Hi guys I am from poland and i have my arc s from orange. I would like change my android but my bootloader say NO. Can you told me what I can do with my phone?!?! You can go to Orange Service or you can go to WotanServer and unlock it yourself. Sadly, you have to pay in both cases, but i think the second option is cheaper.
The third way is to keep google for a free solution, but i don`t think there`s one.

No, but I had the LG G3 IT and it's some issues. So i replace its with a Xperia Z3.
Absolutely better.. but it's no-mod-phone and the bootloader is locked. At finish i re-replace its with a new LG G3 GERMAN

not lazy my friend , if you searched a bit, lg prime, aka cat 6, is just for korean market and the simcard readear is diferent and separate than lg gd855 and other variants of lg g3 ...still did not find for f460k model ...

LOOKS like you were right , or not ,,,, first off all I just ask for your help not for you to make stupid and lazy , second I just pick up the phone from to service because they cannot find this spare part wich is tottaly diferent than lg g3 versions , sim card reader and card reader are separetly ...sorry for your time smart boy

so u bought i or not? i bought an used G4 F500K, for a few weeks no problem at all, but it will be a long way till we find root or custom rom on this korean version.
it will have alot of korean on some of the apps, settings, and dialer too. but still usable no problem at all

hahaha..but i'm not regretting having this phone it's awesome...camera control is good, smooth no problem at all and its already have marshmallow
the downside of G4 is sound quality u should consider that too if u want to upgrade, even though i dont know about G3 sound quality. and with korean version, there's some part still in korean even if u choose english language and u cant root it, at least for a while hahaha ow and korean version dont have FM radio, but they have digital TV though, u might want to consider that if u like watching TV

I was about to buy this phone and like all the ones I buy I go to XDA to check if it has a developer to back it up but I find that it does not have anyone.
My question is ... Why doesn't he have anyone behind him? Is the phone itself like Sprint's LG G5 that is almost impossible to modify or is it just a dead cell phone?

Most variants of this device are bootloader locked. It would be nice if LG would unlock the bootloaders considering they're ditching the business.

Couldn't it be demanded? Right now, LG phones are cheaper than any mid-range, taking this into account and that they were withdrawn from the market, it would be a very good idea to release it. Is there any way to get in touch with them or guy to get it released?
