I have a friend who has an SHV-E250S on 4.3 and her WiFi scan doesn't work. It just shows the same 2 SSIDs no matter what. I was thinking of helping her out by updating her FW to 4.4.2, but then I came across scattered posts that some people are converting their Korean N2 to International variants by flashing in Odin the N7105 FW onto their SHV-E250S. Is this possible? I'm looking for solutions that DO NOT require root.
Also I have T-Mobile Note 4 that's rooted and all that. Will the Samsung USB Drivers pack I downloaded for that phone be compatible with this N2 for Odin? And where is a trusted source for the Stock Official Odin FW?
Thanks!
bump anyone

Can anyone help me find the latest Stock Firmware for the ATT Note 2?
I have done numerous searches on XDA and Google itself and although I do find various Firmware they do not appear to be the latest or correct results.
Thanks much!
You can go here for Official stock firmware. Link- http://www.samfirmware.com/ or to the General Section for the Leaked stock tw version 4.3.

Jason, you are fine to flash any ROM as long as it is for your specific model e.g. N7105 (yours) and not for another model. Being on 4.1 you may find your current bootloader causes intermittent problems on a 4.3 ROM. There are two solutions, upgrade your bootloader to MJ5 prior to flashing 4.3 ROM or flash 4.3 ROM then flash drketan's wifi fix.
I also recommend NOT flashing from Sammobile, instead go to Android development forum here on XDA and select an appropriate ROM. That way the Knox feature present in latest 4.3 ROMs can be avoided.
I have deliberately not included links for you - instead read & read install instructions from the ROM thread of your choosing. You will be fine as long as you understand each step & all the terms & points mentioned in ROM thread.
Good luck
Hi, I have a T-Mobile Galaxy note 3 which is rooted, Knox count is showing 1. My question is, can I use the official Android 4.4 to update my phone using odin ? if not, can someone proide an information of how can i update my phone ?
thanks.
I'm going to be flashing a 4.4.2 KK ROM and need to update my bootloader. The link below will update your phone to stock KK and uses ODIN to do so.

Hi,
I just got the T-Mobile SM-P607T a couple of days ago. It came pre-loaded with KK.
Android Version: 4.4.2
Baseband Version: P607TUVUANE2
If you search the Sammie site for compatible firmwares, it feeds back the following:
Model Country/Carrier Date Version PDA CSC Kies
SM-P607T USA (T-Mobile) 2014 May 4.4.2 P607TUVUANE2 P607TTMBANE2
SM-P607T USA (T-Mobile) 2014 May 4.4.2 P607TUVUANDA P607TTMBANDA
Nothing else. No older FW's for this device are reflected / found.
I was wondering if anyone might know what (if any) functional differences there are between the 607T and the 605.
Reason: I am considering trying to downgrade this Tab to Official Sammie Jellybean (in hopes of not tripping Knox) so that I can try to Root (again, attempting to preserve Knox 0x0). Would the P605 be a viable solution?
Once on JB, I would likely attempt the method I used to inject root during the 4.4.2 upgrade on my Note-3 which PRESERVED Knox 0x0.
Thoughts?
If you have a new KK bootloader then you can't downgrade the firmware to JB... It will just sit on the Samsung logo getting hotter and hotter...

Thanks, UltraMag.
This question driving this post is now moot, with GeoHot's recently released Root which worked quite nicely.
