Battery problem - Micromax Canvas A1

Since 5-6 days my Micromax canvas a1 battery life has gone very down. Earlier the battery life was better and now in 6 mins battery drains up to 10 percent..earlier it was not that bad and my mobile is only 5 months old so how can a battery will go bad in such a short time???and I was thinking that can I use a bigger mah battery like above 2500 instead of 1700(as it will improve battery life) and if yes can anyone tell which battery size is equal to canvas a1 battery size??

Stock S3 Has poor and constantly changing Battery life

So, my phone's battery life is overall quite poor for the most part. some days it absolutely burns through my battery with little phone use, and other days it gets decent battery. i downloaded better battery stats, and for example. today my phone drained at about 10%/hour, but yesterday for example it drained at about 3%/hour. And today i did not even use my phone that much. Please help, as this is getting really annoying.
Here are some screenshots of my battery stats on two bad battery days

I know it looks like dolphin burned alot of battery, but that it just because it was practically the only application i opened and i used it for a couple minutes which i normally wouldn't do. then i few hours later, this was where my batter was at, and i swear i pretty much did not even touch my phone at all! http://imgur.com/NIfYnkl

Yeah I noticed something interesting as well. I have two batteries for my GS3, one is the stock battery that came with the phone and the other is a 4200 mAh battery from Hyperion Electronics. I decided to test each battery by charging each to 100% on different nights and not touching the phone overnight to see what my battery drain was
Night 1, I tested the stock battery and over night I went from 100% to 40% in a span of about 8 hours. That's a 60% decrease.
Night 2, I tested the Hyperion battery and over night I went from 100% to 98%. A total of 2% decrease in the same span of time.
Now yes I understand that the Hyperion battery is essentially 2x the battery capacity as stock, but just by simple ratios you'd think that since the stock was a 60% decrease that the Hyperion battery would be a 30% decrease, but it's not. The Hyperion battery is literally 1/30th of a drain than was the stock battery.
Something's wrong here and I wish someone could give a straight answer as to why these two batteries are demonstrating dramatically different results.

Bad battery life

The battery life is very bad. About an hour with normal use. Plus it drains a lot during night when it's not being used. Will a battery replacement help?

poor battery life on G4?

I upgraded to Oppo r11s which has vooc charging and long lasting battery (approx full day average usage) so I've been comparing the battery life on the H815T (usu unlocked with Oreo) and I find I'm neglecting my once loved G4 because of the battery life and how long it takes to charge
I know that custom roms differ from stock rims but is there any way I can improve the performance of battery life and have quick charge enabled on my G4?
Buy an extended battery. My phone lasts me 13 hours of heavy use before I need to recharge

Battery life drained extremely fast under 20%

Hi all
I noticed that the battery of my nate 20x 5g drains extremely fast under 20 % it went directly from 20 to 16 then to 8 then to 3 percent
Also the battery life 100 percent at 1pm drains to 30 percent at 6pm using only whatsapp and some calls it isn't as good as my p30 pro (1.5day normal usage)
I need your help cause if it's the same on all mate 20 x I'll be obliged to change the phone even I love everything on it except the battery life

hm thats weird. check ur screen brightness, thats the no. 1 battery life sucker. also, switch off all unneeded sensors when not in use (wifi, mobile data, BT, NFC, GPS, etc).
aside from that, have a look at your performance profile (performance, balanced, battery saver) and also check and see how many apps are non battery optimized in settings, as well as how many apps are allowed to run in background and be launched automatically.
Thanx so much for your quick reply
I'll check this out and I'll give you a feed back

wipe the phone don't install your sht wipe other crap apps and test the battery ... if still bad , need replacing...
Below 20% battery usage increases rapidly, this is normal.
The phone's wattage usage is constant as is its V+ power rail voltage. Volts X Amps=watts therefore as battery voltage falls the phone's voltage converter draws more amps to make up for the difference in falling voltage.
The phone's actual wattage consumption remains almost the same except for power lost in the voltage conversion.
Best to NOT use after 20-30% as it stresses the battery unnecessary.

Hey man,
Unfortunately its normal for that phenomenon to occur not only on the mate 20x but on other phones as batteries age losing their lasting strength. My sammy a70 also acts this way at the 20% point where battery scales down rapidly as you've described.
This is due to a few factors like one or more cells inside degrading over time as estimates to the battery gauge will be missing by the percentage of juice represented by the missing/damaged cell. There are other factors that come into play but this is by far the most frequently occurring event.
You can try replacing the battery which entails thermally heating the back cover to open the phone or buying a battery case like the one I linked below which I bought a few months ago. It has helped me extend my 20x's battery to 6 - 9 days under medium to heavy use without a recharge while killing bt, gps, data, etc. Under light use I was able to pull off 12 days without recharging.

Question Mi 11 lite (miui 12.5.1) battery drain while idle

Hi all,
My phone drained 14 percent battery yesterday while idle for 9 hours. The interesting thing is when i add the mAh usages that i see in battery and performance tab it only adds up to 6 percent battery usage. ( i calculated and confirmed with time that 40 mah is aproximately 1% battery)
Also this morning i am seeing an unusual drain as well while the screen is on, it drained 5% but it should have draned only 3% because it says it drained 138 mAh.
Does anyone have any idea about this problem?
This also happened 2 weeks ago and the only thing common both days were, i charged my phone slower (charged using usb on the car) instead of using fast charging.
I also leave the screen shots that shows the battery usage.
