + and installed it. the seandroid enforcing message went away and i got a normal S6+ logo screen but after that it now just goes black.
Finally got it. Had to try a 4th stock file but this one finally worked.

Hi
Been trying to install twrp-3.5.2_9-0-starlte.img.tar to my S9.
First i succesfully unlocked bootloader. Then installed twrp through Odin v3.14.1.
Then the phone succesfully boots into twrp recovery. Then i flashed and tried to install no-verity-opt-encrypt.. 6.1 didnt work so i flashed and tried all down to 4.0. Nothing worked. Just got the error 1 all the time.
Then i tried the read somewhere that i could try the multidisabler. Ref this thread: XDA link. This succsefully installed. Then i rebootet through twrp with the option to install twrp app. The phone got stuck in a start up screen for 10 min and took me right back to start.
After again logging in and setting up the phone Nothing seems to have changed. Only that the bootloader is still unlocked.
Am i doing something wrong? Is it suppose to boot up again to stock OS?

All you've done is installed custom recovery over stock. This by it's self doesn't effect stock system firmware. The only thing is because knox is trip you lose knox related apps functions.

Knox is a Samsung thing. Once tripped it stays tripped and there is no cure for it. As said you will loose knox related apps functions like secure folder, samsung pass,Shealth etc.
To enter twrp is the same process as entering download (odin) mode except you use to volume up button ( power/bixby/vol up ) while device is starting up.

Without knowing your exact steps it a bit hard to say.
I would say that the multidisabler zip you tried didn't work. The zip you tried is for the S10 series. It's also a common problem on latest version of android that the no-verity-opt-encrypt.. 6.1 fails. Very basically this zip, after format data stage,
will prevent phone from re-encrpyting itself when booting into the system.
Try using this zip when installing twrp
Edit:
Installing the twrp app i leave up to you. Can be install later by twrp or playstore and not necessary for installing twrp recovery.
