i have installed various drivers on this pc i need to format

Could be a problem with the phone. try flashing a new rom/ftf

hi developers i have a serious problem with my sony xperia SL ......... when i install cm10 rom for xperia S on it i faced a bootloop (when i turn it on it pass the sony logo and when it up to cm bootanimation it will rest it self and repeat this Status i tried sevral Solutions for this put it is not work
the Solutions which i tried to do
1-Sony PC Companion it sayes (there is no updates for your device??????)
2-i connect it to a flasher device put it dosent connect on it at all.......
3-i tried to use flash tool for xperia put it sayes (flashing error)
please tell me what to do :crying:

I have a sony xperia s LT26i but now i can't install stock rom or custom because it is in boot loop now, so i can't use CWM recovery and also can't flash with flashtool because my pc show a message that's USB Device not recognized. I have no idea what to do with my mobile.
somebody help me what to do.

Hay bro I don't know if that will help you but make sure that you've insalled the driver for your device on your computer so that he could recognise your phone and start installing your rom
Hy every one , i am a big time reader , first of my thread ,
So My Problem is that
I have Xperia Ion at&t , With Locked Boot Loader , Rooted and have custom rom Zxz Xperience 2 , with ICS.
Now i really want to move my self to CM 10, the thread says that you should have .211 or .96 stock ,
so when i tried to flash firmware 4.1.2 Jelly Bean , installed the Sony Mobile Flashtool by Androxyde 0.9.16.1 , Drivers are installed
But when i tried to Flash the firmware it starts , Prepare then it ask me to connect the mobile in Flashmode when i do so ,
Green LED indicating the flash mode , Windows says a0103 SEMC Flash device Drivers Successfully installed .
But The Flashtool do no pick my phone it keep saying connect your phone
Drivers are ok, mobile green light ok then what is the problem ??

I tried the an older Version of Flashtool and my issue Resolved
Thats happen when i unlocked my bootloader with Sony method.
When i try run flashtool ftf Flash.
My PC with Windows XP SP3. Give me Blue Screen of death. Same is when i try Flash cwm recovery from fastboot.
How can i fix this?
I dont have a Access to other PC with other Windows. 7 or newest.
Now i can only charge my phone.
This picture show an error which appear when i connect my Xperia M when flashtool told me.
I reinstalled Windows XP. And this issue is still here.
I dont know what to do now

I had an old Xperia S stuck on the Sony logo and was able to recover it. So I decided to document here what worked for me. Maybe it can help the next one which may have a similar problem.
What finally worked for me was begin by uninstalling everything: PC Companion / Flashtool / sa0103 drivers I installed via Device Manager / etc...
- Then I installed Flashtool 0.9.18.6.
- After that I disabled the driver enforcement via the Advanced Startup method. Command line method I did before did not work.
- Installed the drivers from Flashtool. I checked Flashmode / Fastboot and all Xperia S I could find
- Then I was able to flash the 6.2.B.1.96 rom I found somewhere. I tried a 6.1.A.2.55 that I downloaded but that didn't work
- After ~20 minutes it was flashed.
I don't know if the ADB driver I downloaded from Android developer website made a difference or not. What I know it made a difference was using the old Flashtool because I did this exact process with the latest version and I didn't work.
I'm attaching my last log from Flashtool so maybe you guys can compare to yours.
That's it! I spent around 3 days reading not only the Xperia S subsection here but searching for all the errors on other device's subsections.
