i have problem with my device !
nw i got image in my gallery showed up like this ! (screenshot in attachments )
and nw i pressed on power button and screen stay black with no action ! till it restart alone ..
any help ?

My home button isn't working well , so can i change between the option button ( i dunno what is it called ) and the main home button ? When i try to boot into recovery it doesn't load , until i boot up the system , and i can' close the recent apps .. Any solution?

Yesterday (2015/12/21, India Time) i got notification about ASUS UI update, I downloaded the updates and press install button, then system automatically got shutdown and not restarted.
Right now when i click on Power button, it shows only battery charging ICON.
I checked the support on http://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1006346. But dont know how i can solve it. I also checked this forum http://forum.xda-developers.com/zenfone2/help/phone-wont-boot-update-t3126603
please help me to sort out this issue

Hi dude,
If you push on start button for a long time, do you have any vibration ? If not, did you try to start in recovery mode again (start button and volume up ?).
sir plz help and give me idea about how to minimise this problem , when i power on the mobile than it show the black screan and massage of UI system 'unfaurtunatly UI system stop' i tried so many time for rcovery but it show 'no command' sir plz give me some solution .
try factory reset

When no command comes press the volume down and power button at the same time you will enter into recovery mode then select factory reset by clicking as mentioned in it and press ok then it will do its job and reboot your phone .
hey all,
maybe someone can help make my note 7 boot again
after getting an update yesterday on my note 7 i saw it in message 15 sec to go even i unchecked automatic update it was updated automaticly,
it showed up some sec with that note7 white screen and hangs now with that message in left upper corner in the image here (Kernel Rev. Check Fail Device:1 Binary:0)
tryed all button combination but no success no way to power it down also . Today the display was total black if i charge it the message only appers again
hope ther is away to get it back to get my data

Have you tied holding Power key and the Volume down key simultaneously for more than 7 seconds? It should make a restart or power off. When phone restarts try pressing HOME + VOLUME DOWN + POWER you should boot to download mode, then try flashing latest firmware with Odin or use Smart Switch. IF you can't get to dl mode I don't know any other way to fix the phone

in that download screen i can go btw it is not rooted or smth just original phone
but that mean to loose all Data at the end? and maybe garanty?

Try smart switch program on you PC. And use emergency firmware restore. But it will wipe you data i believe.

lost data but can be sure it is emty now so i can send it back )
next time i do faster backup i promise hehe
