[Q] Is this The Original G pro? - LG Optimus G Pro

I received a lg g pro from my cousin. The phone is looking awesome.colour is white.and at the back there is a network carrier called olleh.but when i switched on the phn, being this a korean version, without any carrier logo,it booted up very quickly.when i went to settings it shown as only LG F240 only instead of showing lg f240 S/L/K.in storage even,i removed the battery and there it is showing a F240only,and it is showing as 32gb (23gb available).i am getting a doubt as it is a cloned phn.also in the status bar the battery percentage is showing inside the icon.its in 4.1 jellybean version.also the touch is some what not working properly.i need to touch an icon or anything 2 times inorder it to recognise my selection.pls help me how to find its model number and is it a original g pro or not.also can i have the possibility to install roms in it?

Wierd internet problem

Hi all,
So I've bought the new LG Optimus G today and tried to install internet on it, but after using a guide on my providers website, it still will not work. I filled in a VPN network exactly as they say, but then I have to select it, something which is shown on the guide, but isn't possible on my phone. Maybe that might be the problem? I have updated the phone completely.
Thanks

[Q] New boy question

Hi, I've come from a Z2 as couldn't get on with it. So far I'm very impressed with G3, though when in the shop I saw it had an option on the lockscreen to tap the numbers 1-4 in succession and the numbers appear in a bubble and they move across the screen as you tap a number. I presume it was a version on knock on. I assume it isn't carrier specific but I do not have it on my unbranded G3 (Its runnning V10L). I'd hate to come across as a noob but has this option been replaced by updated firmware? The only other option I can think of is it is some sort of demo function for use in stores.
Thanks for any assistance...

Carrier Specific
Well to be honest I've flashed almost all the firmware that LG has released and I have never seen that before, so I'm thinking that it may have to be carrier specific and by the way I have the D855 unlocked international version. I hope that I helped you.
Hi I am pretty sure that is a demo function to show people how the knock-on works.
For the real thing, it will not be much of a pass-code if the phone shows you the sequence to knock!

[Q] No Update Center

I just got my LG G4 with Verizon yesterday, and I wanted to check to make sure I had the new keyboard update. However, when I open About Phone there is no Update Center option. From what I could find on Youtube I think it is supposed to be in between Phone Name and Network but there is nothing there. What should I do?

LG G4 missing wi-fi calling

Hi guys,
My LG G4 seems to be missing the wi-fi calling feature. I am on T-Mobile, but I purchased the phone from amazon. Tried to google an answer, but no one seems to have the same problem. I figured maybe someone here would know or care to take a stab at it. I even tried searching for it using quick shortcut maker and no luck.
I did notice that for some reason, the call reject list is hidden on my phone from the user. Quick shortcut maker was able to find it and create an icon for me, but I found that very unusual. My last phone was a G3 that didnt have these issues.
Phone Model number LGUS991
Hardware Revision 1.0
Android Version 6.0
Kernel Version 3.10.84
Build Number MRA58K
Software Version US99120a
Thanks for any help you can give
As far as I know, the US991 is the US Cellular variant.
The T-Mobile variant is h811. It has different software.
T-Mobile still hasn't made it so that any android device can use WiFi calling.
